Car wash bays consistently “eat” quarters and you can never find anyone to replenish what it takes or even complain to. For more than a year at least they do not have the prewash spray and then this last time it did not even have any low pressure functions. I wish I had another close car wash. This is my last resort car wash.

Tried to use the vending machine for an air freshener, put my quarters in and made my selection. Nothing ever came out. Tried to hit the coin return, which I discovered has a broken button. My finger got stuck, cut my finger getting it out. Then tried to at least vacuum my car before leaving. Put the money in, vacuum stared but had almost no suction. Very aggravating.

Toke my money and car wash didnt work. Called number its been disconnected

Paid 11 dollars for the best wash and my car was as dirty as when it went in and the dryer part dont even began to dry my car off Speed way across the street is way better and only cost $10 would add pictures but the best part now is raining

The laundry is bad. It will eat quaters. Nobody to give you a refund. It wouldnt take my or three other customers debit cards. It took forever to get change from the machine.

Dog wash stations completely empty of shampoo conditioner and flea shampoo etc. I paid 10$ to rinse my dog on a cold windy day. Then to ride home in car smelling of “wet dog”. Both phone numbers are disconnected to contact ownership.Please contact me for refund +. I may consider using your machines if maintained.This was inexcusable and my gut tells me the owners aren’t concerned.

DO NOT GO HERE. Toughless car wash had one closed. The one that was open had no soap! Paid $10 just to have my car hosed down!! Tried calling any and all numbers I could find to inform owner but they were all out of service. Went inside and couldnt find anyone that seemed to work there. Dont waste your money here. The only thing that I think will fix this place is new owners that will hopefully take pride in their business. Think im going to put a sign up on the car wash since the owners seem to be nowhere to be found and cant be reached. Seems like the least they could do is respond to some of these angry customers on Google.

Laundry mat was good. However, half the vacuums at the carwash didnt work.

This is a super laundry mat. Its always clean,you dont have to wait for a machine to become available, and best of all they have machines that you can put more than one load into and for me that is a time saver.. the parking lot is clean,but its not a big parking lot.

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! !!I attempted to get an $11 automatic wash this morning, I pulled into the bay it sprayed soap all over the front half of my car then stopped and told me to exit. I had to pay $2.50 to spray the soap off in the do it yourself bay. I tried to call the number posted on the building. Its not in service, so I google the website and call the phone number provided here and its not in service either! So there is no way to even get a hold of someone to let them know the issue with their equipment nor get my money back. What a complete joke.

My car came out worse than it was when it went in the automatic wash. Spots and streaks of soap everywhere. I used the $11 wash with the blower and all that fancy stuff and I could have easily done a better job myself. I ended up stopping at the gas station nearby to completely wipe my car down. This isnt the first time Ive used this car wash and its usually bad every other time too, but this time was even worse and I will never go back after this. I also wasted money on the vacuums that hardly have any suction at all.Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. (But not the speedway across the street bc that one is awful too!)

Well, sign says 8 minutes for $5. I swiped my card once, 8 minutes shows up on the display then moments later I get a text from my bank showing a $10 charge on my account. I wonder how many people this happens to versus how many call to complain and demand refund....? Guess thats one way to give yourself a raise. Ill change my rating depending on response from the owner.*UPDATE*Tried calling the number posted at this carwash and the one listed online. Both numbers disconnected. And so we advance to the next level.Upon reading these other reviews about customers losing money and the owners lack of interest in fixing it, I say its time we shut this guy down. Anyone who has lost money and not been compensated please contact me. I need a few more complaints before I levy action.

Last few times I have been there the touchless car wash has left my car dirtier than when I went in. Soap residue left all over the car. I used to like this place but something has changed in the last year or so. I tried to call to get a refund and the phone number doesnt work. I wont be going back here and I recommend others stay away as well. Waste of money.

Bill receiver is broken, and half of the cycle doesnt work. Spotless rinse doesnt do anything, my car might look worse than before I went through it.

Half the bays are closed off. I used the manual bay (2 out of 3 where closed off). It didnt create the deep clean I get from other car washes. There is still bird feces on my roof which is the main reason for my wash today. (Not user error-I have been detailing my own car for years)

Completely unprofessional. Interior Shampoo was out of service but didn’t mind taking my money before flashing the light. Okay, sometimes things brake, I get it. After, went for an automatic car wash and paid for the 11.00 one and the machine said please wait for next car when there was no one in the car wash! Pressed the refund button which did absolutely nothing. Still said please wait for next car. Drove through the wash and pulled around to see if it was a minor glitch. It’s not. It continued to say the same thing over and over. Went to call the number that displays on the wall in front saying to call if there are problems. Went to call it and said it was a restricted number the 5 times I called it, it said the same thing every time. I had a really bad experience so I hope you understand why I’m upset. I’m now down 11$ which happens to be a lot for me at the moment. I really hope this place learns from this but it’s been like this a long time so I don’t see change coming anytime soon.

Seems like Im not the only one who got charged 10.00 for a car wash. I was shocked to find out how much I was charged. The sign said 2.50 in the bay but wasnt accepting coins .also vaccuum took my money to. First and last time I go to this car wash.

Needs to have its touchless systems recalibrated. Always leaves my car soapy.

The do it yourself bay had 0 prewash soap and 0 high pressure soap. The place is a total joke. Then I went thru the automatic car wash, and when the dryer is on, it is still dripping soap. Dont waste your money at this place.

Not impressed with the automatic wash. Lots of residue all over the grill. Ill try the manual next time and bring rags to wipe it down right after.

Touchless charged me twice. Called owner and provided address, said he would send a free wash. Never received it. Followed-up via text, nothing. Gave it one last chance since i still had tokens, touchless did not dry my car. Vacuum was not powerful and head of vacuum fell off. never again.

The machine would not take bills and the credit card reader, while it worked, wouldnt allow me to add time, I had to reswipe my card.

03/31/20 12:17am... Drink machine outside just took my money. Thank God I wasnt choking and needed to wash whatever it is down ! Then there is duct tape over the number to call for a refund. Then on top of that you call the number for the business listed here and get not in service system... Great ! Will be reporting to BBB. Its Obviously that that was their intention.

The dog wash is out of order and we cant get ahold of anyone to fix it

Ive been coming here for decades, and just recently Ive noticed a sharp decline in the wash quality, met (somehow) with increasing prices. Id hate to see it decline!

Went in to get a dollar vacuum and was charged $10 there is no one on the premises to help you the vacuum suction did not even work in the phone numbers that are on the building are all out of service or disconnected

Im going to have to find another laundromat. Every time I go there, there are 3-4 large families that have every washer and dryer in the whole place and it seems like half the equipment is broken. Car washes and vacuums always broken, too. Attendant also not wearing a mask. Double parking allowed. No no. Gone downhill.

Twice now I have lost money in the machines. Both were the largest 80 lb. weight limit. When the machines work it is great. Unfortunately no one works there during the day so forget about getting your money back.

Always clean. Machines work well. Several size machines to choose from. Can wash and vacuum car while laundry is in. Theres even a dog wash. Can use credit card to start washing machines and dryers if you have no cash to get quarters.

Very clean and up to date. This place is well kept. I appreciate being able to go to a clean laundromat. The machines are also clean and the pricing is average. I felt comfortable in there by myself with no worries.

I have worked and lived the 3rd shift lifestyle for over 5 years now so I tend to do my laundry at night. And its great to because I dont have to wait for the machines I want to use and its quiet with no crowd. However they really need a nightly cleaner, I went around midnight an left about 2:30am and it was quite dirty when I went in to start my loads. Also it was freezing inside. Bathroom was nasty too. I was pretty shocked for this location. Its clean in the day time I Kno iv been in several times also during the day. Other than that this place is great. Wash ur laundry, while you wait ya can wash your car (automatic wash or self wash), or wash your dog since all 3 are side by side. Its a friendly atmosphere and the rates for all 3 are very reasonable. Been going here for a few years now love the giant washers an extra Lg dryers because I have a huge family and kids go thru clothes an towels an linens like no other.

No stars. Put $8 dollars into machine just to find out the door doesnt register when its shut so it wont start. Look up number and call it to find out that its not a working number. Cameras everywhere in here only seem to record vandalism to protect their bottom line. Got ahold of maintenance man who smelled like a walking cigarette, when he arrived took down my info saying owner would contact me, when I replied that I read other reviews saying owner never contacted them so I wont hold my breath he replied maybe I should of read reviews first. I then said I wont be back. 2 minutes later he walked in handed me $8 and said the owner said I can have this money if I promise not to come back. Apparently they dont like people wanting their money back for services not received. Should of been compensated more for dealing with the odor of the maintenance man. Avoid this place like the plague.

Went Sat 2/22/20 to wash car paid and machines out of soap! Then I took my dog to the doggie wash paid $10 and there was no soap. Somebody was in the other station and they had no hot water. No websites or emails to complain. I like this plAce but this is unacceptable.

I have visited this car wash a few times which houses two automatic (touchless) bay areas and two manual bays. At any given time one of the automatic bays are closed. Today the only bay operating (or so I thought) accepted my card, but doors never opened too allow me in. Called number listed, no response.

This place is a rip off. I used one of the new big dryers and my stuff it wouldnt dry. There was another lady here that the same thing happened too. The owner says you cant run top and bottom big dryers at the same time. Why have dryers that you have to do that. I spent 10.00 to dry and the other lady spent $40.00. This place has gone to hell fast. I will not be back to this trash hole again. Bathrooms smell like a horse barn. This place has gone downhill very fast.

Love the animal grooming/bathing portion of this car wash. I have also used the laundry mat as well, which is also always clean. The workers do a great job at cleaning and maintaining all parts of the car/animal wash and laundry mat!! It is very convient to wash you car, dog, and clothes all at the same time and at the same place!!

Washers and dryers work great always real clean and you can wash your car at the same time!!

This car wash was great at one point now you pay for the best wash and you dont get everything. I will NOT go there again. Can do a better job myself.

Is there a soap shortage currently? Soapy brush puts out a mixture that look like the water you get when youve rinsed your shampoo bottle out eight times because youre too cheap to open a fresh one. Soapy wash wand is indistinguishable from the rinse setting.

I really think that this is a wonderful place to get car washed. I am only a little disappointed with the drying process. Just need to get a towel out and do myself.

A very busy day. Car not exactly spotless as the name would suggest. As car washes go, it was fine.The laundymat is ok. However. PLEASE put some seats that are not covered in fabric. I understand you wanting to look nice but they look anything but. I wont sit on them without putting down a plastic bag first and I still wont lean against the back.At least plastic chairs can be wiped down.

It usually very clean but the Saturday night crowd is a turn off. Too many unattended children running around and very rude customers who will pull your clothes out of the machines if you dont watch your dryers. I know that it isnt not the laundromat responsibility but it is a turn off going there.

The dryers never actually dry your clothes. They just warm them up. The vending machines just take your money and when you call the number they say it would be a hour or so before they can get there or that they arent able to come they will call you back but never do...

There is a indoor, temperature controlled room for self service dog grooming ... thats just too cool, there are several self service carwash bays and two touchless options as well!

Convenient but $10 minimum for 10 minutes. Only takes 5 to wash my dog. Doughtfull that ill be back.

Bought the $11 (most expensive) car wash and the triple shine sprayed out but went off before it moved to my car. Immediately went to rinse (still soap on car) and the left blower didn’t work so I had to then re-wash my car. Called the number on their site but it was out of service. Won’t be returning.

Expensive car wash but it is automatic and brushless. I believe a brushless car wash is better for your car -- no scratches.

The spotless drive Thur does a great job my car is shinney. But I didnt have good luck with the vacuum it seemed low on suction.

Its always been a good car wash. But i Just went here. Did the 5 bucks for 8 mins because I love to do it myself. An the soap didnt work as well as something else. I looked up the number to ask for refund or atleast another wash an it was disconnected. I will not be coming back an also going to mention it to my friends as well.

When I first moved to this side if town, this was the best laundrymat that I would always come to. But now that the wash machine take your money and you call the number thats posted and no one responds back.

Horrible. Do not use. Car wash only (poorly) washed the left side of my car. I purchased the most expensive wash. No attendant on-site. When I called the number on the building to report the car wash malfunction I was sent to voicemail. I never recieved a return call from them nor did I get a refund. Very disappointed.

Used to be great. Took more than 2 hours for my clothes to dry (the very few that did) even though I had barely anything in them. Most I gave up on and just took home wet. Prices went up, quality went down. Place was a mess, vending machine took money, but didnt vend, two dryers wouldnt stay closed. Just bad. The car wash used to be the best around... It now has me leaving with my car looking dirtier than when I came in. Used to be my whole familys go to laundromat and car wash... Will not be coming back.

In a nice and clean place definitely one of the nicer laundry mat on the west side but I think its too expensive but then again idk the going rate I just recently started going to laundry mat only to wash work clothes lol
