The ONLY reason Im even giving 2⭐is because of how the techs handled the following:Went in to the shop for the first time the day before to check things out and be sure I didnt need an appointment. I didnt, cool.Go back the next day, around the same time and was seated immediately. The nail tech (Andrea) greeted me and sat me down in the Pedi chair. The water was started, she ensured the temperature was ok for me, it was.All of a sudden the the nozzle/spout started spraying me lightly. She quickly covered it and it slowed. But then the nozzle fell off and water 🌊, I mean A LOT OF WATER, went right into my midsection. I jump up but my ENTIRE MIDSECTION IS DRENCHED!! Water running from my clothes down my legs.... drenched.All of the nail techs got up from their clients to assist their coworker and her client (myself).So 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 to them. The way THEY handled the situation was quick, professional, and very apologetic.Once the situation was under control, Andrea went back to get the owner/manager, Mei. Mei came up front, fiddled with the foot soak, re-attached the part, tested it, and said See, its good. Its good now. And went back to the back room. Couldnt believe it.Andrea, apologized again and asked me how I wanted to proceed. As I mentioned, this was my plan for the time I had to accomplish what I needed, so I stayed. They lined the seats and gave me extra towels and Andrea proceeded to giving me the best service.Midway through my Mani/Pedi, Mei came back up front and sat in one of the Pedi stations while the other techs worked with their clients. She was there for the duration of my services and NEVER SAID ONE WORD TO ME, THE ENTIRE VISIT. NOT ONE.It was said that shes been made aware that this wasnt the first time this happened. She does not care.I hope every nail tech in there finds another place for them to offer their craft.

The owner is very sweet and kind. She takes her time and does amazing work.

It was my first time here. I got a pedicure with acrylic nails. First of the tech did not clean my nails before applying the acrylic. When I asked she said : too much oil. Well I thought she could at least remove the dead skin and cuticles around my toes.. then she drilled my natural nails so much that my toes are sore now because of the acrylic and the glue and they hurt like hell. If it keeps on hurting I’m gonna have to take them off because it’s bothering me. She barely washed my feet and on top of everything they charges me $113.

A young lady by the name of Katelyn gave me one of the best pedicure and foot massage experiencesthat I can remember since I got my 1st foot massage many years ago..

They smoked in the back of the store while one of the technician’s child was there.Plus what is the capacity with Covid ? They have too many people in there. Too expensive. The tech kept on cursing a customer who was trying to get in and was having a hard time. And when I asked her what was going on she said : I just wanna go home.. poor customer service

I did not like the way the acrylic was laid it was thick and sloppy and my nails were squared wider than they were supposed to be. All I asked for is a fill in because I have an overlay. The Polish was sloppy to and my fingernails was sore. I will never go there again. Sorry not sorry.🤷

I needed my daughter and my nails done last minute, on a time crunch, and was in the area. I already have been looking for a new nail salon with good quality. I looked at their reviews and decided to give them a try. I was far from disappointed! I showed a picture off of the reviews and actually got the tech that did that exact services. I also got EXACTLY what I asked for. My daughter needed a soak off and full set. She got what she asked for and I still made it to where I needed to be Early. The prices were WAY more then I normally pay with Pedicures included. But I still THANK YOU for saving the day!

My boss from work loves and raves about this place and also raves about Ms. Mei XOXO!!!! I needed my nails badly and I wanted to go to the professionals, and stay close to Home. My daughters school is right around the corner. I finally went in. A young lady did my nails she was so sweet and was really detailed in her work. Which for me is key and what I look for in a skilled nail tech! I didn’t catch her name, but I can’t wait to go back to her! She was superb ✨🥰💅👏🏽

Ive tried 2 techs but finally found the one. Tina. She doesnt rush so when you go to her makee sure you have the time. Shes neat and gives you what you wantIf you dont know what you want shell help you and does her thang. Id rather have someone that takes their time and not rush just to get money. Tina have great conversation and yes we listen to music and vibe. Shes my go to. I actually think she underrated. Thanx Tina!!!

Went here for a fill in and to get a broken nail replaced . The tech was on the phone most of the time did not even greet me, then she was listening to music and singing loud as hell, and to top it off it took her TWO HOURS for a fill in and to fix a broken nail that I got done on Friday and today is Sunday and they look like I’ve had them for over two weeks! I’ll NEVER step foot in this nail salon again or recommend ANYBODY to ever go there!!!!! Unprofessional and LOW QUALITY work for what you pay!! 54 dollars WASTED

Fair price, but things are old and outdated. Limited colors available in gel. Was initially put in a pedicure chair that was broken, couldnt move it back and my long legs were practically up to my knees. Equipment, furniture, store was kind of old and outdated.

I paid $97.00 for these and my toes to be done 2 days ago.... Im upset because they were poorly painted(gel) globs all over and then my polish didnt even cover my whole nail... hence why it appears to have been done over a week ago .... so disappointed in Clevelands nail techs....

I have been getting my acrylics done by Annette for months, and I will never go anywhere else! My nails always look great, last for weeks., and she can do any design or shape you want. Highly recommend!

Pretty sure a student did my nails and I wasn’t even Informed or asked if that was okay. She didn’t seem confident and kept going over the same spots over and over making the gel look very rough. The very next day it started to lift. And a week later my pedicure is already chipping off..The owner was nice and said I could come in and get it redone but I’m a SAHM and don’t have a sitter for a few weeks..total waste of money. I’ll be going to Shawn Paul Solon for my nails from now on.

I’ve come here in the past plenty of times. May usually do my nails, and theyre usually not bad. But this most recent visit, she did my nails, and they were very and sloppy. As a repeat customer she wasnt willing to fix them onlyafter a week old. My nails are literally a week old and look like they have been on for over a month. Never again will not be going back!!!!

Came here for the first time, as it was a suggestion that I check them out...they are very well staffed and good at their craft. I only got a pedicure (no polish) but looking around the ladies getting sets and manicures had beautiful work being done.

Wonderful Salon!! THE BEST IN CLEVELAND!Very clean everyone there was polite and sweet. Every time I bumped my nail they fixed the polish with a great attitude. The environment is positive, and all the nail techs (Chinese, black, white, and Vietnamese) work as a team. 5 stars from me😁

Terrible experience at this place. They had what seemed to be a student do my nails without informing me first. Although she was very nice, 3 days later my nails started to lift. I went back for a refund and the entire shop became extremely defensive and absolutely REFUSED to give me a refund. They said they would fix it but was on a time limit and was unable to get my nails fixed or get a refund.I would not recommend.

I got my nails done there today and haven’t gone to get my nails done in months. They look like a 6 year old did them!! I immediately went to another salon to have them fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Received Gel/Shellac Manicure and it didnt last but three days..I work in a office environment; therefore I would not contribute it to wear and tear. I called and they scheduled me to come in for re-polish (great!) However, at day 5 it already started peeling up. I have had gel done at many other salons and have never had this issue. DONT SPEND EXTRA ON GEL/SHELLAC!

I love this place been going there for 3 years now . Everyone that works there has always been friendly to me. My nails is always amazing, always receiving compliments.If you are a impatient person than this place may not be best for you .They are very professional and do a wonderful job . Highly Recommended

Mai does a good job but their prices are never the same. I was going faithfully every two weeks until the price started climbing. The last time I went was horrible! I was charged $72 for a refill, gel polish, and 2 nail arts. I have never paid that much unless I was getting a pedicure done or a brand new full set with soak off and nail designs. Never going back again!

GEL chipping off not even 2 full days later

Everyone was nice, salon was clean, and the gentleman that did my nails was very sweet, but the overall product was awful. Took forever, acrylic was uneven and ALL OVER my fingers, and the paint job is so sloppy. Called back and asked if I could at least get them repainted, and she said to come in and she would decide whether I would have to pay for the repainting or not. Won’t be returning.

My kids wanted to have my nails done for me for Mothers Day. When they called to set an appointment Eb said a fill would be $18. When I went in they were really busy so 1.5 hours later they got me in. A gel fill was $28 which was fine. When I asked the nail tech how much it would cost he quoted $31. So I figured no big deal. I needed to meet family for dinner so I was just happy to get it done. At the end of my appointment the tech charged me $44. When I asked why it wasnt the $31 original quote he stated that he did extra stuff which was not at all true. It was a routine fill. I get them every 2 -3 weeks...have for 20 years now. He knew I was from out of town and would be a one time client and so Im sure he just figured why not. I would not recommend this nail salon.

I LOVE their work and Im cool with them speaking in their own native language. And if someone has a issue with it I think they should pull out their ph. And have what their saying translated. They are professional, clean, fun and I will definitely be going back and Im telling people I know to check them out...

Long waits. Walk in only, no appointments taken. You sign in on a list and wait. And wait. And wait. When Elaine owned it, the service was definitely well worth the wait. Now under Meis ownership the service does not even rise to the level of being able to be called sub-par. They aspire to be sub-par! They do not adhere to sanitation standards, their technical and artistic skills are lacking, the techs are loud, unorganized, unprofessional and rude. You would do better to purchase some press on nails and call it a day. Do not waste your time or money ladies. Go elsewhere. You have been duly warned.

Then the nail tech had to go back and place acrylic where she missed after she polished. The manager did not even apologize or nothing. Will not be going here again...

Never been here but after reading the unprofessional responses from the owner I would never go here. I own a very large company and would never respond to a clients feedback in a defensive tone. You will always have someone who may not be happy with your services but the way an owner responds has a big impact on potentially new customers. Hope there is a lesson learned and not an argument!

TERRIBLE. They use cheese graters for your feet. My feet swelled up so fast and broke into hives. Not clean at all and my nail chipped while she was fixing my nails and she did not do anything about it. Would rather die than go back.

Only rated a 4 because of how AMAZING the technician, Heam, did on my nails. perfect shape (almond is my preference) and hes sociable and friendly. the other people employed in this salon however, has poor customer service and poor communication with their waiting customers. Heam is an asset to this establishment.

This service! Makes me want to scream! My nails were not wrapped for a gel polish change - I was asked to soak. That would be ok if it didnt take 40 minutes to soak and for a tech to get the gel off. THEN I HAD TO SIT HERE. Its almost been an hour and nothing has been done to my bare nails. I would leave if they hadnt already destroyed my nails. No tip.

Horrible place. I would not recommend. Ive tried a few nail techs there and my gel polish always peels within a week. I went back twice because of this, and they were not very nice about fixing their poor work. Mae dilutes the nail polish, which is highly unprofessional.

Ive been a loyal customer at EB Nails for over 3 years now. The shop is first come first serve with some techs that have specialities in mani/pedi over acrylic which in understandable. I go regularly every 3 weeks the employees are friendly and very helpful with great customer service! The manager is awesome as well!! I love my nails which are (long coffin shaped) every time I leave! I love EB Nails!!

Got ignored when I walked in. Did not get greeted or asked what I needed to get done. I felt like I was transparent. They had took 2 people ahead of me and I was never acknowledged. Then 2 nail techs came in and looked me dead in my face and sat down and proceeded to watch tv. I never got asked what service I needed to get done. Im guessing its because I look young like a teenager but that still doesnt matter. No one should ever feel ignored when they are going to a place of service to spend THEIR money.
