I love the service of renting cars from nearby, but the overall experience has not been very pleasant recently. 9 out of 10 times I have to fill gas, car is mostly dirty with crumbs every and bad odour, and the customer service never responds to the calls even after 2-3hours or waiting on hold. They could do better, because many people like using Zipcar.
