Obvious they didn’t clean the tub well, I saw hairs 😩😩😩 and they didn’t even use LINER, so unsanitary. I went with my husband for the first time (also last) cuz it was so close to my house. Regretted it right the minutes we walked in. They did ok job on the pedicures but the cleaning grossed me out 🤮🤮

I went for a manicure and pedicure had a really sweet new lady. But problem was no one showed her where anything was so I got a halfway pedicure which I even upgraded to gel nails (which costs $15 more instead of at Babas up road is only $5 difference so definitely huge price difference) definitely disappointed with pedicure unfortunately because I really needed one. I also got a manicure and was same. The lady is super nice and could probably do a good job but they definitely need to show her how things work and where things are.

LOVE my nails!!! Im fairly new to the area and this nail salon was recommended to me by a family member. Im so glad I went, I have not been disappointed at all! Thanks to Lola...She does an awesome job every time 💅. Highly recommend it!

Good place on certain days. Though their process change constantly. One day you might pay $35 and then the next time for the same exact nails you pay $50. Which I only get a fill with a gel polish.

Everyone is amazing. Great atmosphere. Prices are fair and reasonable. Family orientated. Hair salon on site and the hair stylist is humorous and skilled. Highly recommended!

They did a fantastic job on my nails, but were a little rough with them. they ladies there were very nice & funny & had full conversations with me; unlike most nail salons.

Ive been coming here for a year and today I decided to drop by and allow someone else do my nails since the tech I normally use isnt here! Why I did that I dont know! Three different techs worked on my nails! The 3rd and final one tried her best and it came out horrible. Tried to treat myself for Christmas but I guess I have to travel even further west to get my nails done properly!

I went in for a quick gel polish change but ended up being there for an hr and a half. 1st the polish I picked from their swatches had gone bad but the nail tech continued to apply it on my nails despite me telling her the polish was bad. Then the 2nd swatch I picked didnt match the actual polish. The swatch was light pink the polish they pulled was purple. So frustrating. Their nail polishes appear to be old & cheap. The salon just doesnt live up to its name. Its definitely not a VIP experience. I wont be going back.

RUN RUN RUN They charge $45 for pedicure and my nail polish kept chipping up while she would paint them dry she did it over at least 5 times then she caked a lot on my toe let it dry it seem fine I went home did my regular routine after I took a shower for the evening the polish was like rinse off it bubbled my toes up it looks horrible I WOULDN’T EVER GO THERE AGAIN

Got a pedicure it was good

I went for a manicure and basic paint. He had me to soak my hands for about 15 seconds in watered down hand soap that he took from the side of the basin and tap water. It was obvious so I asked is this soap from over there? He said yes. I chose polish from the pre painted nails. He came with a similar color paint. The bottle has Chinese writing on it and the polish was dried out. I mentioned how thick the paint was and he put polish remover in it to loosen it. It was obvious it was almost out. As he applied it to two nails it looked all botched up. I kept telling him I didnt want it and to get another brand. I feel like I pay enough to at least have decent polish. He kept telling me it would be ok until finally the guy at the front desk came over and I asked him to get a better polish for me. During the manicure he plucked the skin around my nails so hard it was painful. I was referred here by one of my customers. She told me to ask for the woman and I should have. Unfortunately i wont give them a chance again. You cant take your customers for granted. We could easily paint our nails at home but we come to you for quality. I will stick to the usual Orlando nail shops from now on they have quality polish clean and well decorated spaces that smell good and cold glasses of wine all for the same price.

Was not very clean and I did not see anyone sanitizing anything. The lady who did my nails didnt say anything to me and I have had many pedicures before and this was probably my worst experience. I was supposed to get my hands done too but I rather leave. The young man in there working even called it a dump and he couldnt wait to leave.

Massages, pedicures and manicures are excellents. Yari and Lola are the best!

I had been getting my nails done by a young who quit after a few months. My mistake was to let the owners touch my hands, just horrible!...they even managed to screw up my daughters eyebrows, all we got was sorry...now they are just downright unprofessional. Dont bother to make appointments, when you get there, youre told that the nail tech left 2hrs before and just not cancel or show up...crazy!

Went there for the 1st time yesterday. Horrible!!! cut me on 3 of my toes, nails cut uneven and paint job not done good. My toes started to burn when she was scrubbing my feet and she rinsed it off then sprayed with alcohol which also burned. I will never go back there! I wish I could post pictures my toes look like they hurt!

I went there on my birthday and I asked for a nail repair and a fill and a toe polish I have gelpolish, she polished them and I have big chunky fragments of polish stuck to my nail, she didnt actually repair my nail because its been 4 days not even a week and my nail split in half clean and I broke off on top that she didnt even polish my toes nails all the way she did a half ass job and I payed 46 dollars . Its really not worth it

My mom went to get her nails done there, and they took off the gel polish worng so it hurt and was still on there. And then the paint job (gel polish) cracked within 24 hours.

I went to get dip andit broke within 2 days went to get it fix the lady put acrylic and gel to try and fix and cut my finger from how rough she was filling it ruined my natural nail made them Fragile and they are broken and filled in the dip won’t come off the the color was completely different than what I picked truly a waste of money !! Don’t go there ...
