I’ve shopped there a few times for jewelry and getting watch battery replaced. At one time, I noticed he had some interesting antiques, so I asked him if those were for sale. He said yes and sold them to me at a very good price. Very please with the service!

Way over priced on everything. As a jewelry store owner myself i couldnt sleep at night knowing im ripping people off. Very rude owner as well. Ive had other customers tell me that they have bought fake jewelry but they were under the impression it was real when buying it from him. Id ask anyone looking to buy jewelry do youre homework and read reviews. Shame on you Bob.

This guy was awful. He had a terrible attitude. The price online and the price in store were different. He didnt even want me to try on the chain. He may be a bigot! Dont shop here. Very poor customer service.. He gets zero stars from me. Go to Howards jewelry and Loan.

Not impressed

I was going to purchase a necklace off them they posted on Facebook. There was 2 i was interested in. When i was going to purchase they uped the price! When i asked why they were not honoring there price they said they sold them both. But in the same sentence said they have the exact same one if i want to pay more. Very fishy. Would not purchase from them

It is rare that I will take the time to write a negative review, but in this case I had to. Didn’t know it at the time, but Inventory is over priced, the person behind the counter was very rude, I demanded to speak to a manager and that’s when I discovered that the one being rude was actually the owner. I continued to shop and bought a few things. Fast foreword a couple years I had to take the item I purchased from this store to the appraiser for insurance purposes. To my amazement the “gold diamond ring” I bought from him is actually a a gold plated ring with cubic zirconia! I have never felt so betrayed in my life. I would recommend that customers stay away from Arts Jewelers on mayfield rd. I wish I had read the reviews before going. Looks like I’m not the only one who has fallen victim. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

He sells fake jewelry. Sold me an engagment ring said it was gold and diamonds the ring started to turn pink so I got it checked out and it wasnt gold or diamonds. They didnt k ow what kind of metal but the stones were moissanite not diamonds. Went back and only got him to give me a new ring that was real by getting him to say he sold me gold and diamonds and recorded him otherwise he wouldnt have done anything but said I was lying. He lied about the tests he was doing when he sold me the ring that he did to prove that it was real when it wasnt. He also has the exact same ring for sale now saying its silver and diamonds which he knows its not. I have video of him admitting he said it was gold and diamond. That was the only reason he gave me a different ring. NOT A REFUND JUST ANOTHER LIE FROM HIM TRYING TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK BETTERI also had the screenshot of his original listing but wouldnt let me post it here. Also lets add i posted this review over a year and a half and he just replied now probably expecting me not to point out his lies. Also only reason he did anything for me period was because i recorded him saying that the ring was gold and diamonds and when i told him i recorded him he said let me see. So when i started pulling my phone back out thats when his tone changed and he offered me a different ring. I went up there acting like i was gonna buy a matching wedding band and said the ring you sold me is gold and diamonds right and he says yea.OH AND I STILL HAVE THE VIDEO OF HIM SAYING IT WAS GOLD AND DIAMONDS FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME AND ILL SEND THE VIDEO TO YOU SINCE I CANT POST IT ON HERE
