These folks at this location are professional, knowledgeable, do great work, and don’t aggressively upsell products or services. They are happy to give you honest opinions and recommendations, and they try to service your vehicle for a reasonable price.The longest I’ve ever waited (when they were super busy) was 45 minutes for an oil change. My last time in, I had two new tires put on my vehicle, and it only took 25 minutes!I highly recommend this Tire Discounters location.

The fellas at this shop never fail to take care of my 2007 Toyota Tacomas wheels. I really appreciate that with buying tires from them, I know that theyll help me out with tire issues moving forward. Just the other day one of the tires I bought from them this past year was dropping in pressure and they took care of the problem for me (something to do with a valve leaking). The price of the tires is worth it if theyre going to help you out with nails/leaks/etc. I highly recommend making a tire purchase from them just to simplify tire care for your future! One of the hardest parts of owning a vehicle is just keeping up with the various things that can happen to your wheels, windows, etc. So do yourself a favor and just trust someone to take care of it for you! Pretty awful experience overall. Took over an hour and a half for an appointment scheduled oil change, which ended up being much more expensive than any oil change Ive ever gotten before. Will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

I hesitated to write this review but the thought of someone else, possibly a neighbor who takes their car/truck to this Tire Discounter having the same experience prompted me to write it.My husband has taken his truck to TD on Wooster Pike for the last 4 years for all service and oil changes, he has trusted their expertise and we love that they are right down the street from our house so we can drop off and walk home. Two weeks ago he took his truck in for his 100,000 mile inspection and specifically told them that he was hearing a noise and would like them to check what it is, we paid $656 for this work. Since it is an inspection we expect that the truck is fully inspected and if there are any parts that need replacing that they at the very least tell us and suggest we replace them, then it would be up to us if we decide to replace them at that time or not. However they did the most basic inspection and changed the spark plugs and a few other very minor things. Never any mention of any parts going bad and that they didnt find any source of any noise.Two days later my husband called back and said that he was still hearing the same noise and they brushed it off and told him that the belts were fine (my husband thought that might be the source of the noise) and didnt need replacing and that nothing they did would have caused the noise he was describing. We proceeded to drive 3 hours away a week and a half later and on the way home driving 70 MPH on the highway the engine completely gave out, made a horrible noise and was almost impossible to steer. The engine immediately overheated and we barely made it to the side of the road without getting in an accident. We spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for a tow truck to pick us up and drive us the 100 miles back to Cincinnati at the cost of $380. We would have gladly towed the car to a close location if they were open on Sundays. However we couldnt leave the truck in another state almost two hours away so we ended up towing it home.The next morning after they had checked the truck T.D. called my husband to tell him the water pump had gone out and it would be a $420 replacement, but they would give us $40 off the replacement. This absolutely blew my mind that there was zero accountability that we could have very easily caused a horrific accident because they did not do a thorough inspection and gone a little further to ensure the trucks safety, even after a second call about the noise.After a lot of convincing, the manager agreed to split the cost of the service with us, so we paid half the price, so that he could still pay his tech.I greatly value business reviews and base most of my decisions on which businesses I work with because of the honest reviews of others so I felt that we needed to do the same. Be careful working with this T.D. and drive safe!

Tires for my car are an unusual size and hard to find. They were very helpful and nice at this location. They were also able to provide an alternative to the factory tire that works for my car.

I was blown away by this team! Incredible service and outstanding team!!

I took my car there due to a flat tire. They fit me into their busy schedule and got me my car same day. However, the flat tire wasn’t fixed correctly and my tire was flat the next day. I have been working with Brandon throughout this process and he has been nothing but professional. He apologized, and literally fixed my flat tire himself within 30 minutes of being there, after coming back the next day. Since my tire was flat back to back days, I didn’t feel like putting the spare back on my car. I called Brandon and he got a third party service to get my spare on within an hour of calling. Thank you Brandon for continuing the excellent service I’ve always received at TD.

Brandon and his crew were courteous and attentive. Their philosophy of doing only what was needed to get the vehicle driving correctly was refreshing. No upcharges. Just good, honest service at a fair price. We will certainly return when we need tires again.

I had a great experience at Tire Discounters on Wooster Pike. Easy to schedule, took care of my tire quickly, and at minimal cost. I took it to the Lexus dealer initially and they said they would have to replace the tire. Tire discounters simply took the nail out and fixed it. I will most definitely be returning to Tire Discounters for my future maintenance and tire needs!

Brandon and his crew snuck me in this morning even though I didnt have an appointment. I blew a tire on 71S last night on my way into town for a wedding, and needed it fixed asap.Nice waiting area and easy to get to.

I was on my way home from work and got a flat tire. Thankfully, right after my tire pressure light came on, I drove past this Tire Discounters. I went right in and was immediately greeted and helped. I had the service rep check out the tire and my car was up on the racks within 5 minutes of being there. The service was top notch. I was truly amazed at how quickly my car got serviced considering it was a busy time of the day right after work. Brandon was a great help and truly made me feel like I was getting a great deal on 4 new tires. Brandon Strauss is awesome! I have bought several sets of tires from Brandon/Tire Discounters. Always great customer service. It is hard to find people to trust in this industry. Brandon is one of them that wont ever steer you wrong. I personally wouldnt buy tires from anyone else.

Went in for a special alignment for a lowered car and the car pulls more to one side than it did before taking it here for an alignment.

I showed up this morning with a flat tire, and no appointment. Not only were the technicians able to squeeze me in, but they were able to fix my tire in 10 minutes- free of charge!!!! They also tested my other tires to make sure those were ok, too. Great service and awesome work- my car is driving great. Thank you!!!

Always fantastic service and a great experience! After having lost a few battles with nails in my tires over the last year, the team at Tire Discounters always keeps it light. I recently had a flat tire and was unable to remove the tire without machines. I was an unexpected guest at the very end of their work day, showing up with a tow truck, and this team worked quickly to get me safely back on the road. Shout to Chase, who always seems to pull the short straw when I come around, but always keeps it real!

Awesome service. Helped me pick out the best set of tires for my truck and didnt try to oversell me for something I didnt need. Already had to take my truck back in due to a nail in the tire and because of their tire insurance program, they were able to repair it the same day at no charge.Also, let me know I had a ball joint that was failing...which I already knew and gave me a price that was WAY less than Village Auto did my last ball joint for. Ill be coming back here for all tires and maintenance from now on.

Took my wifes car in to check on a thumping sound coming from our front right wheel well, thought it might be a strut issue. They took a thorough look and found that it was just a loose sway bar. They tightened it up for us and didnt charge a penny! Frank Kelly was on duty and was helpful, polite and a pleasure as always. Very impressed and will definitely come back!

Waiting there with my two kids in very comfortable waiting area. Had the pleasure of listening to each of them explain some issues to customers. I have used other tire and service centers including other Tire Discounters. But I go out of my way to come here. I have received nothing but exceptional service, honest answers, and reliable work from new tires to light care repairs. In one case, they even talked me out of buying something I didnt need when they could just as easily habe made a sale. I may move further away, but I will always return to the Wooster Pike store.

I bought tires here b4 and have the 3yr alignment warranty. every time i get my oil changed I get the balance, rotate and alignment done. They have no attitude, always cooperative, welcoming and answer all questions with patience. each time they have the alignment print out showing the before and after measurements. They know what it takes to get the most out of a set of tires without nickle and diming the customer along the way

They were backed up from the day before. I was told it could be 3-5 hours. However, Brandon Strauss, even being short handed, replaced my tire and I was out in about 45 minutes. Stopped in for alignment and oil change, they took great care of my baby and kept me well informed. Followed my custom spec alignment to a T. Chase and Josh were great and made me feel at home and the tech did great careful work on the car.

I Called TD on 5/11/2015 and schedule late afternoon time to bring my vehicle in to have 5 new rims installed (I already purchased from another vendor). TD removed existing rims and installed new ones. At time of check out (#0186707)insured me that oem rims and hardware had been placed in vehicle.I went to the vehicle with a TD guy and noticed medium size chips on new rims, asked what happened and he said nothing and walked away. I was pretty upset and just said I would deal with it later. On way home vehicle shook about 35 mph. Once home checked air pressure - 8lbs variance between the 4 tires, I adjusted, still shook. I called and scheduled for re-balance and that fixed it. Going through the hardware, I was missing all hardware and center cap. Called, had to go back down to pick up hardware, no center cap.I contacted Store manager and for over a month exchanged calls, texts, sent photo, ect. Offered for me to buy center cap then he would put a reimbursment requisition in. How long would that take? and none of our equipment would cause that. I would say a 19mm or 3/4 socket would!Oh, did I mention TD took the new rims out of the box themselves, I open 2 just to check once arrived.Even going back down there the store manager would not come out to look at the rims (he had picture).TD is a bush League outfit, going back to Herrington Tires.
