I had a problem with Teams that didnt exist earlier. The team (multiple people) spent a lot of time on this issue and kept after it tenaciously until resolved (which ended up being bigger than just my issue). I am really impressed by this experience because so much effort was placed on resolving to the root cause (which ended up including the folks at MicroSoft) and it helped other customers even though they may not have known there was an issues.

Jason was excellent! He made a house call to one of our doctors homes to set up a new workstation for him to be able to work from home. He was very professional, informative and friendly. Highly recommend this company for your IT needs!

I am less concerned about the occasional issue as I am to the response to the issues. We have had a prompt and efficient call on every ticket that we have pushed through.The development of our IT strategy prior to the onboarding was comprehensive and it has met all of our needs.
