I had a not so great experience at a different location and the Harrison location fit me in for a tire patch. JR was extremely nice and professional with a line the whole time, his staff was great as well. I will continue going to this location.

I called and made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I went in and they greeted me right away, took my car in right away. Told me it would be about an hour and they were finished in 40 minutes and my car runs great and doesn’t squeal when i go around corners because they put air in my tires as well. Great job Charles and crew! I will definitely be back.

Been coming here for 5 years. Great service from Charles the manager there. I got new tires on my Sequoia and brought in front wheel bearings for them to replace. The equipment was faulty and they worked with me as I got a new set of bearing and replaced the faulty ones with ones that I ordered and did not cause ABS codes. I will continue to come here for all my vehicle needs.

My vehicle was a potential menace to any given day in traffic, as the tie rods were quite worn. We went to these guys for a quote, after a friend recommended them, and they replaced the rods and did the alignment for under half the price another (not TD) shop was bidding; including an oil change (my truck was running on grease by this time). Thanks a ton, gents! I’ll certainly pass on the recommendation for this great company to anyone asking. It’s definitely nice to not have to clench my teeth anymore to keep my fillings from rattling out on the freeway.

I drive past several tire stores to come to this location. I first started using the tire discounters on the top of Colerain Ave. I had a problem and was so impressed on how Charles handled my problem that I take all my vehicles to the store Charles is at. Called at 10am this morning to make an appointment to get a slow leak in a tire looked at and was told that an appointment would not be necessary. I clarified that I wouldnt be there until about 5:30 and was still told I would not need an appointment. Well, I was just there (5:35pm) and was told by the attendant that they couldnt take care of me and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Terrible experience especially since I tried to make one and was told it wasnt necessary. Absolutely frustrating.

The tires look great. My only frustration is that I had an appointment time, the shop didn’t appear to be very busy, and it still took an hour and a half to perform the job . It seemed like there was a lot of ideal time in the shop....

Awful experience dealing with JR. He didnt know what he was talking about and kept up selling for things you cant even do on my car.2 and a half hour $62 oil change. Absolutely unacceptable when you say an hour and someone is hanging around.Ask for someone else if youre taking your car there.

Believe me or not but Charles who took care of replacing my tire yesterday hands down, is by far the best customers service I have every had from an employer who took care of my tire in the past at Tire Discounters. I took my car back after new tires was put on due to an ABS light intermittently coming on. Left the car and got a call saying it needed a new sensor put on at the cost of $200.00.I said fix it . Went to pick the car up and was told they replaced the sensor but didnt solve the problem.They reduced the bill to $80.00.Went to get in my car and wouldnt start they had to jump it.Now the ABS LIGHT stays on and the discounters told me I have to take the car to a Ford garage because it must be an issue in the control panel.So, the Ford garage has the car and is fixing the car.The ford garage is taking pictures because the sensor the tire discounters put on was installed wrong.Now I have to pay the Ford garage $300.00 on top of the$80.00 I already gave Tire discounters.My advice is not to go to tire discounters for ABS sensor issues because they evidently are not qualified to replace them.I am waiting for the main office to call me back on how they are going to compensate me for the cost of my repairs. Not to mention Ive been 4 days without my car.

How does this company still get business my husband came in to buy 2 tires and was told by a man named Matt or Mitt that earlier the better when he showed up to have tires installed they let him wait for over 50 minutes then told him the tires couldnt be installed after Mitt or whatever his named is told my husband over the phone that would not be an issue sounds like its time to close up shop or get a new management team.We are only trying to help are daughter who has a child with cancer but businesses dont care about that kind of stuff anymore, Very very SAD

Recently I embarked on a 5 hour drive to Cincinnati with my wife and newborn to visit family was interrupted at the half way mark by an engine warning light. A typical winter storm at the time made me concerned for the return trip. Though almost no mechanic is open on Saturday, they took the time to check the engine code for me at no cost. The warning light turned out to be a simple error, and soothed our anxiety about the return trip the next day. Anyone willing to be so gracious speaks to the strength of their character. I would happily give them my business if I lived in Cincy.

Great price and fast service, but employee at desk wasnt wearing mask at pick-up or drop-off. Considering the hundreds of customers they encounter every day, its a dangerous vector to leave open.

I havent been to a lot of these, but I really do like this one. We take our company vehicles here. They do good work and quick.

I returned to get tires and oil change. They were very helpful and didn’t say that they wanted to more work. I just wish they had masks in the cashiers office.

Matt was very helpful and even gave me a lift back to my office. I was very happy with the service I received at this location. There was a very nice lady working the counter as well, I did not get her name, but she cashed me out and was also very helpful. No problems at all. Also, I was very impressed that they ALL wore their safety glasses every time they walked into the shop. Not sure why I noticed that, but I did.

Eric was great today!!! Always the best of care and attention to detail. Eric and Dave took care of my oil change and tire rotation yesterday. They noticed my rear breaks were in need of attention and I was happy they take time for detail. Breaks were fixed and they also took a little time to try to find a rattle that is annoying. That search will continue.

They took me back right on time and did my oil change but after a few more minutes, I was told they couldnt rotate the tires because the lug nuts had swollen and they would need to replace all of them. I was told theyd call me when they got them in and its been 4 days and I havent heard from them. Only issue Ive ever had at this store. They are definitely five stars in the past, but not thrilled this time.

I got new tires and they ruined my lug covers and stole 2 good flashlights from my center console.

4 new tires, front brakes, rotors, alignment and balanced in a little less than 2 hours with an appointment. Polite, nice and tolerated well my indecision on which tires to purchase for my 2008 Buick Lucerne and not break the bank. Went with Consumer Reports recommendation General Altimax tires.

I brought my car in yesterday because I had a slow leak in my front left tire. They said no problem, checked it over... no holes or anything and just had to be resealed. Tire was flat went I went out to my car this morning. It was not sealed properly. I will have to have someone take the tire off, bring me up there and have it actually sealed. It’s completely on the ground.I have made an appointment for tomorrow at 11 to have it fixed.

I took my car in today, with tires I had purchased at this store, for a rotation and balance, plus requested they look at a slow leak in the back passenger tire. I had made an appointment, yet this still took an hour and a half. Got home and an hour later the tire light was on again, this time with a fast leak in the front passenger tire. Called Tire Discounters and they told me tire lights go on all the time for no reason. Well, I am a lady who knows how to use a tire gauge, and even fill my tires. Imagine that. My tire had 20 lbs of pressure, way low, and they fixed the wrong tire. So glad my teenage daughter did not take the car out. I am going back tomorrow and maybe they will actually fix this tire. I hate the work ethic at Tire Discounters. They dont care about their work, or the people that trust them to make safe repairs.

Matt Albert took care of my oil change quickly and informed me that my tires were getting bare(which I already knew) but appreciated the concern. I asked him what tire was good for my Odyssey and he suggested a specific tire and that it was even on sale and came with Bengals tickets. I was in a hurry so plan on getting tires this weekend.

My family and I have chosen the Dent location of Tire Discounters for years. As a father of 2 daughters, I really appreciate the fact that they have ALWAYS treated them fairly, and NEVER tried to take advantage of them. The staff is courteous and friendly.

I was really impressed with the service at the Harrison Ave. location in Dent. Matt went up and beyond in customer services. I had dropped some money unaware. Matt returned it to me. Thats speaks volumes in honesty and trust. Matt also scheduled me in when there was less of a wait time. I was in and out in about an hour. Other members where also very courteous.

I came in as they opened with a flat tire. They took care of me quickly and since I purchased the road hazard warranty on my tires it was much cheaper than paying full price for a new tire.

They did a great job an in good time also!!

Took a tire from my 2017 Accord in today with a screw in it. They fixed it quickly and did a great job. Ive been there several times for tires and have never been disappointed.

Store manager Matt should be fired for total incompetence and the front end crew are some of the laziest humans I have ever met and now I know why they want you to leave your car so you cant see them sit on their rear end all day. If you are stupid enough to walk into this place then you deserve what they do to you, and dont believe all the good reviews here because if I was treated this bad no way these reviews are right. BUYER BEWARE

Dishonest management. Don’t try to leave parking spot in lot when they are whipping cars out of their garage right behind you. They will blame you when when the cars hit each other and say they have multiple witnesses that it was your fault. Apparently, the workers are all conveniently watching you back out in parking lot.

Honest dependability with a smile. All very rare these days. Oil changes and tire purchses. Ive always had a positive experience.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Never try to upsell or push other products/services on to you. Theyre also very quick and gor me in and out in a little under an hour and a half. I just wish tires werent so expensive in general, but they do offer a lot of extras [rotations & alignments] so that does help. Highly recommend to anyone.

I was told by my usual mechanic just two weeks before I stopped in at TD that I needed my ball joints replaced on both sides. I decided to wait awhile. Not long after, I experienced a tire blowout but, luckily, very near TD. I pulled in and decided to get all new tires, replacements that were long overdue. I didnt want my usual brand of tires anymore so the friendly staff helped me choose another brand and at a great discount. I purposely didnt mention my ball joints because I wanted to see what TDs mechanic had to say. He did indeed find the problem, but unlike my regular mechanic, informed me that only one side needed to be replaced. I was greatly impressed by TDs honesty and allowed them to not only perform that work and replace my tires, but had them also perform an oil change. And all under 2 and a 1/2 hours. Brake work is next....guess where Im going! Honesty, reasonable pricing and a great staff and mechanics. Im in heaven at TD in Dent!

Had a flat on a brand new tire on the Brent-Spence Bridge. They ordered the matching factory tire to keep the set complete. Nice, friendly, courteous service.

Never have I experienced a more friendly and caring staff. I had a tire blow out and was towed here. They were booked solid, and told me 2 1/2 hours. I told them I had to wait and I was stuck. They pushed me to the front, got everything done and sent me on my way with a smile on their face. I went from having a horrible day, to a smile that wont fade. I will never go anywhere else. Brought up a new set of shiny rims and tires for mounting and balancing only (i will put them on my car once the weather warms up). Service was outstanding. In and out in about 30 minutes, staff was very friendly, its always best to go off peak times, rims are still perfect, no scratches. Excellent service, price was lower than the competition. Theyll definitely see me again.6/19 update: unfortunately I got tire puncture on a rim from the above review, took the tire to TD to have a patch done for $29. My only complaint is that where the tech removed the old sticky weights it looks like he used a flathead screwdriver and gouged the inside of the rim scratching it multiple times. The tech left the old weight stickers on so the scratches were only noticed when I cleaned them off with Goo Gone when I got home. Live and learn I guess, but pretty disappointing for a specialty tire shop.

This is a great shop to take your car to they deserve 10 stars i took my kia truck to them after taken my truck to the kia dealer they charge me 600 hundred dollars to replace a sensor but gat my car bac still not fix yet took it to tire dicounters they got my truck togather and they are reasonable in pricing thanks tire dicounter i am a forever customer
