Got there when the. Doors opened and I guess there was a mix up,thought I was a new hire so I waited 30 minutes untill it was cleared up and they were very professional and gave me a discount for the wait.got through in 20 minutes, battery & oil change. Couldnt if been happier with the service and professionalism they displayed. I would recommend everybody go there for their car service 5 stars 🤩

Staff was friendly and service was relatively quick. However, it was $73.50 for an oil change on my Jeep.. and that was with a $7 off coupon. That seems like a bit much. No receipt or price breakdown either. May have been overcharged because I’m a female and know nothing about cars. Will not be back.

D’Marcus (hope I got the spelling right) was so so helpful to my husband and I when we went in for an oil change. He was polite, professional, and honest about the services we needed. We left the shop to walk around Rookwood commons and came back to turn our car on and suddenly saw our breaks smoking. We immediately drove back to Valvoline where we asked D’Marcus about our breaks. He told us the issue, where we could get it fixed, and a fair price to expect. He also let us park our car there overnight to be safe not to drive it home. We couldn’t have been more grateful for all of his compassion and help during our time of need. Thank you!!

The team at this Valvoline is always so professional and nice!! I’m always in and out in a quick and efficient manner. The two guys that worked on my car today in Bay 1 I believe were Demarcus and Brent and they were very nice and very helpful. I will continue to use this Exact Valvoline location for all of my future oil changes.

The technician told me my battery was bad by comparing it to a voltage higher than my battery actually carries. I was thankfully able to get a refund and my old battery back after initially purchasing a new battery, but at best that shows incompetence and at worse that was a very deceptive way to try to sell me something I didn’t actually need.

Service was quick and inexpensive. I didnt have to wait at all. The gentleman were nice and attentive to my car needs. They told me what I might need in the future and gave a pricelist, which I thought was helpful. It all happened so fast that I dont even know the oil change was completed. I will return for my next oil change. Great job Valvoline!!

Twan was my technician, he and the crew were professional, courteous and did an excellent job explaining services and pricing. He then did a good job in a timely manner changing my oil, flushing my transmission and replaced wiper blades. I will be using them for my oil changes from now on. I will also recommend this service to my friends and family.

I had never been to a drive-thru oil change before and this has been a very pleasant experience. The service was quick, the workers were kind and I was able to watch them work to see it everything be done properly. Oil change, tire rotation and air filter all in less then 30 minutes. And, even with Covid, the experience came with ease. Highly recommend

This was my first time getting an oil change without the help of a family member and so I was nervous and had no idea what to expect. There wasn’t a line and it was super efficient. The workers were all very kind and good about wearing a mask to cover their mouth and nose. Damarcus explained everything to me and was super helpful. It’s a little more expensive but honestly worth it for how easy and fast it was.

Despite the fact that they could not resolve my car issue, they help me out, check what was wrong, gave me advice on where to go according to the error the computer gave them. Great service. Oil changes are typically more expensive than every other place Ive tried, but I was in the bay for 13 minutes and drove right on out. Definitely paying for convenience here! Time is money!

My wife went there to get a oil change and in the middle of getting a oil change the guy suggested more than once that she get her tires rotated and she did, she drove it off and it immediately started making a rubbing sound so we called and made another appointment to come in and we get there and the manager tells us that its rubbing cause the tires have to be balanced but that they dont balance them so now the car tires are rubbing cause they are not balanced but we would have never gotten the tires rotated if the guy didnt persist that we get them rotated, and to top it off when we were driving off The manager said out loud so everyone can here that thats why they dont do tire rotation but you guys were the ones who recommended it

Would totally give them zero stars if I could! I usually change the oil in my car myself, however I decided to go to this location as I was sent a coupon. They used an impact drill to remove the plug for my oil pan. By doing this, the plug was stripped and the oil pan was stripped. Costing me more money and time to repair it. It would have been nice to be told that the plug was stripped, because it was clearly obvious.On top of that when I went the staff was extremely rude given I was the only one in there. I will NEVER go to a Valvoline again and will make sure to warn others of the incompetence of this company. Seriously, how can you screw up an oil change when it is your company’s bread and butter?

It was FAST, thorough service. A tad pricey for a conventional oil change but on the bright side...I learned how to reset my change oil light because they wouldnt do it. They walked me through it so I didnt have to get out of my car and it was really simple.

I asked for an oil change and one of the employees just rolled his eyes And trash talked me under his breath as he walked away. but yeah very disappointing, they need to get rid of him, not a very good image for the company.

Pretty much my go to oil change spot since I live in Clifton. Its what you can expect from Valvoline: convenient, good work, friendly service.

Quality service. Id recommend considering times outside of holiday weekends as they were understaffed due to call offs for the weekend. The staff that was on-site was incredible and maintained a positive attitude despite being a 2-man show with a line of vehicles arriving. Ill be back.

I had never been to a Valvoline before, but I was impressed. Many places that change your oil say that they also fill your tires with air and refill windshield wiper fluid, but they dont actually do it. I came here, and for the first time in my life, they did. It was faster than any other place that Ive been to, as well. I would definitely recommend it.

Everyone is so nice here. I asked for a tire rotation during my oil change because I thought I was due for one. Instead of just taking my money and doing it, they were nice enough to tell me my tires physically did not need it at the moment. Love the honesty and nice, quick service.

Eddie the assistant manager is really great! He tells you whats going on. He tells you what you really need and what can wait, but he explains it to you in terms that you can understand if you not car savvy.

Always busy however, fast service and friendly employees. I ALWAYS choose this location to get the oil changing service I desire. Prices are good and have never not been able to text a discount coupon code to my phone at checkout.

After calling tires plus and them telling me I could not get an oil change until tomorrow I decided to go to this Valvoline location. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes it felt like.Special shout out to Jacob Who is extremely friendly and did not put pressure on me to get extra things that I did not need on my vehicle.The entire staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Fast, fast, fast!The team was friendly and helpful. I just went in for an oil change, and they let me know about the additional services I am due for, but I didnt feel pressured at all. They even offered to price match if I found someone else who offered the service cheaper.It was hot outside and their waiting room was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean.There arent any vending machines or a water cooler, but thats OK since the service was so fast. There was a water fountain. Besides, if you need a bit of refreshment they are just steps from shops and restaurants in Rookwood Pavilion.The price was just average, but that was the trade off for the speed, staff, and convenience.I dont love visiting a chain. Usually I frequent an independent shop with better prices, but it is across town and I didnt have the time. That said, this was the best possible experience I could hope for with a chain.Location - A+Service - A+Personnel - A+Price - B

I love their costumer service. Good thing about this place is that you do not even have to get out of the car. They check the tire pressure and fill up air for free. Very friendly people who dont encourage spending alot of money.

This location has cameras under the hood and under your car. This is wonderful as they are being transparent. The young men that work there were very friendly didnt try to upsell me and I know thats their job. That being said they treated me very well. The only reason I didnt give this place five stars is because its a bit more than you would pay for a normal oil change. But in this case you really do get what you pay for!
