Got my nails done today very cute put did no ask got this I asked for light blue and white no design just plain white and blue then got glue and acrylic on my skin cut my cuticles down to far then he was being rough with the file I was about to get up and walk out then not only that we was there at like 2:00 2:30 and we just got out at 6:57 very poor the guy that I had he was very quite did not talk one bit I had to start a conversation with him but he did not want to talk he was not interested in me at all

Awful experience! Not to sound rude but the guy belly was so big that my foot kept hitting his belly and my foot was all in the belly area! The pedicure was terrible! I could’ve just did all this myself! I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!!!! Waste of money, I didn’t even stay to get my nails done!! I was so over it!!!!

Ive been going here for y ears. Katie and her husband are very polite, her mother and father work there and are also pleasant. Katie really can do some great lashes and wax your eyebrows. He husband is surprising REALLY good with nails.

I went here 2 weeks to get my nails done before I had a funeral to go to, the place I usually go (Envy Nails in Garfield) had a line outside before they opened at 10 and Upscale was open so I went there I was seen by a older male who sat in the front. My shape was horrible then when he went to paint it (Gel) he started to fall asleep and was painting the air when he would wake up he would keep painting the same nails over and over just packing it on and I told him to stop but he didn’t I then told him it’s lumpy and uneven can you fix it and he did it looked better then what it was but still horrible I was running behind because he took so long. I will NEVER go back or recommend this shop to any one sorry

I only went here because it was the only nail salon open Sunday. Even though this place has 3 stars I took a chance and was of course was disappointed. The guy who did my nails decided it was a good idea to get high and do my nails. Kept nodding off the whole time all the way till him painting them. Nails came out lumpy and uneven. He blamed my nails saying they grow crooked for his lack of work. Never heard that in my life. Wouldn’t recommend this place on my worse enemy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I came in to get a soak-off, new acrylic and gel polish. After a male technician cut my nails down, he began to pry off the acrylic. And of course that wasnt effective. Im left with a nail thats torn mid-nail bed, and an incomplete service, terrible looking nail beds and I had no choice but to leave. Theres no real way to prevent further damage. I did not receive what I requested. I did not want my nails left in this condition. And I still have acrylic stuck to some of my nails.Do yourself a favor an never stray from your favorite nail tech!

I love this place and their work!! Thank you again for my amazing nails i LOVE them! I wish i could share a picture! Its hard to find a good nail salon but this one goes above and beyond.

My nails started coming off 3-4 days later. $95 for nothing, my feet polish was sloppy too.

Customer service needs a lot of work.

As always Upscale nails delivers on great service Cynthia is always kind but she is over worked and I feel thats unfair to her.I brought my brother in to get his feet done and Cynthia expressed she is the only one who does mens feet and hands and that the male techs dont feel comfortable doing mens nails which should not be an issue (they work in a NAIL SHOP NAILS ARE UNISEX).Upscale nails will always have my business but the guys need step up their game business would BOOM

I got gel polish and the next day they were chipping 😔 the place looks terrible.

Steven was very kind and concerned about my comfort. Maybe I when in a the perfect time but I was sat and attend to immediately. So thrilled with his work!!! Great job Steven and thank you 😊. I will definitely recommend and continue to go.

The worst nail salon I have ever experienced! It felt dingy and dirty. The guy was giving me so much grief because I didn’t want gel even after explaining I Didn’t bring much money and would rather give him a decent tip than have gel. My nails came out horrible, uneven and for some reason very gritty feeling. I will never go back

The service itself is pretty solid. I got a pedicure, mainly for self-care & relaxation. However the wait caused me to be highly annoyed. I went on a Sunday, according to the sign they open at 10am. I got there at 10:15. There were four people being serviced and two in front of me. People that came in after me were being seen and I was all sorts of confused. Some had did have appointments. Anyway I didnt get in a chair until around 1pm. During that wait time no one asked if I wanted water, apologize for the wait, didnt offer a discount or coupon for next service or anything. Because many people ended up walking out I was able to get a manicure as well. The pedicure was nice but I had a hard time fully enjoying it as it took so long and I had other stuff I needed to do. Maybe Ill try again with an appointment.

Cynthia is a good nail tech, but she doesn’t value her customers time at all. She talks a lot and when she talks she stop working. I had a appointment at 2 and it’s now 2:50 and I still haven’t been serviced. She’s been showing pictures out of her phone, talking, and answering the phone. Smh.

I really like the way they do my nails and feet but its very disrespectful when they speak in there language over the entire building. I really believe they are talking about people. 🤬 Mia & Tran are the best. But that Cynthia and that mouth👊🏾

They didnt even have hot water for my pedi and the nail tech clearly dont have experience didnt know what he was doing and only 4 staff members they should have waited a couple more weeks before reopening I will never take my blk dollars there EVER again .

Cynthia is the rudest person I have to say Ive ever ran into to be running a nail salon! On top of the fact she walks her fat ass around with her nose in the air!!! With those ran over shoes on! Which clearly she should not be doing any of that! Nothing foxy about you or your service! Worse service! Dirty atmosphere.... wont be spending my money somewhere like this!!! I been coming to this shop since randall park malls days. It was better when Snow was alive.Cynthia took over and its only her and another individual doing the services. I must say Cynthia is rude and always talking about you in her language.You have to wait hours for service. I will be looking for a new place to go and get my nails done. Cynthia is rude as hell and very unprofessional if she isnt late to open the shop she sits there and argues with customers and then begins speaking about them in her native language. If you dont make an appointment you will wait 3 hours minimum!!I was a customer here for years and after Snow passed it went to hell! Cynthia took over and you have to have patience with her! And Mia is as sweet as Pie! Does nice nails and is Always so friendly and will fix any mess-ups.

I love Tran!! But its to much Drama! People arguing about who was there first. I got there at 7:30am. And some random girl tried to basically start a fight with me. Because she states whoever is in line first is first. So she basically just went up to the door. Five minutes before they opened a got in front of everyone. I just dont have time for unprofessional people. And unprofessional management. I will not be returning. Will miss Tran.

I use to love this place, I followed them from the mall when they moved. I was a loyal customer. The last two times I was there I walked out. They really went down hill I liked it so much better when Snow was there. They do have some really good techs though. However, I can no longer spend my money in there So now im on a search for a new nail salon.

The result was monstrous and unnatural looking. The nails uneven and clown like. They could be mistaken for miniature surf boards. The polish is not gel and chips quickly. They do not have UV lamps to dry the nails, instead a table fan. They will pull out an aged Home Depot brush to wipe nail residue during the session. The tech was careless and sloppy. The nail tables are an embarrassment- your arms will rest on a worn towel most likely purchased during the 1970s and never washed. Spare yourself the anxiety and the expense. Ill never set foot in that nightmarish place again.

All the female techs here are awesome. You cant go wrong with none of them and absolute best part is there open on SUNDAYS.

To me they are not friendly to certain people, you will be sitting there HOURS just to get service, and Ive seen better work! Nail polish be chipping, and one of my nails broke after a day or 2. Now I really only go there when im desperate, and I still end up leaving.

Ive been going to this shop for 4 years. Im a regular customer and I go every week for a pedicure and manicure. Its hilarious that people have given this place bad reviews, considering its always full of patrons .The phone constantly rings for people trying to make appointments for service. The nail technicians do a great job on my nails and when I walk in they call me by name and even come up and hug me if Ive been absent for a while. My gel nails are always emaculant and looking nice. The place could use alittle sprucing up and more techs on hand, but other than this Ive never had any problems.

The worst experience ever. I will never return.The folk in the lobby, complete strangers were more welcoming than the workers. Poor quality of work. Went on Wednesday and was back that Saturday of the same week because my polish was chipping. My money was returned and I went to another salon where I was perfectly satisfied. Poor customer service.

Went to this place to get me and my two nieces nails done and had to wait almost three hours to get our nails done. The lady who did my nieces nails (just polish) was fine. The guy who did mine was nice but didnt listen to anything I had to say about what I felt was wrong with my nails ( Im licensed) the same lady who did the girls polish did my gel and it was sloppy the lady with blonde hair who applied my chrome was rude and her work was sloppy all my stones fell off after about two days. If it wasnt for the fact that the trip was about the girls I would have raised hell; but my girls were enjoying themselves so I let it be. I explained to them afterwards what they should look for when getting their nails done and told them the difference between a person who appreciates your business and one who just wants your money. We will not be back which sucks for them because I have no limit to what I spend on me and my girls but I refuse to waste my money.

The owner was so rude.... they took for ever, my over lay was so rigid and uneven. Had to go over my nails 2 times. The nail tech didnt even turn on the machine to dry my nails. I had to. And never again will I go out there. The atmosphere was so cold and not what I have ever experienced in a nail salon before.... thumbs down.... hated it!

I use to like this salon but I sat there from 11:30 until 2 sitting watching everyone that was after me get there nails done before they finished my pedicure now I got sat down ten mins after arriving got a hour long pedicure then sat for 2 hours waiting for them to finish my service And was charged full price my toes wasn’t polished or anything I would never go back there if that’s the last nail shop on earth and the back of the shop smells like sewer water

I literally just had to walk out of this nail shop🤮 Came in just to get one ☝️ nail fixed, & the woman sitting at the front; which I assume is the owner; proceeds to put nail glue on a nail that’s broke which is has caused my real nail to break in the middle😥 I tell her I just got my nails done 💅 two days ago; & to cut this nail off, & replace with a new nail. She proceeds to tell me very rudely as she begins to finally do what I asked as a paying customer; that I don’t need a new nail. How dumb can you be my real nail is broke, lady just shut ur mouth & do ur job🤭 I just ended up walking out due to her unprofessionalism; & am going somewhere else🤮 Wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming, this place is a piece of 💩

I walk into this raggedy salon to find Cynthia & Tran standing in the front only to be ignored. I began to ask a question & both of them decided to act as if I was not standing there. Noone else was in the salon. There is no customer service here at all. The both of them were blatantly disrespectful & they both displayed an I dont care attitude. This salon doesnt even deserve 1 star. I will never step foot in there again. Not to mention the fact that they use a bowl on top of a tea cup warmer to soak your acrylic off....Can you say safety issue..Thats far from upscale status

The most horrible nail salon Ive been to one time I went here and they rushed my nails didnt even care about my concerns and then the next time I came there was a huge man in the little reception area (maybe the owner) was so rude I came in to get a full set and he kept mumbling answers something about he cant do my nails come again next time but I couldnt hear him it was probably about two workers there actually working there were about 10 ppl waiting to get service a couple of ppl waiting walked out so I just walked out do not waste ur time.

Do not go here! I got a fungus on one nail and an ingrown nail on another finger due to the girl not knowing what she was doing. I had to get it removed by a Dr and get on an antibiotic. just terrible!
