Great service. The service advisor William was great. He was funny and upbeat and totally professional.
We just bought a 2016 car and found out it had an issue with blind spot sensor. The dealer took care of it. I dont blame the dealer. 2nd hand cars can have issues. Whats important is they took care of it.For people coming here on gps. Gps will bring you to toyota dealer. Foundation honda is across the street. Not sure if they are under same ownership or what but before you park, look across the street you will see big honda sign. Foundation honda is there.
Just moved to the area and needed an oil change and routine service on my Honda Accord. They were super easy to work with, had the work done quickly and for a very good price! Highly recommend and I don’t usually like going to dealerships
They told me what I needed to know
Let me preface this negative review by saying that Salesperson Noah was fantastic. He was personable and professional. He helped us understand the Accord (CPO) as first time car buyers (we usually lease) and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. I can’t recommend Noah enough - definitely request him if you visit this dealership. The reason for the 2 stars is the unfortunate experience we had in the Financing department. We had our own loan approved from a reputable credit union and could have been out of there in an hour and on our way with a beautiful car and terms we were pleased with, leaving a 5-star review and recommending our experience to all. We may have even considered becoming a Honda family (our other car is a Toyota Rav4 with the lease up soon).Instead.... the team at Foundation Honda told us they can beat any interest rate “9 times out of ten” and offered to “quickly see if they can save us some money and get us better terms”. Of course we said - “sounds great!”..3 hours later, we were sitting in the finance department unnecessarily confused, frustrated and impatient. They somehow ended up tacking on a “service contract” to get us “better terms” from their bank of choice. Financing Scenarios (monthly payment, amount financed, interest rate, etc.) were never presented to us, and we spent the majority of our time waiting...waiting...and dodging small talk impatiently to ‘get to the point’ and understand our financial options.Eventually, we realized (not through Honda dealership - through our own deduction/ napkin math) that the “service contract” added $3,000 to our finance total over the course of the loan. (!!!)And...contrary to Foundation’s pitch - doesn’t cover any likely repairs (for example - it excludes tires, windshield, any maintenance and most of what it includes that is “likely” in the next 3-5 years is covered by car insurance). When we realized this policy was pretty much worthless to us and requested removal, he hinted that we are better off canceling it afterward rather than going through the whole process again (oh right the “whole process” that should have taken 20 min but somehow took 3 hours on your part...). So, we bit. An extra $3k out of pocket to finance when we never needed any of this in the first place - and it benefits none other than - you guessed it - the dealership itself.Alright Foundation Honda - we get it. We are in a pandemic. The service addons and policies are the (only?) way your dealership is really making money. That said, we are a customer-centric economy. This model won’t last much longer and consumers will begin to realize how backwards this process is - and turn to better options and vendors. The dealerships that cater to customers first will be the ones to survive, in my not so humble opinion. This review is for the future visitors of Foundation Honda - avoid the finance department if you can. If leasing, say no to extra warranties and add ons. If the car is as great as they say it is in their sales process - you probably won’t need the warranty within the time you buy to the time you sell. For the Honda Service team reading this, bad business will be your demise. Treat people like you want to be treated if you want to survive in this economy. Period.
Great service, Tina, Danielle and Mark adds great customer service 👍
No wait checking in. Service rep informed me re specials and advised me re what was necessary and what was not.
I have had an enjoyable experience with Honda service for my HRV Honda. A free shuttle service provided to me promptly. Attention to customer service with a friendly smile. Thanks, Honda, for the TLC!
Affordable, honest, and FAST service.
You guys are horrible. Yall charged me a $17.25 shop supplies fee for a diagnostic test on my Honda. When I asked about the fee I was told I was charge for workers to use their own tools. I will never use this business again and will never ever recommend you guys to anyone. What a complete rip off you guys are. If I could give you guys negative 5 stars I would. Horrible business. I WILL NEVER USE YOU GUYS AGAIN!! 😠😠😡😡
These guys know how its done. My rep Fielding Cloud took care of all my needs and answered all my questions. As inconvenient as car maintenance can be, these guys did everything they could to mitigate as many headaches as possible. awesome service and communication.
Beautiful service Drive.
