This used to be the best store..... now corporate raised the prices nearly double on many items... the original staff was great now they cant even keep employees... always new people. PAP needs to look at it both on a corporate and local level before it goes the way of the East Cleveland location. 10+ year customer and spent thousands... wont be back unless I REALLY need something as there are far better options out thereEdit: Interior small trim went from $4.95 to 9.99 overnight and now covers “0-8””.... so a tiny 1” nothing is now $10... plus environmental... plus tax... plus admission... for an item that most yards would throw in free. You tried to do the same thing t with mirror glasses last year... $3.95 to $10 overnight without warning to customers or employees.

A Godsend in every meaning of the term. Great variety, great prices and Ridiculously mechanic Friendly. Ive built 3 cars already assembled from parts gathered from here. A huge help no matter what your vehicles need. They even have CLEANUP FACILITIES AND SOAP! That in of itself is a huge bonus! No crushed cars,scrap piles, or random homeless looking employees like other scrap yards. They are very professional here.

The staff is amazing and friendly especially the owner he always looks out for me especially considering with my luck some of the parts I needed were rusted everyone else took all the good ones LOL the cashiers are friendly professional and always willing to help will be there again soon within two hours lol 😂

I originally only gave this place four stars until I recently bought a G6 from the auction. I need a lot of little things and a set of decent rims. I found a great set at a great price and I will never forget where I got them thank you guys so very much!

Today was my first time at pull a part I went there to get a muffler for a 2004 malibu they had many to choose from the nice thing is I got to walk around and choose the best muffler the one I got was in really good condition. Also customer service was great I told them it was my first time and they explained everything well it cost $2 to enter the yard you tell them the make and model and they will print out a list of that car and the years and the rows they are on which was helpful. I paid $20 for a muffler a new one was $100 saved a lot $$$ the muffler was in really good condition. Just make sure you bring your tools and and they do search your tool bag when you leave which is understandable. The gimmick is you pull part which passes the savings on to you I called other yards they want 40-50 for muffler and you didnt get to choose I will definitely recommend and will be back

So I took off a hood for a friend...When I go to pay it was almost $20 more than expected. So I asked why the price difference, I was getting charged for the window washer sprayers ..She told me I could take them off it would be cheaper...So I did. Then She Throws Them In The TRASH..........They also charge a core fee of $5.00 and a environmental fee $2.32.. What do they want my friends smashed up hood back? I guess well find out! Ill keep you posted..

Oh my God… No human customer service is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I need to know the hours of operation they were not mentioned the carts on the west side of Cleveland well should I say lack thereof don’t work I had back surgery not long ago and they need to search for a part they still have carts now they do not. I’m not liking it as much as I used too

It was interesting going to this place to see if I could get some parts for my clk. You have to take the parts off yourself. It might be a lot of walking to find your vehicle so wear so sturdy shoes the road is all gravel.

Best yard in Ohio, hands down, best selection of inventory, most organized accurate inventory, also employees that seem to actually care and try to be good employees, I don’t have a complaint with even one, everyone seems to be happy upbeat, the place is clean and organized, the inventory is clean and organized, the employees are clean and organized, most importantly being a mechanic for 20 years is the inventory because this is how I make my money, I have gone to both Akron and canton locations and the sub model on the vehicle is incorrect which makes a massive difference in just about everything, from wheels to engine size to interior so I wasted my time driving over an hour for a car they said they had which in fact they listed as the wrong vehicle, extremely frustrating, I explained my situation to the manager they seemed to care, but the vehicle still has never been updated to the right vehicle so who knows how many customers this has happened to, and this is on way more than just one vehicle, I would suggest checking all current stock and updating at both of those locations as needed, I can say I don’t remember a car ever being listed wrong at the Cleveland location, which is just such a big deal, not sure if you have checked but if you look up a car at Akron or canton it sometimes only says what color it is, that’s it, I’ve had the color even be wrong, at the Cleveland location seems to be 99/100 times everything is right sub model color engine size such a big deal, another major difference between Cleveland and both Akron and canton is the removal of fluids and batteries, I’ve had horrible experiences with thinking battery was disconnected and not be or thinking fluids were emptied and they weren’t, seems the Akron and canton cars have already been gone through even if u r the first person to check the vehicle, haven’t been able to figure that one out, lots of missing parts even if you are the first one to check the vehicle,also I have had a few bad experiences where I lost myKeys once someone stole my wallet once and stole my tools another time and I believe his name is Jeff in Cleveland helped me tremendously twice and another employee in Cleveland helped me the third time, I’m not sure of his name, very nice kid, honestly I will never forget their service to me on those days, they make me feel at home and I feel like the product is as advertised, feel free to reach out to me if needed as I think the whole Cleveland store needs a pat on the back because you can tell it’s a well oiled machine, must have good management, I’ve honestly been considering turning in an application for employment because I’ve watched their employees grow and it’s just a feel good atmosphere, they are used to being busy and just get the job done, I’m happy to provide my name or phone number if needed, happy for you to check my service history many visits and lots of $ spent, thank you for yourTime and a big thank you to all of Cleveland staff for doing a really nice job consistently.

Let’s not make up rules as you go because you don’t feel like working . If your BUSINESS actually closes at 5pm...UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE, so people are not traveling 35min to waste their time and gas...smh

I know its winter time I was there on a nice days in January and the golf carts said that they needed batteries they were all down I was there todayIn March on beautiful days in a golf carts are still down its a giant lot send this guy some mechanics to repair the golf carts

Parts are cheap and for you do it yourself take your own parts off and for a better price they also will take the part off for you for a small fee !

Prices are kinda high however they keep the yard cleaned up making it easy to find what you need.

Nice yard but need to make it more noticeably clear kids cant be there after a 2 hour drive i was told when I walked in so sad I grew up in a salvage yard but as I said its a organized yard

I love pull a part, but the Cleveland store, other than the manager, Jeremy, the staff isnt very friendly. They actually told me they wasnt renting the carts anymore this day, but when I was leaving they had rented a cart out to another customer. DONT think Ill be going back there anymore.

Overpriced for a 18 year old abs wire connector... adding to your reply. Im not moving forward with all that. I couldve got it new for $50. I thought it wouldve been cheaper for a 18 year old part that I pulled off a car. $20 is outrageous for a connector with 2 wires. You really need to work on your pricing

Dedicated employee for almost 5 years. Was terminated due to new supervisor named BARB F. Felt I was disrespectful for asking questions, or asking to take a break to use the bathroom. Also broke my ankle and lower leg bone on the property and was trying to work as much as I could to get by as a single mother. The management at CLEVE West can not keep employees they over work them. I could not walk as fast as I use too and maybe not do things as fast as I could . but I tried and I believe they saw me as a liability...and TERMINATED me ...on top of being harassed by BARB everyday too accomplish things I could not do or, that would take longer too do and get yelled at. Discrimination is bad at pull.a.part...lines are long..the managers let a few cashiers do as they please. If they are friends with them and drink with them after hours. Its all favorites... Drugs sex and rock and roll. Should be pull.a.parts motto. Not ... Help.learn.grow...

I needed a couple of replacement screws for my 2005 BMW 325xi headlights. After doing a vehicle search on their website and determining they had a couple potential vehicles on their lot, I arrived there and paid the 2 dollar entry fee. It was easy enough to find the vehicle with the numbered row system. I was able to find the vehicles and retrieve the screws in about 10-15 minutes from arriving. A gentlemen was even nice enough to give me a ride in a golf cart from the back of the lot to the office to make my trip even easier. After getting in line to pay, they waived me through without charging a fee and said come back soon. Couldnt have expected a better experience. By the way, I looked online in an attempt to purchase the screws i needed and I could only find them in a variety pack which I would have been charged $35 plus shipping and handling. A++

Didnt have any treasures but did have what I needed

We came in today looking for a Chrome Rim for my Dodge Durango... Once we finally got the lug nuts of the tire we realized the tire was also stuck (frozen) on the truck... We eventually went to ask for assistance and a guy Name Vincent came and assisted us with getting the tire off the truck... We really appreciate the extra mile that Vincent went to assist us with getting this rim off the truck. It is 30 degrees outside and the ground is covered in snow and soft... Two tow motors got stuck in the snow on the way to the truck... Vincent eventually had to jack the truck up and use a sledge hammer. A easy 15 minute job turned into a hour job. Thank You for the great experience and going above and beyond !

First-time visit to the Cleveland West location, and I was impressed with the staff at the check-in desk. I had forgotten that no-one under 16 was allowed in the yard, and I had my daughter with me. The staff kept an eye on her while I grabbed the part I needed. They even made sure she was able to use the restroom when she had to go. When I returned, they even remarked how well-behaved my daughter was while I was away. Thanks to all of the Saturday staff at Pull-A-Part Cleveland West!!!

The car that I went there for was marked wrong. On the sticker and online it said a 2010 but the car was a 2009 so I couldnt use the parts. Drove there for nothing. But the cashier was very nice and friendly.

If you need quick used parts and cant wait for mail then this is the place to go to. Some prices may be higher and you have to remove your items but it averages out the same when you pay postage. Bought a battery matched to my vehicle and it works great. but be aware that the item you pull will be piece marked as per each individual attached part you will be charged for.

Expensive place some parts are as much as new one especially electrical switches and sensors wire harness. Parts pricing on their website are way different than at cashier and evry time I got ripped off for parts I have to take off by myself and I dont know if thats will work. And also they charge two different price on same parts but when you buy new its same price all together. Terrible place

Things I dont like are customers who destroy other parts just to get what they want . I dont know how many times parts I needed were ruined by thoughtless and non caring persons. Also Im disabled and think the price is to high for alot of non mechanical things like hoses, plugs, brackets and such. Just my opinion . Your places is pretty clean and like how vehicles are up on rims. That helps alot for the most part. The wheelbarrows are great to use and now you can rent carts. I will be using that service when needed. I was so pleased by the return of my sunglasses I lost while I was in the yard . After I returned 4-5 days later, I immediately asked if anybody had found or turned in a pair of script glasses and found that they were. That made my day! I was very thankful. My favorite yard to date !

Havent I reviewed this? Anyway their a well organized salvage yard. All cars are arranged by make and mounted on stands. Prices are the best Ive seen in the salvage business. Only thing I dont like is the cars are there for a limited time then they are scrap.

This afternoon I called these people to find parts for my friends blazer, I went through the prompt about six times and got transferred to the Atlanta call center twice. I called back and talked to Dave in the car sales department and let me tell you, when I got on the phone with this man I was a little upset. But this guy talked me right out of my bad mood and went above and beyond to help me. I asked him about the parts I needed and he says you give me 15 minutes, Ill give you a call right back. He called me less than 10 minutes later and gave me an exact number of how many blazers they had in the yard, the years on each, and the dates of when the two most recent came in. This man is a blessing! That man has been the most helpful soul Ive encountered from this place and I highly recommend you pay this guy a visit. And Dave if you see this my man, you did me a great personal solid and Im glad I got the chance to speak with you. I look forward to meeting you in person!
