Easy to get in-and-out of facility during the daytime. At nights, you must know the area to avoid taking the wrong fork in the road. The road surface is rough with many potholes.

Very organized and good signage. Social distancing is followed. Good thing that masks are required. Visitor parking is plentiful and very close. Great experience.

AVIS TAMMY TAMMY TAMMY! She really went out of her way to do the work of multiple people to keep up with an understaffing issue. People were backed up at the airport, driver #62 had someone sitting on the floor next to him (see photo), Enterprise was the only counter that had more than one agent working.

I rented from your airports car rental hub from thrifty car rental. I was charged $160 and then charged another $490 because they don’t have early morning area to park cars for thrifty. I had to put it in Hertz rental car early 6:00 Monday morning March 15. Because of this they charged me for two more days rental of $490. I travel to Cleveland for three months straight for college football and I rented a car through your hub and I will never do it again because I was robbed $490! It is under investigation through thrifty but I am not happy to have paid $632.18 for a three day car rental from thrifty!

Outstanding customer service from Jeff Foreman. Another location gave me an intermediate car instead of the full size 4 door I reserved and paid for, then told me that was all they had. I drove up to this location looking for help. Jeff helped put me in a full size 4 door in 5 minutes flat. Thank you Jeff, great customer service. I will only rent from this location in greater CLE going forward.

Terrible, 0 STARS for hertz. im a presidential status customer. I have Rented from Hertz all over the country every single week for 2 years. After dropping a car off at this location I was charged a $400 smoking fee. I have never smoked in my life. going to National or enterprise.

One of the more efficient car rental experiences. The car that I expected to get was there. Drop off was easy and the getting on the shuttle to the airport was as well. No complaints.

Okay to navigate & quite a few restaurants to choose from. I was arriving so no time to stop. Lots of renovations going on so its unclear as to where you go initially. Went outside to have a smoke & was accosted by security because I wasnt in the designated smoking area. But soon realized he was just doing his job, but selectively so. Cars parked for pick ups were given a hard time after only parking a minute or two. Anywho, decent location but cant wait to return for my flight back to California.

We had a rental reserved for 11:30 am and the car wasn’t ready until nearly 1. And tons of people were waiting around too. Pathetic

Every time I come here I get a car quickly and its almost always a great car. This is for Enterprise, they are the only ones I use. Thank you. Its annoying that you have to take a shuttle back and forth to the airport, but they run pretty frequently so its not so bad.

My brother is near death in a Pittsburgh hospital right now and Im stuck in Cleveland because of priceline I had a car booked through Hertz for a one way to Pittsburgh but I cannot rent the car because priceline did not Divulge certain stipulations which keep me from renting a car. Ive been sitting here for 2 hours watching the national, Alamo, enterprise, employees tell people that they cant they wont be able to help them for various reasons. All the while they are playing on their phone giggling and laughing at peoples froma frustrations and in general just being very unprofessional. Beware of the fine print. I wouldnt give 1 star but the website wont post my review without a Star

We always rent a car through the airports service. We bundled our tickets and car rental together. However Spirits website glitched and I guess our reservation was never made. We got to Cleveland and headed to Enterprise since its where we had originally planned to use. Jake Adkins saved us! He was able to beat the deal we were going to have and got us the car we needed. Absolutely amazing service and hope to see him when we travel back again.

We rented with Budget, overall we had a great experience: quick seamless checkin and checkout, great customer service and good selection of vehicles. The main thing to keep in mind for the Cleveland airport is that the rental car place is a little ways from the airport. Allow plenty of extra time to catch the shuttle bus.

For a car rental center its pretty convenient. The shuttle from the airport drops you off at a central entrance where all the rental companies are, and then you through the respective exit to your car. The facilities are nice and modern, with seating areas in the event you have to wait for someone to check-in at the rental car desk. Ive been here numerous times and have never had to wait for a shuttle to take me to the airport. Theres always 2 or 3 shuttles out front ready to take you to the airport. Only good things to say about this place, and they have a National Emerald aisle, which is my rental option of choice.

Employes here are the laziest i have ever seen in my life.Also they are understaffed at all timesI use this place frequestly for work travel several times per month.Cars are not always clean. But they always have something.Can leave your car nearby in a secure parking lot for $12 a day

Overall great experience. Had some difficulty finding the shuttle from the airport to this facility but it was a quick exit out of the facility to my car with Hertz, which happened to be the cheapest rental agency this time around.

Booked the rental over a month in advance and it was paid for with a company credit card. Check in was a huge pain and had to provide a personal credit card on top of the card on file. After we returned the vehicle I was charged over $18.00 for fuel even though I had filled it up within a mile of the location. They did refund the charge after complaint but shouldnt have had to deal with the hassle.
