Todays date is 9/17/2021. This post is for anyone traveling through Cleveland TN by way of highway 75N or 75S. If you are in need of a tow truck to do any kind of service for you DO NOT use Titan Towing. They are a rip off company. They were called to tow a car that had broke down. The key to the car was taken to them so that they could pick up the vehicle and deliver it to Chattanooga. They never delivered the vehicle. The driver said he could not pull the vehicle up onto the truck. Here is the rip off part. They charged $125 to get the key back from them saying it was for fuel the driver used to drive out to the car yet he could not do what another tow company did do and that was delivered the car to the house. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPEND ON IT. Im in the middle of making me some magnetic signs that read Titan Towing are shaded dont use them. Im going to forever have this stuck to the side of my vehicle no matter what state I driving in. I will spread this everywhere. This is my freedom of speech and Im speaking. Even if this post is removed Ill have it on my car.

Came in during the morning, the woman who grated me was very friendly and helpful. She let me look at the vehicle and answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. She also answered my phone call a few minutes before they opened.

The service was great! Hank got there faster than expected and was very polite and friendly. Got my car to where I needed it. Very professional and efficient!

Hank helped us out tremendously. He unstuck the steering wheel so the key would crank the Kia, no need for the tow. He was professional, courteous and down to earth. Good young man! Being a retired Army Warrant Officer I can judge them well. Ill call anytime I have a need. Well Done!

My mom got locked out of her rental vehicle. We called them and they were on site very quickly. The tech was Hank and he got the vehicle unlocked in 17 seconds and he was very polite. Great service and would use them again.

Hank was the driver that came and towed my husbands car after finding he had a flat tire after getting off from work. He was super friendly and very professional with his work. He was also extra careful with his car. We definitely recommend Titan towing and Hank!!!

My car broke down two blocks from my house called the wrecker service whos office is on the same road I broke down took 45 mins and two blocks for a tow was $137 will NOT use again.

This is the most friendliest and professional place I have ever used! Hank, Bradley, and Mrs.Amy are great people. They went above and beyond to get my car towed today. Getting your car towed is never a fun experience. Stress is probably high, youve had to wait (in my case in the rain) and you know youll probably be spending money on dealing with your car. But when you get a tow truck driver like Mark, it makes everything better. He was professional but personable. He made sure he left my car exactly where I wanted it on my driveway, communicated clearly, reassured me my day would improve and even asked me about how my Thanksgiving was. His kindness is a welcome contrast to the dreary and complicated day I have had. As long as I have the chance, I will always use Titan Towing.

Im just here to give my honest opinion for this service. There are several tow companys out there but I must say this one is hands down the best. The service gentlemen named Charles was very polite, generous and helpful. He was also very gentle with my vehicle, which Im glad when I called and got him twice. Ask for Charles whenever you need your precious vehicle towed hell care for it like its his or brand new. 5++++

We had an unfortunate vehicle accident on I-75 between exits 20 & 25 and Titan Towing came right away to assist us in moving the suv into town. The tow driver, Justin was exceptionally professional and help to keep the situation as calm as it could be. I appreciate their expertise and guidance for my wife and I as the overall experience was overwhelming. The business office at Titan Towing also helped us in gathering our things from the vehicle and in releasing it to our insurance company for inspection.

Hank and Ric were very professional, friendly and quick. I give them 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

It is very disappointing that a company would seemingly take advantage of a college student (or insurance company). My son was involved in an accident yesterday and was charged $232 to move it off the road. The accident was in the middle of the day and the car wasnt moved very far (just enough to get it out of the road). That price seems very high. I will be sure to share my negative experience of your company. He was told that since he was hit in the rear he should be able to get reimbursed by the insurance company. I have been in contact with other wrecker services and they agree that price is high. Definitely NOT a business I would recommend to anyone.UPDATE: The invoice number is #19-15763. Accident was on January 31st at approximately 11:20 am. Vehicle located at Mimosa Dr near Mouse Creek. He was charged $232.88 to move the car out of the road. Feel free to update your response if you need further details to look into the issue.

Prompt service. Reasonably priced. The lady that took our call and the tow truck driver, Josh, were both very polite. The tow truck arrived at our location very fast when our truck broke down. Josh was knowledgeable and efficient. We would definitely use them again, if needed and would recommend this company to our friends.

I had to give Titan Towing a 5 star. Justin showed up to put the spare on our SUV in under 45 minutes! Since it was just me and my 10 yr old skn traveling it would have been impossible for us to get the job done alone! In swoops Justin and he had to really wrestle with those bolts to get them off so we could get the spare on! Justin was very polite and professional while ensuring we were able to safely get back on the road and not have to worry about being stranded! He really made us feel safe which was a comfort during our distress so I would definitely use the company again if we are in the Cleveland area.

Worst experience with a tow company ever. They changed the price 3 times and the woman that was on the phone was rude over talked me and very very unprofessional I wont ever use them again. Use at your own risk! If I could give them zero stars I would.

After waiting for over 3 hours not because of this company but because our insurance company had us running in circles,justin showed up to help us! He was super nice and professional! We had some heavy rain fall and it caused one of our moving trucks to get stuck. They came out and pulled us out in a matter of minutes. (We spent almost 2 hours trying to pull it out). Next time Im just calling them. Price was great and we were able to finish the job up. Thank you for the great service and for helping us when we needed it the most.

These guys were amazing!!! The lady at the call center was soo helpful and helped me find an RV park for my camper since we were basically stranded. The guy that towed us was super helpful, he loaded up my diesel truck and camper, then waited for an uber to take half my family since we had 5 people. He dropped the camper at the KOA and then took my truck to a shop he recommended. This is a family owned business and is 3rd generation. These guys know what they are doing, huge help and would definitely recommend!
