I don’t ever review places but I gotta give it to these guys. It was a simple oil change but entire staff went over and beyond to take care of me. Professional, polite, on time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from a jiffy lube.

Got in and out quick, friendly service, courteous employees, helpful in offering services that I was not aware even offered. I got my brake lights, turn signal (R) and reverse lights all replaced at a much lower price than quote received from competitors. Overall, very pleased and happy with the work, employees and experience.

Fast and amazing service! I didnt have an appointment and they got me in and out. They were very courteous... I am not usually loyal when it comes to oil change companies... But I will definitely be going back!

Went in with some break and steering alignment issues. Kurt was able to get my car worked on within 20 minutes or so and all repairs were made quickly. I appreciated the way they were able to get things taken care of for a good price.

Kurt was super nice and helpful! Originally my price for tire rotation and oil change was $115 and he got it down to $85.00! I went in on a Tuesday around 4:25 pm and only had to wait 10 minutes. I was shocked at how quick my oil change took. I will definitely be coming back and telling friends.

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube location. I just recently had my 3rd Oil Change yesterday. Each time I visit I am greeted promptly and with a smile. The courtesy that these gentlemen offer is genuine and consistent. They always walk me to the lobby, offer me coffee and free Wi-Fi. Consistently have quick and quality work. When their job is done, my car is running and waiting for me with the door open. They open the lobby door for me to leave which is a small but meaningful gesture to express their appreciation for me as a customer. I came in because a Gentleman that works there saw that I need help changing a tire on his way to work and pulled over and help me. I thanked him and he told me to come down to his store to get some new tires, so I did. He and the other guys there were very pleasant and got me on my way. Ive never been to Jiffy Lube but I will definitely be back.

These guys did a great job! My car was a mess from a recent break in including glass and other particles. One of the gentlemen even cut his finger but took it with a smile. They were very thorough and efficient with the oil change, tire rotation, inspection and more. Thanks so much my car is in much better shape!! Curtis and Gerald did really good!!

They did a fine job with the oil change, but I was told I needed front and rear brake pads and he would give me a deal, $150 per axle. I took my car to the dealer to confirm, and they told me my brakes were fine.This place is shady, I would steer clear and go elsewhere.

Walt helped me on the phone and then remembered me in person a bit later. When I pulled up they helped me right away in replacing my broke headlight. About 5 minutes later and the price of the bulb I was out of there.Excellent customer service, speedy, and affordable for me! Will be back.

I went in for the first time and asked for a normal synthetic oil change. I was never asked which deals I wanted or told what I was getting. After they finished I was charged $91 for an oil change because they gave me the premium oil change that I DID NOT ask for and WAS NOT told about. I was ripped off and the manager wouldn’t do anything to help except give me a costumer service number that sent me to voicemail. I will never be going back.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done a week ago. Now Im missing two lugs nuts in my right front tire and the bolt is stripped. Sounds like my wheel is going to fall off any second. Dealerships for me from now on.

Venture at your own risk... Bought a $78 Groupon for synthetic oil change, tire rotation and rain-x window treatment. They told me when I got there they were out of rain-x, okay that was fine. My view was blocked by other vehicles while my car was being serviced. They come tell me my car is done. Go to pay the bill and there is an extra $28 charge for tax and extras. I pay that a go on my way even though a bit p****d off. I live about 12 miles away. Im driving home, think I hear an odd sound turn the radio down and hear a ticking sound. Get home, open the hood and there is oil all over the top of my engine. They forgot to screw the oil fill cap back on, its sitting on the engine block. I clean that off then check the oil level. Im down a quart and a half. I go to auto store and buy 2 quarts of oil at $10.80 a quart to get oil back to safe level. I then go to wash my car and when cleaning the wheels I see that there was no rotation done. I have a scrape mark on one of my alloy wheels and it was still mounted where it was when I took it to Jiffy Screw. So here I am paid $128 for an oil change that I could have gone anywhere for less than $60. If you go here your a fool and expect to get screwed.

*BEWARE*They told me the only way I could pass the UBER Inspection was if I changed my air filter. I used to work at a similar place and I know that is their biggest air filter... but they didn’t say anything about a tire light. Reporting to UBER as well since they referred me.

I took my vehicle to this location for an oil change and tire rotation last week and was advised my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I had them done by a reputable mechanic in April 2016, so I was very alarmed. When I told them I just had them replaced their response was, well you need to take it back where you got it done, because they are bad. They offered to show me and as soon as I called my mechanic, they put my tires back on. It was apparently too late to show me at that point. Very sketchy in my opinion. I went out of my way to make an appointment with my mechanic, Protech Autocare, only to confirm what I figured would be the case, absolutely NOTHING is wrong or needs replaced. Thank goodness for the owner Bill, who didnt charge me to look at everything as a courtesy. Im furious, as this is the SECOND time this has happened while a patron at the Linwood location in 2016. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube. I went there for convenience, but its not convenient at all and horrible to think you all are having these inexperienced employees taking advantage of people, especially women. I witnessed three different customers being told them had similar issues that evening. Im sure its not a coincidence. Its unfortunate that they are probably compensated based on sales or the sale of certain services.

Two hours to replace brake pads and oil change. They broke my hubcap putting it back on. My wheel vibrates now when I hit 70 and will have to take it somewhere for balance and alignment. Finally, I cannot find my $12 Walmart sunglasses that I keep in the car. All for the low price of $240. Go somewhere else!

Great service and helpful on some issues at a fair price

They destroyed my glove box just to bring in my cabin filter to get me to pay $70 for a new one. Completely bent the plastic outer material, ripped out my auxiliary cable, and destroyed the locking mechanism. They seriously had to have closed it with their foot and smashed it. The guy also couldnt get one sentence out coherently he mumbled so much. I expected more in mt lookout, or at least to not have to buy a new glove box.

$60.00 for a basic oil change after being told the price is $44.00.They come up with hidden fees .I live two blocks away and I will never come to this place again.

I went to this Jiffy lube with a Groupon for an oil change, tire rotation, and Rain-x treatment. They were initially very nice and saw me immediately. After a short wait in the waiting area, I paid for the tax on the service and went to get into my car. The door was open and waiting for me. When I got back into my car and tried to close the door, there was loud crunch and some of the molding (98 Buick LeSabre) flew 4 or 5 feet from the car with duct tape on the underside of it. The fender was bent way out of place. I have no idea what happened between when I dropped the car off and when I received it again, but the door worked perfectly when I left the vehicle. I spoke to the manager and he got extremely defensive. I filed a claim and had a really heated discussion with customer service, and Jiffy Lubes final position on the matter was that if I cannot prove to them exactly what they did to my car, they hold no liability. I asked them how that worked, saying that if I lend a laptop to somebody with it in working order, and they return it in three pieces, the argument that I cannot tell them exactly how it broke was invalid. All I know is that it worked when given to them, and while it was under their care, obviously something happened. They allegedly reviewed their security tapes and couldnt find any wrongdoing, but they also said the they were not detailed enough for one to see much of what was going on.I should note that at some point, months ago, my car was hit while parked. The fender was damaged, but a body shop fixed it. It worked fine for thousands of miles, without a hint of a problem, until my trip to that Jiffy Lube. When I received the car, it was so severely bent that once I slammed the door, not knowing anything was wrong, it could not open again, and I had to get in and out via the passenger side. There is no way that the thing magically bent that severely without some sort of undue pressure being put on it, but Jiffy Lube says it wasnt their fault.Needless to say, I wont be returning!
