I’ve had to bring my car back to this location multiple times because they did not fix the issue that I brought it in for. I recently brought it in so they could take a look at my brakes and they were going to charge me almost $1k for the repairs. Shopped the price & repairs around & got my car repaired for $260 and it is running just fine.One bright spot is Tyrone, who mans the desk. He was always helpful, the two stars are for Tyrone.

Had a great experience, they even send a video of what they were doing and explaining the process. I also like that you can go anytime and get free air. Air is something that shouldnt cost.

Not so happy. Came in for a scheduled appointment. Was then told it would be hours (4 hours later). My wife and I walked 1 mile back to our house. Then they posted a video of our car on a lift. I figured, I have to walk a mile there, they will be done. Nope, waited another 2 hours. Oh, this was also in the rain. Not, happy. Also, I asked for the one descent tire to be put in my trunk for a spare. Got home no tire. Thank you macanic for screwing me out of a full tire backup. Probably about 80.00 dollers. In all fairness, I hate to say it, but the work was good. Tires are great, alignment is good. They do good work. But, time management and customer service are not their strengths.

May be forced to return, to use the balance of my Gift Certificate that was written out on the back of a business card. I was told that I needed 4 new tires, which has to be a lie because I purchased ONE new tire not long ago.I will follow up with Firestone, regarding if I REALLY need new tires, which has become standard after going to Conrads.

I usually hate going to car places and having them tell me all the other things wrong with my car, but this place did not! In fact, told me everything else was great. Put my new tires on in the time they said, super honest and easy!

Tried to get quote on simple rim re-mounting with my own rim, manager tried to up-sell me into buying a $185 tire! Seemed reluctant to work with my own parts when I called them a few days before the appointment. Didn’t even offer to pound out the bent rim, which another shop was willing to do. I guess this shop is not interested in doing $30-$40 jobs. Oh well.

Great staff, very helpful and honest. Better then NBT to me. Great warranties for tire. I hit something shredding my tire. They got me a new one order for me and replace for a very low price. I recommend them to anyone that needs tires.

I had a slow leak in a tire. Conrads fix my tire without any pressure to buy new ones. They were professional and pleasant.

Conrads has been fair priced and honest with me on all visits. I really hesitate with going to big auto shops but I have never been let down here. Fair pricing and honesty is all I ask for - and Conrads has been just that so far.

The shop manager, on short notice, managed to pull in four clearance Uniroyal tires I requested from other stores for a next day installation. The installation rate and oil change special were both deals and above all I love that they are willing to run clearance specials on tires. I would definitely consider them for wheel and/or suspension work and oil changes again.

Took my vehicle to get two tires replaced. As I drove home, I could hear something scraping. I pulled over and this is what I saw (pictured). I checked to see if maybe screws had fallen out but neither side was connected to anything, one side was resting on the muffler and the other side had worked itself free, looks as if it was jerry rigged just enough so it wouldn’t be noticeable on the video they send after the repair is complete. I’m a student so vehicle repairs back to back will break me. Back to public transit I go. Thanks Conrad’s.

I will never come back. Customer service is bad. I asked them to install new tires (I mean new date) then they installed one is 2018 and another one is 2019. SEE THE DATE THAT ON THE TIRES BY YOUR SELF before you sign. Even if they told you they are new. I came to them because they have good price and cheaper than other. When i saw the date i understood why they are cheaper.

My first experience with Conrad’s certainly won’t be my last. I shopped for tires online comparing reviews & prices, and I found that Conrad’s had the best price for the tires I wanted. I was able to schedule install two days later (all online), and my in-store experience was wonderful. I spoke w James multiple times today, and he was helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. And most importantly the new tires are great! Bring it on, winter!

Great staff! Had a slight issue with the on line order service for new tires but in store manager worked to make sure my car got the correct tires. 4 new tires mounted balanced and alignment in just over an hour! Manager also made sure I knew what they were doing and time status for completion.

Every time I have made an appointment something has gone wrong.1) waiting over an hour for a simple tire rotation2) I had an appointment first thing in the morning to put my snow tires on. They asked me when I showed up if I had planned to leave the car. What do you mean? This shouldn’t take longer than an hour. They said 2-3 hours, I received a call over 4 hours later on a day I had not planned to be without a car.3) Here we go again- more fun At Conrad’s. I’m updating my review to drop it to 1 stars. I took my car in to have my snow tires taken off and my regular tires put on. I have 2 sets of tires with each set having it’s own level of wear. The tire “scientists” At Conrad’s mismatched the pairs and the car sounded like it was going to fall apart. Brilliant.

Terrible service. Just trying to steal your money. Went there for a new runflat tire installation and said its gonna cost me 50$ !!!! Even after I told him the dealership only costs 25$. Went to Mr tire 5 mins away and got it installed for 27$ with tax . Guy at the register wouldn’t even talk to me properly.

Easy to make online appointments for specific service. For my new tire install, ordered tires and scheduled service online. In and out in 1 hour. Tires were super cheap. Excellent service by a very polite manager. Very happy

I priced 4 stores for tires and Conrad’s was the lowest price with discounts and rebates added. I had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I needed new tires very badly and they got me in right away. I wasnt sure if I needed 2 or 3 new tires, but they checked them out for me and determined I only needed 2. So I was happy to know I was dealing with an honest company that had my best interests in mind - instead of selling me the extra tire I didnt really need. Al is the gentleman that helped me out with everything. He did a great job and made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. I will definitely return here when I need something for my car.

Waited 45 min beyond my estimated wait time (as a walk-in which was already a 5 hr wait) for a routine inspection and oil change.I told the technician one of my tires was leaking, and the inspection came back clear with no issues. Had to go in the next day again after discovering myself which tire it was. They apologized and were able to identify the leak in one of my tires. Just to identify this the second time (that should have already been fixed) took nearly 2 hours, this time with a scheduled appointment as well. No tire in stock so I would have needed to come back after the next delivery and decided to shop around for a quicker installation.I asked for an economical tire replacement with the most miles/dollar was still quoted their “premium recommended tire” and wasn’t told about another tire with the same mile warranty for about $40 less until I asked for other alternatives.Disappointed with the actual work done for the inspection, as well as service not seeming to meet my needs as a customer. If I ask for a cheaper option, I understand it’s not “premium”, but please don’t wait to disclose the information I’m asking for in order to sell something more expensive.Would recommend visiting another car place first before going to Conrad’s.

This was my first time at this location from the time I walked through the door Nathan meet with a warm greeting.He promptly me check me in for my appointment. Al already had my service information in the system therefore I really didn’t have to Explained what services I needed done this morning.Al was very honest and only gave me pure honest advice what tires I should put on my Vehicle.Andy gave me great hospitality. Actually all three of these young men gave me upscale service but reasonable prices. I will recommended the Conrad location to all my friends and family. I will be back.

Went in for a wheel alignment recommended by my mechanic. They were very courteous, both on the phone and in person. They did the job quickly, about an hour, and without any extra charges or peoblems or anything. Would definitely go here again if needed.

I only went in for an oil change and an estimate on some new tires, but I saw them provide exceptional customer service to another man who was at the counter next to me. Bobby was thorough in providing me with my options while quoting various quality levels of tires and brands. He also explained their differences; pros and cons. “Approachable, fair and helpful” are words that come to mind. I’ll definitely go back when it’s time for new tires. In general, I’ve come to expect very little of customer service, but experiences like today are the ones that will make me a returning customer. Good work.

Would never go there again wasted my time they didnt want to work on my car because they wanted to charge me $150 to scan my car when I already have paperwork for them from three different places stating the reason for the check engine of being onactually check that they told me was not accurate from the state require E-Check so telling me whats wrong with my car dont go there whats the time. maybe they should state some of the requirements for online before people can book their appointments

Being a female, coming in alone, Im always hesitant and on guard with the staff at any car repair facility. I do not have the knowledge that I should of cars and do not know how all the parts make it run efficiently and safely. BUT the gentlemen at Conrads ALWAYS fill my head with knowledge and treat me with nothing but respect. You hear a lot of horror stories of car repair facilities screwing over customers and adding things to the list to increase their final bill amount. I can confidently say with 100% assurance that all the gentlemen here at this Conrads actually know what they are talking about and personally care about their customers.IT IS NOT ABOUT THE DOLLARS!!! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my car issues and I feel confident in putting my safety in their hands. The staff is very Professional, they get me in and out without any problems. Plus their synthetic blend oil change is $20 cheaper than the other car place that starts with V. As longs as the prices are good and service continues to be excellent, I will continue to visit!

The people here are so friendly and they tell you what you need without pressuring you, and don’t try to rip you off. The only issue I had was that they didn’t start working on my car until a full hour after my appointment, so I was there waiting for a long time. Aside from that, they were great to work with and I’ll definitely be returning.

Made an appointment for tire installation, had the tires installed got in my car something told me to check the tires before I leave, they installed different tires than what i ordered! Go back inside tell the mechanic at the desk, he pulls up on the computer the tires were not in stock so the technician put those on instead!!!! Where they do that at without asking. I made an appointment i assumed the tires would be there like the website indicated. He orders the tires says hell call wen they come in . i go home and take another look at the tires THEY THE WRONG SIZE AND 2 DIFFERNT SIZES ON MY CAR! THANK GOD I LOOKED. The technician that took care of me was nice and the situation got taken care of. I expected this kinda service at Moes Tires lol not here!

I used to go to a Conrads in Summit county and I always thought they were fair and the employees were pleasant. I have had my oil changed, tires rotated, and breaks changed at other Conrads. This was my first time at the Cleveland Heights location. The employees were super friendly and not pushy at all (some locations in Summit can get a little pushy). They always have a good deal on an oil change and tire rotation. I usually wait with my son during my service and, of course, he loves the free popcorn. Thank you for the great experience. My prepaid appointment for four brand new tires was scheduled by my son two weeks in advance. When I arrived, Conrad’s staff had not noticed my appointment in the computer and didn’t have the staff to install the tires. We rescheduled the appointment.When I returned two days later, Conrad’s still complained of inadequate staffing. Then I learned that the tires that we had prepurchased two weeks earlier hadn’t arrived until the day before.Then, three days after the tires were installed, I checked my tire pressures. My right rear tire pressure was 5# low.Poor service. Poor quality work.

Review Dec 13, 2019I got to take 1 star off. This is a great place, but you cant say a 1.5 to 2 hour wait on the phone, then 2 to 2.5 hours wait when I arrive, and then it be a 3.5 hour wait. Thats too bad because it hurts your reputation, its got to be stressful for your workers, and customers have to be somewhere. Frustrating. Got my brakes done and did not have any issues with the quality of work. The staff was friendly and honest, and did not try to up-sell me on any additional repairs like Monroe Muffler/Goodyear Auto/NTB/etc. I like how there is no requirement to set an appointment. Only criticism is their prices (without coupons) are a bit high for brake replacement (around $50 higher), however with my coupon they were the same as local competitors such as Mr. Tire, and they honored the $50 coupon without any issues. They accept the Goodyear 6-month interest free credit card option, which is great for people like me who are budgeting and would rather not put it on a debit card all at once! Overall good experience.

I had a great experience at Conrads on Mayfield rd. I called in the morning on a Saturday because my tire popped because of a pothole. When I called they checked to see if they had my tire first which they did and they also explained to me that they were extremely busy with appointments but I could bring my car up and they would fit me in. I took my car up around 1230 and I got a call that my car was ready at 300. The staff treated me very kindly and were very respectful. Thank you Conrads on Mayfield for making my tire blowout a good experience.

Had a great experience here today. I scheduled an oil change yesterday morning that they werent able to complete in the hour window I had, so I had to reschedule for today. Polite staff and not outrageous prices. Had to order a specific tire because it’s not very common and it arrived the next day. The only real nitpick I have was it took a bit longer than expected but that’s because I have aftermarket rims and it’s apparently not as easy to install as normal tires.

I came into the shop on a Saturday for front inner tie rod ends replacement. The parts werent available until Monday, so I scheduled an 11am appointment. During my appointment, I was treated courteously and given all detail as to what was found and what needed to be done. They even sent a video of their walkthrough to my phone! The showroom and bathroom was clean and free of clutter. The pricing was a bit high for my liking, but there is a 6 month/3,000 mile warranty on the parts and labor. I had both front inner tie rods replaced and a wheel alignment. It ran me about 580 bucks for a Pontiac G6.

I WENT IN TO GET MY BACK BRAKES FIX, AN OIL CHANGE, AND NEW WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES. I DECIDED TO WAIT THERE UNTIL MY CAR WAS READY. I WAS THERE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS, BUT ALFRED MADE SURE TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND MADE SURE I WAS OKAY. HE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a used car, new to town, took it in to get the engine light to go off so I could pass emissions testing. They got me in and out in a day even thiugh they were obviously very busy. I didnt even have to ask for special treatment. You earned a customer. Soon I will need tires. Wonder if they have a frequent flyer program?

I went in to have a single tire replaced, but they did not have it in stock. Not to worry, one of the technicians was able to find a display tire and had it installed in less than 30minutes. Excellent customer service and a good selection of tires and services!

The wait time was appropriate for the services I received, I was given the approximate time it would take to complete the tune up and that was just the length of time it took. I appreciate the fact that you are informed of where the mechanic is in completing the job, almost taking you step by step informing you of any issues as they go.Clean waiting area, friendly personel, who looked out for your comfort during your wait. I appreciate the popcorn and water provided and the always presence personel.

I have been using conrads (various locations) for years. Ive never had a problem and theyve always done what they can to try and help in more expensive jobs. I also like that they dont try to up sell me on stuff like when I go to Firestone. They tell me what I need now, what I will need in the future (and a rough estimate of how long) and thats that. Theyre always pleasant to talk to as well. I will continue using and will continue to recommend conrads to family and friends for the foreseeable future.

They had the best price for my tire. I had compared prices before I got there. I saved about $20.00 Everyone was nice and attentive. They estimated 30 mins but were done in about 24 minutes ( I was counting) 🙃

I would have given Conrad Tire Express 5 stars for the 4 new tires installation, but after driving the car on the freeway for the first time after two weeks, I noticed the car vibrated at 60 mph. This is my wifes car who is a city driver and I would have never known about the problem until much later when I occasional use her vehicle on the freeway for short distance trips. Im not happy I had to make a second service trip to Conrad to have them rebalance the tires, but overall the car rides much better as expected. Next time if its with Conrad I will make sure to test drive the vehicle on the freeway when buying new tires.
