The Eastgate facility is excellent. Friendly staff clean environment to come get a great workout in. The black card membership is an incredible deal for your money highly suggested.

Since going back in the office, I have started going to the planet fitness downtown, the front desk is super nice. I just they had the ab roller at this location. I love that thing, Florence location has one, do you think this location will ever get one?

Its not too bad its a good place to workout. Just be careful and wear a face mask 😷 even though you are not required to wear one. I will wear my face mask no matter what out going into public places. I like planet fitness items as far as their clothes and their gym bags👍🏽

Im planning on signing up for the next season and sale so my 14yearbold son can learn how to work out his muscles and be healthy. Im excited to get back in shape and tan but the water treatment for your skin is pretty cool and Im very interested to see how much it helps with stretch marks and scars, Ill be sure to let you know-how well it works.

Going to workout at Planet Fitness at the Banks is one of the highlights of my workday. The gym is always so fresh and so clean! The staff is the absolute best and always very willing to help me get my stuff out of my quick locker when Ive forgotten the combination after working out too hard! A special shout-out to the best trainer, Eddie Jones, who has really helped me over the past three months. Ive lost close to fourteen pounds and my health has greatly improved in that time! Looking forward to maintaining this momentum and progress into the new year at the best Planet Fitness location ever!

I generally enjoy going here, which I do 4 or 5 times per week. The fact that it isnt 24 hours detracts from it as this is a main reason that I became a PF member, and I dont get why the franchise doesnt have adjustable EZ-bars and straight bars, or at least ones that go above the relatively light weight of 60 lbs. I enjoy this gym, but am concerned that Ill have to switch to a new gym to meet my fitness goals, and Im not trying to become a bodybuilder.

It was probably the best planet fitness I have been to so far it was smaller and less crowded

Great staff. Tanning and massage beds are in great condition. Big, very spacious. Lots of variety as far as machines and weights. Bathrooms are big and very clean. Showers available with towels at front. Lockers available for daily use as well. No need to purchase locker. They are outside of the restrooms on the wall. Friendly helpful staff. Very impressed. Stand up tanning has been down for a bit. Only downfall.

Good gym. There were a couple of issues when they first opened but seem to have been resolved. Its new, so it is clean. Well equipped, and even has towel service! Friendly staff.My only complaint is the music. It feels like they play the same 5 songs every hour, which gets songs I dont care for stuck in my head for days. I feel very sorry for the employees because of this.I do wish they were open a little earlier on Mondays, but I can work around that.

I really like this planet fitness. Good clean equipment. Easy to get to downtown. Not very crowded during lunch hour.

An overloaded hotel gym with a try-too-hard life guard. If you want to sit on machines and barely break a sweat without getting any results, this is the place for you. If you actually want to get in shape, find another gym...ANY other gym. Youll be better off for it.

Its a very nice and clean location. However during the opening they pushed it as a 24hr Monday-Friday 7-7 Sat-Sun location which was great because Im off after 10pm. PF is known for being 24/7 but know theyre closing at 10pm! And 7pm on weekends wow. I think it misrepresents the brand. It was also very misleading to have people to sign up with accessibility in mind to only change it 1 week after opening. Sad.

Always clean, and available equipment. The staff keeps the place up very nicely, and they are friendly. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking.Correct; this place was nice, but now the hours are inconvenient. I wouldn’t have joined this gym if I would’ve known the hours were going to change. This is very disappointing.

Im so happy they put one close to my job. If I want to go before work, after work, or during my lunch break I can and only a few steps away.

Great place to work out

I like PF, but i want to come work out, not have to pay more into it. Parking should have been addressed. Imagine how many people dont go because they have to pay for parking. Im a black card memeber so i pay my fees. i shouldnt have to come out of pocket to enjoy this facility. It sounds like EVERYONE wasnt considered when the the decision was made.

I thought all planet fitness was 24 hours?? Why is the downtown Cincinnati location any different. I walked all the way downtown from Covington ky to find out that location closes at 9pm. Not late on a friday night but 9pm?? Where they do that at?? Misleading as hell!! Do you need more employees or something??
