If you want a ring resized quickly with high quality results at a very fair price, then go to Kellers Jewelry. I took my wedding ring for a resizing at another jewelry store, and they said they would resize my ring for twice the cost of Kellers with a five times longer waiting time. No joke! Then I took the same ring to Kellers and had it done the same day at half of the cost. Plus my ring still looks great. Thanks Kellers Jewelry!!

Just the other day, I had the pleasure of dropping in at Kellers to repair the missing diamond in my wedding ring and find a great anniversary gift for my wife. I hoped to give my business to a local establishment, not one of the enormous jewelry chains like Kays.The moment I walked into Tommys store, I was greeted by a friendly smile, great conversation, and an attentiveness to what I was looking for that allowed me to take care of both needs very quickly. While not a huge selection, Tommys jewelry assortment was perfect. My wife and I have gone to tons of large jewelry stores looking for pieces that fit her particular tastes, and countless times we always leave never having found that perfect piece, which is surprising considering her tastes are in no way outlandish. Within 20 minutes of entering Kellers, my ring was scheduled to be picked up the following day and I had the perfect necklace and pendant, something my wife had been looking for in all those other jewelry stores but never found. It was outstanding, and better yet, the prices were great.The following day, I stopped by and picked up my wedding ring. It looked good as new, better than it had in years. Tommy even smoothed out some of the nicks in the band and polished it. And my wife loved the necklace and pendant. 5 stars all the way!My recommendation, stop by Kellers Jewelry and ask for Tommy. Hell help you find the perfect piece no one else seems to carry and do a great job on repairs. I took my grandmothers engagement ring that I never take off (obviously very special to me) to have the band repaired as it was cracked in 2 places. I could not have been happier with the result and service I received. You cannot tell the ring was damaged or repaired at all. It was finished in less than 24 hours. I was helped right away and the man was very friendly. I am so thankful for this experience and recommend this place to anyone who needs jewelry repaired quickly, or has a piece that is extremely important to them.

Was referred to Kellers through a friend at work, and couldnt have been happier with the result. Looked around at multiple other jewelers for an engagement ring, and this was by far the best. Tommy explained all the different parts that went into the ring and what would make it stand out. My fiance absolutely loves what he made for us. Super unprofessional. My father went in today to ask about selling diamonds out of a ring because he didnt want just the gold weight value. The disgustingly rude man behind the counter asked my dad how much he should give him for it without even weighing the ring or asking about the diamonds. My dad asked how much it would be worth and the man pretty much said you tell me.. What a dick. Now I know why that place is always empty. Goes without saying he took the ring and left. Never again.

I was just in this store today around 11 a.m. to inquire about replacing a stone. Once your son came to get you, you stood at the door and looked at me as if I was bothering you. When the conversation began we were discussing the stone being a diamond or cubic zirconia. Under our impression, the stones were diamonds.The only reason that it was brought up being purchased in a different country was because of different regulations and laws that exist in the USA that dont exist in underdeveloped countries, of course you shut me down abruptly. Your hostile demeanor wouldnt even allow me to receive the informatiom about what could be done with the jewelry place that we purchased it from. I informed you that I was asking general questions and you continued to be rude(asf) and tell me Im not talking about nothing and I wasnt listening you. I have no clue how you are still in business because of reviews state that this behavior is the norm with you. Oh! The grills... I am so annoyed at my interactions with you today, I dont know what to do. Thank you for letting us know our ring purchase was not what we were told however I am more furious with stopping in your place of business than the ring. And to think, I was eager to support when I was greeted by his son however I wish I WOULD!

Went there to purchase a grill. I had a picture of the one I wanted and the owner assured me that he could do that. About a week later, I picked up the grill... It was nothing like the one I had paid for. In addition, it didnt even fit right. I told him and he said he couldnt do anything about that one but hed give me half off if I wanted to order another one. I asked if he wanted to just buy the bad one back and his reply was what am I going to do with it? I have no use for that thing! AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL ATTITUDE AND AWFUL WORK!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy for a grill!!!
