This place is a joke I talk to Angel twice in the same week if they can pick me up and he told me they are short of staff and they can’t pick me up, well enterprise raise there car 111.00 dollars per day really ? But they can’t reclute more personal even they are bleeding customer charging 89.00 to 111.00 dollars for a Toyota Corolla and they don’t have to many car in the lot, the guality of services is none, and then when you give 1 star, someone respond giving excuses but no action don’t waiste your time with enterprise in downtown Cleveland Ohio fired the manager if you want to see I change and buy better cars
I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date when we found out the guy was able to still get me a vehicle. They pick up and drop off for free given availability. Check in was reasonably quick. I was a little late with my return due to a work emergency but the associate was reasonable about it. All the gentlemen I spoke to were polite and professional. There was a slight error on my bill but the man on the phone took care of it immediately so Im not going to take a star off. Thank you. Will definitely come back here.

Very upset with this place. The car I rented had roaches in it. I will never rent from this location again. They tried to replace the vehicle but could not accommodate what I already paid for. The car they eventually gave me smelled so bad of smoke. And was way smaller than what I needed and originally booked. Wish I could give less stars. Ive been renting from enterprise for years for my business trips and this one encounter had made me never want to rent from them again.
I went to this location to pick up small SUV to deliver Books & Balls. They were sold out but the Manager said that I could wait. I didnt get a small SUV instead I left with small Hyundai Elantra. They said I can switch at any location. I called Rockside location on Monday. I explain I wanted to switch out my Car she advised call back where You picked that car up at. I called back and got the Manager (Angel) he said he would call me with a car to switch out. This is the worst car I ever rented from Enterprise. Cigarette hole in the back middle seat. Stains all in the car on the car seats .. Id I didnt have a Community Event I would not have left with that car. I have rented from Enterprise for Years and this time was the worst.
Had to keep the rental longer then planned. Staff was very helpful and made extending my rental super easy. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and pleasant.

Stayed away from location in the past because of lack of vehicles. However I was in luck today. Got me in and out at a reasonable time aside from feeling rushed. I like that they honored my mostly contactless check-in as well and accommodated me for a vehicle that suited my needs even though they didnt have what I was looking for.
I would have provided 5 stars, but the van I reserved was not at the site at 9am, which is the time I reserved. It was allegedly in route. I had a hard schedule to meet. I had to take an SUV which is less headroom and cargo space.

I had an unexpected event happen within my family and I needed a vehicle quickly. I reside in Youngstown but I was visiting in Cleveland. I went on the Enterprise website and reserved a car for my trip. All of my info was in their system so their was no hassle. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful. I did have an issue this time only with the oil in the car. It was real low and my vehicle wouldnt pick up speed so I had to but 2 bottles out oil out of my own money. When I brought it to their attention they quickly corrected the situation by giving me free gas on my next rental which I did appreciate. Thank you Enterprise.

Dealing with enterprise since 2012 in and out fast service nice people.
The employees were polite. The vehicle was okay however, it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I saw long blonde hair throughout the vehicle. The cup holder was dirty. Crumbs and some sticky matter inside. The tires were also a little bald. I slid numerous times in the rain just pressing the brakes.
Ive never had a bad experience with enterprise. Customer service is excellent, everyone is very professional, and the vehicles are always clean and reliable. I am a forever customer❤

Bad the agent didnt inform me that I could not use a card with no chip.Also dont tell you that you have a 250.00 deposit to put down on the car..I would not ever go back they dont give u the right information that you need to kno.
I always have a good experience and rent only with Enterprise with this specific location. Enterprise is convenient to my home, it is within walking distance to my house, along with about 4 other rental companies I can walk to as well. I choose Enterprise because the service is great and I love that I can earn rewards points for free days. Not every car is perfect (sometimes there are stains on the seats and a smoke smell (kind of hard to control that kind of thing when you have to rotate cars out as quickly as you can and without being able to force someone not to smoke in a vehicle.)). Those things I wish were better but they do not affect my decision negatively enough not to rent with them. As long as they continue with their consistency in service and convenient location I will continue to rent from Enterprise on Superior.
Most of you know about Enterprise Rent A Car. You know they rent at many airports, but you may not know they rent from store front locations throughout the country also. What brought us to Enterprise this trip to Cleveland Oh. was needing to pick up a car here, in Cleveland, and drop it off in Erie, PA. The price was competitive and the service good. We took the gas option to return the car with the same level of gas as we received it.

Bedford location....😡. One particular employee is rude aggressive and wasted my time insisting I had to check my car in at another enterprise for no valid reason whatsoever. He even in my face overrode his own manager communicating with me and another manager from another location who assured him I could check my car in at that location. He refused to do so and kept he kept beinging up subject which had nothing to do with me or the car I was driving. Strangest situation Ive ever had with Enterprise. Waiting for return call from corporate about the problems with the tires on my car and of the experience I had with that particular employee at location.update and now Im looking at the feedback that this young man has left for me today Wednesday October 14th telling me that hes thankful for my positive review. Like I said I never received a call from corporate and now this person has the audacity not to address my concerns but give a flip little response as though he has not read my review whatsoever . Enterprise hes doing more harm to your company than good I would really take a strong look at this employee
The first attempt a renting, I was not prepared to pay the deposit on top of the cost of the car because when I called to inquire it was not explained properly. The second rental experience was better, but the car smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana.
I had a excellent experience with Enterprise Downtown location. The agent, the picking up, and car rental process was smooth and fast. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely be renting again with them.

This location is convenient, the people are very friendly, and they make the process hassle-free with pickup options and return flexibility (I was able to leave the rental at the repair shop when I picked up my car instead of finding a ride back to Enterprise). In addition, the price for renting is reasonable. I’ll continue renting from this location.
I am a Hertz loyalist. I have used my Hertz Presidents Circle status to match to Enterprise Platinum plus - so I thought I would give Enterprise a shot. Heres what I liked:1. the location was convenient to the hotel I was staying atHeres what I didnt like:1. The man that helped me (his name was Ty) did not recognize my loyalty program status.2. I asked to use one of my four annual upgrades, and Ty had no idea what I was talking about.3. Ty said I was a member at the plus level4. I asked if he could double check my loyalty status and he said his computer system doesnt support that, and that his computer system doesnt mesh with Enterprises system (What?!?)5. The car they gave me only had a third of a tank of gas (Ty said this was in accordance with Enterprises policy.) I was told to bring it back with the same amount of gas. How am I supposed to know how much gas to put in???6. One of my first stops was a gas station (this caused a delay in my travel plans)7. I asked Ty to tell me how big the gas tank was of my rental car - That question went unanswered. I brought the car back with more gas in it than I started with - I feel like I got ripped off a little bit.8. The rental location does not have a drop box, and the keys could not be left when I dropped the car after business hours (I had to come back the next day to return the keys)9. It took OVER 20 minutes to return the keys (OMG!)I am used to it being much easier to rent a car.
This place sucks. The manager had a bad attitude cars are not ready they didnt pick me up. And gave me a hard time doe no reason.

I was extremely upset when on arrival the vehicle I had reserved was not available. (Sidenote to the Enterprise corporation: It is EXTREMELY disrespectful to offer a service - like being able to reserve a specific class of car - only to fail to honor that reservation. Maybe you should watch Seinfeld! 😠)I did not make this situation easy for the young man assisting me (Jake). However, he was so great and worked hard to correct the issue. Although it took a couple of days, I received my requested vehicle, due to the thoughtfulness and diligence of Jake and his manager Chris. Were it not for them, I probably wouldnt work with Enterprise again.*Jake and Chris get 5 starts, Enterprise gets 1; so I split the difference.

I rented a Fiat 500x while my car was being repaired at Conrads. Your staff at the 1802 Superior site are very helpful and couldnt be nicer to rent a vehicle with. The Fiat 500x was a very nice vehicle and fun to drive. I would consider buying one. All together a great rental experience.
About what youd expect for an Enterprise rental car. Very unreliable pick-up (despite being advertised as a free service). If you are on a schedule, make other arrangements to get to Enterprise. The management staff do try to make it right when there are issues, but Ive had my share of headaches at this location.
My job requires frequent travel in and out of the Cleveland area, and as a result, I have been to nearly all of the local Enterprise locations. I must say, this one is the best, by FAR. The employees work swiftly, and bring service with a smile. Ty, in particular, has gone above in beyond to assist me, more than once. THANK YOU. Would give 10 stars if I could, alas, Google only permits a max of 5.
They rarely have a car ready for pickup at the time that a vehicle has been reserved. Actually- it may be never.I typically make a reservation for 1/2 hour to an hour before I know that I plan to be there to be sure that they have a car ready.Yesterday, I arrived 1/2 hour after my reservation to be told that it would be at least 20-30 minutes before they had a car AT ALL. There were NO cars available even thought I had a reservation. Luckily, there is another rental car company across the street- so I went there.Never again!
The weekend special has been a great deal at the right time for me. I am having car troubles so needed a way to get to work. The prices were reasonable n still could have work done on my car. Good place to get to where you are going in a pinch.

After having an unpleasant experience at the Cleveland Hts. location, I went downtown and was greeted with smiling faces and great customer service. Even though their lobby was swamped... every employee did a great job at multitasking and being attentive. I was out quickly and on my way. I was quoted $150.00 deposit when I reserved my vehicle and told it was $200.00 when I arrived in Cleveland to pick it up. I planned to visit my father one last time before he passed away and drove across the country to get as close as I could. Now I wont get to see him again before he is gone. Thank you Enterprise for royally screwing up my chance to see him!
The service at this enterprise location was excellent. There was a huge snowstorm the weekend that I rented here. Due to the weather, they gave me a discounted upgrade to a safer car AND they dropped me off at the greyhound station a few blocks away so I wouldnt have to walk through the snow. Would definitely rent here again.

I enjoy doing business with Enterprise. Convenient locations (Downtown Cleveland and Shaker Heights, OH). Professional, Courteous, and Friendly staff. Jamond exudes patience in a hectic and challenging environment when the lobby is packed with impatient customers, he is still capable of providing thorough customer service.
Had a reservation for a 6:00 appointment I got there at 5:55 and they was close. Why have a 6pm appointment if you close at 6. Have to reschedule my trip for the next day.Every disappointed.
The customer service was exceptional. We came in on a whim. The gentleman made a reservation for us, we had a car within an hour, and he explained the process thoroughly.
This place is absolute ripoff, they overcharge you to the last cent of your pocket. Taxes such as police training fee, I said I didn’t want the refueling on my gas and I ended up filling up on my own and upon the return I was charged extra. Wouldn’t recommend booking straight through the enterprise.
Personally I love the experience at the downtown cleveland Enterprise branch. The team there was great and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes one thing that stood out was how well the guys and girls worked together to make sure my rental experience was top notch. I give those guys 10 thumbs up. Keep up the great work I will be using you guys again in the near future !
Recently I had a terrible experience with this location. I usually rent with Enterprise and really like their services. However, my last reservation with Enterprise was not a great one. Mostly I make reservations in advance and pick the car up from the Superior Avenue location. This time it was a last minute reservation, however we called the location to confirm if vehicles were available. The staff on duty confirmed that there were cars available.When we reached to pick the vehicle we were informed that there were no cars available and we have to get it from the airport. I must say they (one person in specific) were pretty unapologetic about it. We were understanding enough and agreed to go to the airport (since it was a last minute reservation). There have been a couple of instances before when we made a reservation and there were no cars available. However the staff was friendly enough to modify the reservation --to pick the car up from the airport and drop off at the superior avenue location with no additional cost.There was a specific staff MEGAN who was helping us out that day. She was inflexible and not very pleasing to talk with. She asked us to cancel the reservation and book a fresh one from the airport. After we insisted that we have had similar situation in the past she agreed (finally!!!) to check if she can modify the reservation from her end (after her colleagues interfered as well and us requesting multiple times). She was finally able to modify the reservation and we headed to the airport (it costs us $25 one way to reach the airport which is very inconvenient of course) .Well wait that is not the end, at the airport we were informed that the reservation says pickup and drop off at the airport (which apparently should have been modified). The staff at the airport is very friendly and understanding. They helped with the reservation and modified it for us.Do you think it ended here, not yet. The next day, we dropped off the vehicle at the Superior Avenue location minutes before the reservation ended. And guess what, who was helping us out ? MEGAN. We informed her how she did not modify the reservation correctly and it took us additional 30 mins at the airport to get the vehicle. And again she was not apologetic about it.Excited much? We returned the car and got back home. Usually we get the e-receipts in couple of minutes after dropping off the vehicle. We rented the car on the 21st of September (21st to 22nd of September) and we got the receipt on September the 25. Ideally since we rented for a day the amount should have been around $48. We were charged for two days instead of one ($90.48). Why? Because the person (MEGAN, ofcourse) did not end the reservation after we returned. Exciting story right? When we called Superior Avenue location and talked with MEGAN she straight away told that she is not responsible for it and we need to connect with the Airport Enterprise team and hung up before I could ask the next question (so polite).Altogether, this experience with enterprise threw me off. The Superior Avenue location most of the times either does not have vehicles or have very long wait times (even after reservations). Plus the staff is not that friendly. Not a nice combo right?
I love this location. I used to go to the Cleveland Heights branch and hated the experience each time I went. Ever since I have been going to the downtown location, Ive been satisfied. I plan to keep going to Enterprise now that Ive found a location that works with me to make sure I get cars in a clean and timely manner. Thanks Corey, Nick and Chris. Youre the best!

Working with Enterprise at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland is so easy and convenient. The car is waiting outside. I simply sign my paperwork at the airlines desk and I am good. When I return to the airport, I park out front and return keys at ticket desk.The Ultimate Air Shuttle and Enterprise experience is fantastic.
I come to this location fairly regularly after a weekend rental. Im usually helped by Nicholas, but this time it was Reno and he was fantastic! Nothing I didnt already expect from Enterprise, though. Always a great customer experience. Thanks everyone!

Ive rented from Enterprise on numerous occasions. Recently rented a 2016 Ford Flex. Very nice vehicle. I love getting the latest vehicles to rent. Service was top notch, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely be renting from Enterprise for the near future.

The downtown Cleveland location customer service was way beyond expectations. Got the car back at closing time and one of the staff (who should be promoted) gave me a ride on his own time. I was going to walk and he said it would take 20 minutes and wondered if I could use a lift! Made my day because I was beat.

I have been using long term rentals for my job, from this Enterprise for over a year now. The staff is extremely helpful, cordial, and accommodating when dealing with everything from vehicle selection, pick-up and drop-off, to rental renewal. I highly recommend this location.
Bad Enterprise Customer Service i have seen ever. Wasted my time. Eventually i ended up canceling my reservation with them. They are encouraging other businesses Avis to book a car.
Reserved online and received rental within no time. The only downsize is that the selections of cars are small. Overall, customer service is great.
My most recent experience wasnt my best. However when I brought my concerns to the branch manger attentions, he immediately took great care and concern into my issues. I would still give the customer service an A1. My pick-up and drop off times were both less than 15 mins each and Im already reserved for my next pick-up. Great job!!!

Was supposed to have a reservation booked through my insurance company. Arrived at the location and they had no cars. How are are you a car rental establishment with no cars on hand? I even heard the employee admit on the phone alto to a customer that the facility was understaffed and over booked ( he couldn’t provide a scheduled pick up service at 9 as requested). On top of that the only employee working was rude. Absolute garbage.
I work at FedEx and they provided me a car rental for a 3 day business trip out of state. The staff on Rockside road are very helpful and professional. On my way to rent a car, from the superior avenue branch as we speak.
They have an amazing staff! I was worried about how my experience would be when I found out the old Manager Sam was at another location. But Nick helped me and saw that I was in a hurry and made sure the process was as fast as it could be.

The Maintenance Required sign appeared within a half hour of picking up the rental car. My husband, who picked up the car, tried to call for guidance but could not get through (it was Friday afternoon of Memorial weekend so...). When I went to drive the car, my feet would not reach the pedals. I tried pulling the seat forward but it seemed blocked. The passenger side seat moved up easily though so it was definitely something wrong with the drivers seat. When my husband finally needed a break from driving, I had to put my backpack behind me to allow me to reach the pedals. It was not a very comfortable way to drive on a long-distance trip.
Everything was fine until I dropped off the van at 1 am. Finding no key drop I locked the SINGLE key in the vehicle above the visor. I was awakened at 8 am by an employee asking where the key was. When I told him, he replied I would be charged for a locksmith to open the car. Obviously renting and returning Enterprise cars for 30+ years this was a shock and a sore point. I pointed out that nobody mentioned the lack of a key drop when I rented the car and mentioned I would return it after hours. A call to corporate got me even more infuriated because the drone on the other end didnt deal with the issues involved bit kept repeating the same canned response. I suggested she act like a person and not a computer. I hung up and awaited her supervisor... who didnt call. Instead the manager of the rental office called and said the vehicle was opened, I would not be charged, and offered his apology. So my experience ended OK. But after being made very angry by corporate drones, it was a hollow feeling. Proper customer service is a rarity these days, as evidenced by passengers being tossed off airplanes and worse. The manager gets five stars, corporate gets a zero!

Very Disturbed - Dropped off my car at Central Cadillac on Carnegie and waited over an hour for Enterprise to show up. When they finally showed, the guy was so rude to me. He didnt even greet me proper. He said, is someone waiting for an Enterprise car? He didnt say hello or invite me to follow him to the car, but I followed anyway. The car he picked me up in was not great. Very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car, and he doesnt even really speak to me, so I introduce myself and tell him about what I needed to do because my reservation was not at this location. He got on the phone and called his office, and then tells me that there was a mix up and that it would be best if he dropped me back off at Central Cadillac. So he rode around the block and dropped me off! After waiting for over an hour, this was totally unacceptable. He dropped me off and didnt even say bye or apologize. I have never been treated so horribly.

The Impala I rented was very good. The initial sales person was very pushy on the insurance even though I made it amply clear to him I was not interested, as I had my own full coverage. The facility manager I talked to when I returned the car was very nice and made me want to rent another car from this Enterprise.
The staff there are very nice, helpful, patient, and efficient. The car condition is good too. I think Im going to rent car here next time~
