Last week I had some packages from Amazon coming in through UPS again. The first day at around 6:30 pm I received notification through Amazon with an updated status as attempted delivery. I was at home, as I always am since I work from home. I called UPS in Clarksville again and was told that she didnt know why the driver would do that, however she would make sure that I got my package the next day. Furthermore she said that the package didnt require a signature so she isnt sure why the driver wouldnt leave it on the porch.The next day another package was supposed to be delivered as well so they should have both been together. At around 3:30 again I got a status update on both packages that packaged attempted delivery. I called Clarksville UPS and talked to the customer service lady. She said she would look into it and call me back. Shortly after, some guy called me back. I am not sure if he was a driver or what. He ran through all the normal excuses real quick. First asking if the driver left a paper that he tried to deliver. I said no, why would he, i was literally sitting on my couch and could see out of the front door. Then he said the address couldnt be found, then he said that it was a different driver. I told him to get my packages back to me then which he said wouldnt happen until the next day. I asked for a manager but there wasnt one available. I asked for a manager to call me back, which never happened. I ended up having to drive 20 minutes, one way, to retrieve my packages myself.
Summer and the team at UPS went above and beyond for me today without hesitation. I am super appreciative of the time they took to help me!

Awesome group of people. I got a replacement laptop from work and Thot I transferred all files to the new one by email. After I sent back the new one I discovered all file emails were not there. These files took me 100s of hours and months of work and research. So I called the drop off place and was told it had already been picked up. So in a panic I called the Clarksville hub, explained everything to the clerk..wish I could remember their names, and they all went right to work to find the driver. I went and drove 45 mins to the hub and waited for a call. It came in right on time as the last clerk said when she would be calling me back, and she had my old laptop waiting to give to me. These files are a big heart beat of my daily work. Please give these group of people a raise or at least dinner on the house. I cant thank them enough.
Driver attempted to deliver mail, after I paid to have it sent to a access point. He never scanned the letter so know one saw the attempt in the system. It floated around as out for delivery. I explained to CS he rang my doorbell at 3:53pm. No resolution until I spoke with a nice lady who let me pick it up from this location. There was a 50 minute wait though beacuse that same careless driver put it in the wrong bin. Whoever he his dont let him touch packages anymore.
Package was out for delivery two times now. It’s been sitting there for a week now. Still waiting on my package.

They called to ask if an address was correct. It Turned out i made an error, and an employee took the time to call and correct it. Beyond thankful. Amazing people like that shouldnt be taken for granted.

The UPS driver to my house blocked my driveway so I couldnt get off the street. I pressed my horn numerous times but he claims to not have heard me because his radio was too loud. (I drive a commercial truck). The driver mouthed off knowing that UPS does not provide phone numbers to contact anyone. I will not use UPS knowingly again because Fed Ex cares about customers and doesnt bully their way. Even the Post Office is better.
It is very funny to pay a section and they do not make separate deliveries tell me that I should go to pick up is a joke do not want to do your job I do a disrespect that page for just one day and tell me to go look for it 1 hour on the way
Was called about a package pickup once I arrived it wasnt there plus they knew what was inside my package call it coinsicoinc but I call it thieves work there. Need to fire all these guys to try to save your company. I told my wife I didnt feel good once I walked into that place.

Ordered an item through UPS and never will again. It took over 13 days to receive my package. I ordered something through USPS 4 days after this item and it got to me within 2 days to put things in perspective. On top of the length of time I called to ask if I could come pick the item up on Friday instead of waiting for a Monday delivery and was told no. 0/5. To me its not even this hub. UPS as a whole needs to work on getting better.
Unable to deliver in more ways than one. Package was completely opened and young lady at the counter said I could not inspect it for damages until I signed for it. Then she asked well whats missing?Gee, I dont know. You tell me! You all opened it!! Why dont you tell me what is supposed to be inside! I didnt pack the product. You get paid to deliver the product not open peoples mail.Incompetency drives the level of customer service at this location.One of the employees tried to resolve the issue, but at the same time couldnt accept that my package was opened and it shouldnt have been. Bottom line. Dont offer excuses, solve the problem and contribute to employee education and training.If you dont know your policies and procedures dont bullshit the customer. Not everyone is stupid. Asking questions about company policy and employees not knowing the answer or laughing because theyre scared and nervous and running to the back because they dont know whats going on and at not knowing how to answer a question is proof enough of why the ratings are as low as they are.I hope I dont ever have to come back to this location. Best of Luck to Mr. Chris since he proved to be competent enough to face the questions.

Job security and following the red tape is higher priority than customer satisfaction or actual common sense enabled business of Delivering packages at this place, unfortunately. Had a next day air envelope scanned at 7am at this center (it was the most expensive option available to me at the third party website I had this mailed to me from). I drove to the Horace Crow location hoping for common sense understanding and being able to pick the envelope up. But I was told the package will have to sit there until Monday morning because it did not have the Saturday delivery on it. I tried to add this option through customer service phone line and that was a no go as well. The package, the next day air package that I paid a good amount extra for, was within 10 feet from the intended recipient (me), but policy, red tape and adherence to protocol in order to keep their jobs took priority over common sense and the main idea why UPS is in business - Delivering packages to customers. Dissapointing experience with UpS in general, although this location has been great to work with in the past. Absolutely no resolution options were offered to me neither by customer service line nor by local staff, other than Im sorry, you have to wait till Monday. I was polite and quiet throughout the whole interaction, even though everything inside screamed Please turn your common Sense on and try to go the extra mile for the loyal customer in front of you - call a manager is someone with the power to attempt an exception that would have taken 10-15 minutes altogether, if that.
The worst service, out here! Save your money and time! If your online order is via UPS, dont order it! A UPS employee stole my sons outfits he bought with his Christmas money! They received it, scanned it and it has not been tracked sincer their Lexington KY office received it! Now they are puttyit on the shipper to replace it! Merry Christmas to you and your thieving employee! From my 12 year old son to yours! Thanks for the ripping off my child!

Please do yourself and the anyone else a favor and ship through USPS or Fedex instead. I’ve had multiple packages shipped from he same company and both times have been “lost” before delivery and their “investigation” to find it takes 8 business days which is complete BS. Luckily I contacted the company and they are 2 day express shipping me out a new shipment through USPS and have guaranteed their company will no longer be using UPS due to always losing packages. Congrats UPS. You have lost the business of a customer as well as an entire corporation.

Worst customer service ever. The manager is a joke. Speedy with compliments and charm and whatever he can say to placate you in hopes you forget about the issue of a driver hitting your fence. Weeks go by and you enquire as to the results and he’s busy and short in answering you to say he can’t do anything. You inform him that you don’t want anyone in your driveway to which he says he’ll make a note of it, and nothing happens. It’s really sad that he’s ruining a companies image that I held in high standard for many years. I use UPS a lot and for many years, but I suggest that everyone avoid using UPS in Clarksville- they’re the worst. I will be trying to go with USPS or Fedex from now on. *Note- my ACTUAL driver that I see regularly is amazing at his job- it’s these others they hire that has me wondering what happened to UPS employee standards for hiring.
I called the center a day before my package was scheduled to arrive at the center and asked them to hold it. It was very important that I received this particular package first thing in the morning and I couldnt wait for them to deliver it sometime in the afternoon. While on my way to the center I called to confirm that they received and were holding my package. The response I got was upsetting. They never held the package and it was out for delivery. I explained how this particular package was supposed to be held because i needed it asap. The manager got ahold of the driver, retrieved the package and delivered it to me. I was very grateful and I understand that mistakes happen people are only human. Im glad things worked out and appreciate the manager for understanding the servity of the situation.
My package arrived there and I called to see if I could just come and pick it up instead of waiting till Monday for it to be delivered. I was told no because it was in a trailer. The trail or has to be unloaded and sorted any way but again I was told no. I feel like they were just to lazy to do their jobs

Ordered from the Vitamin Shoppe. It said that it was delivered but our security camera showed UPS passing the house. Customer service said that they would track it the next day but luckily whoever’s house that it went to.. they put it inside our mailbox. UPS is pathetic
It would be nice to get our packages the day they are suppose to be delivered. This is getting old.
