Its nice for if your picking up. But if you have to drop off you better have the label on the package otherwise they wont take it, which means your gonna drive 20+mins to a ups store. Overall not to happy about it.

My package was not delivered. The delivery date was May 6. It was not delivered to the right p.o.box .whats next? My advice is to get insurance on your package. I believed Insurance was included in the postage, but nothing is happening and I really need for my package to be delivered.! Help!
