Bought 4 tires for my Mitsubishi Spyder a few thousand miles ago at Tire Discounters. Its an extra car so we usually only drive it in the summer. One tire got a bubble so I took it in and they said too bad you didnt buy insurance on them and i replaced the tire added insurance to it almost $200. The same front passenger side new tire got a bubble. Took it back Thursday with the paperwork and asked how much. He said it would be covered by the insurance. I kept asking him how much if it wasnt. He kept telling me it wont cost anything as he looked at my paperwork. I left the car and got a call the next day saying the road hazard had expired and it would cost $275 for tire number 6. I said no way and had my kid drive me there to p[ick up the car. I will never go to Tire Discounters again. Too bad for them my son needs 4 new tires on his car and I will make sure he doesnt go to Tire Discounters.

Mike and team took care of me quickly. Could have tried to sell me more than I needed but didnt, showed integrity. Fair price for the service; I will be returning and recommending to friends.

Please do not entrust your stability with these folks. I paid them in full for two entire car repairs and my car broke down definitively within A.) 48 hours of the first repair and B.) within 60 days of the second repair. Cost total was over $1,400 W/ a large discount and a zero financing credit card deal. The manager specifically promised to inspect the car with a fine-toothed comb after I remarked that I knew it needed brake line work and highly suspected a transmission fluid leak.Where does Geoffrey Stand today? Well, I could be you. I could be any of you with automotive issues who need to go to work, pick up children, pay bills. And as I sit, my car is totaled. $2,400 estimate for repair work after Tire Discounters on Marburg Ave swore the car passed inspection and “would run fine”. Special shout out to Mike and regional manager Dave who doubled blame on everything back to me as a consumer and offered zero apology or responsibility.I’m appealing to you as people with lives and needs. You do not want to risk going here. There is absolutely Zero benefit to doing business with Tire Discounters.

I had such a pleasant experience at this tire discounters! Had to get a hole patched in my tire, and they were efficient and timely. I worked with Austin who was incredibly helpful and communicated well about the status of my vehicle. Ill definitely be returning!

Honestly the crew at the Marburg avenue location knocked it out of the park, and have consistently provided me with stellar customer service. Just had an alignment done today after having some suspension work done and my steering wheel hasn’t been this true in the time I’ve owned my car. They even upheld my alignment warranty when they really didn’t have to because of the work on my suspension. Hopefully that doesn’t get anyone in trouble, because I will continue to give them my money when it comes to anything tire or alignment related. Keep on rocking, I’ll be back.

The Techs took excellent care of my car and it’s needs. They replaced all of my brakes (disks, drums, and pads), gave it a full synthetic oil and filter change, replaced the coolant, and cleaned up the fuel system. All at a very reasonable price. Great Job! Thank you.

The gentleman that called me about my tire was great. He explained the need for tire replacement thoroughly and in a way I could understand.My only suggestion is to double check the tire pressure sensor is intact.

Service was quick. They have free wifi and a comfortable waiting room so I was able to work while waiting for my car, I will be returning.

Tire Discounters is great! But I get the sense that they are growing too quickly. Their managers/customer service people are constantly on the phone even though there is a line of customers waiting to speak with them. TD is the best deal in town but they need to invest in more human capital.

I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation for 12 on a Wednesday. I sat for an hour and 47 minutes before I went to ask how much longer the services would take. The worker who checked me in asked me my name and said he would check. He came back to tell me the mechanics werent in until 10 and everything was backed up. Then he said there was a car being worked on ahead of mine and it was involved work. So I asked, well how much longer? He told me he didnt know but at least 35-1 hour after the car in front of me was done. So I told my daughter we were leaving and I went back to the desk to wait in line to get my keys back. Another worker helped this time. He asked how he could help and my name. I explained to him that I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation at noon and it was now almost 2 hours later and I was given an indefinite time of how much longer it would take. I told him I wanted my keys and I needed to go. So he walked to the back and got my keys and came out and said, Uh sorry about that. Then he looked at the lady behind me and said, maam can I help you? I just think the employee who checked me in should have given me a heads up that they were running so far behind. I also think that the guy who gave me my keys back should have been a little more apologetic. I dont need a lot. It would have just been nice to acknowledge their mistake and be kind about it.

The service was great as well as my tires but when getting in my car this morning Im seeing grease and dirt on my light tan seats. So Im less than thrilled.

Needed a hard to find 255/60/R19 tire. Mike had one in stock and set up my appointment. Got in, and my tire was changed and mounted in less than an hour. However, once my car was ready, it took 30 minutes to get me checked out. 2 people who were finished after me were checked out and 6 others that arrived for service. Mike had to come in from the bay to check me out. Will still come here for service, just make sure I speak up so that I can leave in a timely manner.

This whole experience was fantastic. Gerry was extremely helpful on my initial call to set up an appointment and went through all the tire options for my vehicle. He mentioned the valet service which I had never used before and decided to try it out. The pickup and drop off process was great. Chuck returned my car and couldnt have been nicer. Ill definitely use that option in the future.

My first time here and one of the store managers named Mike took care of me. I use the service where they pick up my car from home, they do the maintenance and drop it back off to me for free. Its called Skip the Shop and Chuck was very nice. This is awesome!!!

First and foremost what I want to say is if you ever hit a pot hole, curb, or as I did...retention wall...a tire store like this is not the best place.A couple weeks ago during the snow I had hit a retention wall backing up my driveway. This part of the wall is pretty short that goes halfway up my 20in rim. It hit pretty hard but the only damage that I could see was a busted tire. I called a tow truck to have the tire taken to be replaced. I had told TD how the tire blew and it was all I saw. They assured me no other damage was there and it was all good.Picked it up and well it wasnt good to drive. I live pretty close and didnt realize how bad it was until I got close to home (a mile or two). It was clear the alignment was off and the car felt as if it was driving sideways.Called insurance and they took it to a collision shop. The shop had it taken to BACK TD for an alignment, new rim, and to repair a bent control arm on the wheel.What I was told by the TD regional manager is essentially if a car comes in for a tire...then...thats all that gets done. Regardless, of clearly visible damage to suspension after they had been alerted to the impact level.Just saying....if you hit a pot hole or anything of that nature...take it somewhere else. Dont trust these tire shops. Theyre too busy, try to do too much, and no sort of safety checks or warnings theyre only looking at the tire.

I’ve been coming here for three years, since I got a car. I have been very happy with the service and the employees. I had an appointment today for an oil change. I walk in, and one of your employees walks into the lobby without a mask, not even one hanging from his ear. He sits down at the computer, while there are exactly three customers there. Another one walks by me close enough to touch me, mask under the nose and not bothered. That’s so disappointing because I have trusted you for years. There is a pandemic, tens of thousands of people have died, and your employees cannot wear a mask when they are in the main lobby with customers? I wish I did not see that, because I have been very happy with everything else. But I cannot accept a business endangering its customers for no reason. I hope you address this, and I will be happy to come back.

I went to the one on Marburg in Oakley 1st the there website quoted me 1 price a tire and they tried to tell me that it was discontinued but there website is still offering it for sale 2nd I had a appointment for 4pm I got there early and my car was on the lift at 345pm so they plug it which happy about but they took if off the lift and was sitting for 45 minutes until i inquired about my car then I had to wait because there was only person at the desk I finally got in my car and the tire I brought up there in the 1st place my tps light came on for the same tire I normally go the one on galbraith rd but thats was closest to my job never will I go there again I didnt leave there until 545pm.

Used the Skip the Shop today. Worked out great for me. I would recommend it if youre busy and need to get your car serviced.

My fiancée popped a tire 2 miles from this TD. We changed the tire to a donut and called them 1.5 hours before they close and they got us in-and-out in under an hour.

Oakley store is extremely expensive. They gave me an estimate to replace tie rods: $518. This is about $300 more than next best estimate for identical repair. My tires were $600.--probably twice their value.

Slow bust great service

After seeing how the guy behind the counter wasnt using his face cover, I should have left.I didnt have time to go elsewhere. I just needed 1 tire, after hitting a pot hole. I asked if my old tire was damaged, he said no. (Why replace the tire?). I asked if all the other tire pressure had been checked he said yes(than why is the low tire pressure light still on?) and stayed on. They seems to only be about getting money from you instead of honest customer service. Be careful going there.

The guys here are always very helpful and willing to look at a problem in a pinch. Lobby area has all the appropriate covid precautions as well.

Went in for a brake job. They told me I needed new calipers and a new serpentine belt. I told the person on the phone that I got a new serpentine belt three weeks prior. They hung up on me. Took my car somewhere else and they told me the calipers were fine. Go someplace where theyre honest.

Gary was able to save our vacation. First guy who met us at the door said there wasn’t anything we could do about our tires except top them off with some air. A different guy, Gary (or Derek, couldn’t hear his name great) filled us up he let us know exactly what the problem was and fixed it for us for no charge. The guy had tons of RV experience and let us know what to do once we made it back home.

I went to this location for an alignment on a busy Saturday morning and was told that it was going to take about 3 hours to complete, so I decided to wait. 10 minutes later, my car was complete. In other words, the work that I needed done, which was covered under my 1 year tire policy, was deemed non essential by the manager of this branch and since I decided to wait, their way of getting me out was lying about their incomplete work and trying to support that lie during checkout with false paperwork. So I drove off with a steering wheel still pulling to the right and attempted another Tire Discounters location. I was disappointed especially since I was a regular customer at this location and, being an African American, a Caucasian woman who was in front of me at the time and who had an estimated $400 worth of work to be done, didnt get pushed away like I did.I will never return to this location and I dont recommend this location if you are a minority.

Mike was amazing and super friendly and helpful even though I Was extremely annoying with questions!!! Gary was extremely helpful and patient with my 80 year old grandparents making her feel helped and cared for true amazing customer service these guys are truly great!!! I would never go anywhere else now!! They truly make this td great!!! If anyone every needs tires go here and ask for mike or Gary!!!

Took my car in here to get a tire patched, after picking up my car and driving home i soon noticed a new sound sort of like scraping on my front left where the tire was patched. I suspected it was result of them working on my tire but after i brought it back in to get it looked at they tried telling me it was an issue with my bearings and quoted $500+ to fix. I took to two other mechanics both confirmed it was not a bearing issue and the second, our typical place to take our vehicles found that it was a scraping issue with the front fender (likely a result of the work on the tire) and fixed the issue for $54. I will never take my vehicle here again. Consumers beware

I had a leaky tire, I needed a brake light and an oil change. They let me drop off my car with no appointment on a holiday weekend. They stayed late to take care of everything and didnt charge me for patching the tire or the brake light. The full synthetic oil change was $49.99! I may start getting all of my oil changes done at Tire Discounters. I highly recommend them

Customer service was just ok. No one gave me any details about my car or recommendations. Ive been to other tire places and they check some things out of courtesy. Even with an appointment it took 2 hours. Good things ..... free bottle of water, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi. I wont be back to this location again.

The general manager ensured quick and accurate service. He was very patient with me and answered each question I had. He really made sure I understood everything about the services needed on my car.

No thank you!!! I came a few days before, and the guy put air in my tires, and claimed there was something wrong. My tire pressure light was on for a few days, and I returned and the gentleman was more thorough, and the light went off before I got home. I always get great service though.

Called to see if I could get my right front tire looked at, they said no problem come on in. I got here and handed them my keys figuring it would take 30 mins or so. It took well over 2 hours with no employees speaking with me and when I asked they said 30-40 mins more... been sitting here 3 hours and no one has explained what is happening. Could’ve had someone pick me up. Never coming back.

My first visit was great. I bought 4 new tires, had new struts front and back instaled. All went well.Two weeks later i returned because one tire was going flat. I had purchased all the xtras, roadside...etc. when i went back i was asked if i was dropping it off or goung to wait. I said id wait. Iwas told it would be a hour and half wait.There was 1 car in the garage...one. now i just paid 3100. To not have tire issues, and im aware sometimes tires dont always seal completely and i can live with that. But this guy is on his phone checking his facbook post and he doesnt have time to ge . To me....not happy

I brought my car here twice to get a quote. The first time they just took my car in and lifted it in the air because it had a leak and gave me a guesstimate as to where the leak was coming from. I had already been told by I had an engine oil leak ( which already been diagnosed from vavoline). I was quoted at about $1500 for all the work and I could bring in my own parts by Dave but decided to shop around. I noticed the problem was getting worse and decided to bring it in for a full inspection 2 weeks later so they could get it cleaned up and see the source of leak and I thought there was other issues. So I left it overnight. I spoke to Mike and he told me the work on my engine leak was the only problem they noticed would cost about $3000-$4000 and I couldnt bring in my own parts because the work was on the engine. Somehow between the 2 weeks the price on the work had doubled, and I was told I couldnt bring in my parts. Also they completely missed the issue with my muffler. After shopping around I got a better diagnosis and more consistency with pricing. I will not return here again!

Tesla capable tire service.Experienced staff knew how to platform lift the Tesla without harming the battery and without the use of pucks. A place to go for tire replacements and tire rotations for your Tesla in the Cincinnati area.

I really just hate every experience and interaction Ive had here. Nothing is ever ready when they say it will be. I will avoid going here at all cost.

Tire Discounters in Oakley had a phenomenal staff and made quick work of the repairs on my vehicle. They did not try to grill me for extra cash on items I did not need - they transparently SHOWED me EXACTLY what I needed in the garage, priced it out, and provided any potential discounts. Four stars on service, minus two stars all employees talking to customers with no mask....smh covid-19 transmits by air farther then six feet when speaking.

Dropped my tire off and did not receive a call for over 5 hours. I called to check on the status they told me someone was currently working on my tire and they would be calling me in a couple of minutes didn’t receive a call for over an hour after that. If you need something important done I would try another business probably one who can appreciate the value of a persons time.

Came in for front brakes and a new CV boot. They told me I had to come in for an estimate. When I got there they told me I could do it over the phone. They were unpleasant while waiting for the estimate and told my wife she needed a new axle. We didnt. Waited longer for the CV boot estimate. They didnt get the car done that day, as they told me. Waited until the next day. Called at 4 and they said they were working on it. Picked it up the next day, and the wife drove home with a partially popped hood... This place used to be better.

Had a great experience at Tire Discounters. I had a screw in my tire and took it to another tire store to get repaired. They told me they could not fix it. Came to Tire Discounters for a new tire, but asked them to recheck my old tire. They did, and were able to patch the hole. Saved me $100+! Was very pleased with their customer service and was out of the store in under an hour.

Beyond excellent experience here. They did great work, were pleasant people and the most reasonably priced in the area. My car was taken care of quickly, I wasnt pressured at all (no pun...). The chain is great, this location is top notch.

No one in the customer service area wore a mask, despite their big sign asking all customers to.

I went to this location for the first time on 7/7/2016 and was very happy with the customer service and speed of my oil change. The facility was clean and had plenty of open space, which is sometimes an issue at other Tire Discounters Ive been to. I was told after my oil change that my car was in great working order and the only thing the employee (Chris) would recommend is maybe new tires before winter. My car is 11 years old with 174k+ miles on it. Chris didnt try to sell me anything or try to con me into paying for something I didnt actually need (like a lot of car servicing places do, unfortunately). I was very pleased with Chris transparency with me on just how good of condition my car was in for its age and mileage. It was nice to hear. I moved to this area a few months ago after having a good rapport with a Tire Discounters in Florence, where I moved from. I am perfectly fine with this being my new go-to Tire Discounters though. I havent always had good experiences with this chain, but with this one I definitely did and am looking forward to giving them more business.

Very accommodating. It felt like I was dealing with people who take pride in their work. Unfortunately the set of tires I purchased at a different TD developed leaks in all four wheels due to rim corrosion that wasnt addressed during the installation, but the staff at the Oakley TD took care of the problem promptly and free. I will definitely return for future tire needs.
