I gave Woody’s 3 stars. The monthly fee is great. It’s very close to my home too, but the car wash itself is lacking. If your rims a dirty, they will still be dirty after the wash. The attendant barely spray your car and rims even after asked to do better. I ran through a street maintenance cite which had muddy water. Took my car to Woody’s. Went through the wash. Tipped the hand drying person only to find the bottom portion of my car still covered with mud and the drying person didn’t even bother to mention it. But he took the tip money. So, for the price, I can get my car washed every day for about what I would have to pay for 2 washes. Just not the best.

Always great service. The team does a great job of drying the car after the wash and they have a lot of guys working and willing to help if you need it. The car wash itself is great and choosing the monthly unlimited is a great value

Woodys is the best. The staff is friendly, efficient, the owner is hands on and they work to resolve any issues very quickly. They are great at moving through a lot of cars very quickly so youre never waiting long even at peak times. I have been a customer for 10+ years with no plans to go anywhere else!

The place is very well maintained. It looks clean from the road and the bays are clean. Thats about where my positive experience ends. The water pressure is very inconsistent. It fluctuated the entire time I was washing my car. The soap dispensing was the same. Sometimes a lot came out, sometimes very little came out. The spot free rinse did the complete opposite and my car doesnt look like I even washed it. The vacuum hose/nozzle was caked in some sort of sauce to the point where I didnt even finish vacuuming my car out.

I always go there, I like the job they do on my car on my tires. I always get the works when I go and I usually go twice a week. It usually takes about 15 minutes, when theres a line it moves fast but my favorite part is after the wash there is someone waiting to dry off your car. I love that.

Liked the car wash because my car has very expensive paint and the car wash is good on my paint...although I had a membership but not anymore due to you guys charging my credit card AFTER I had already froze my account weeks prior so you wouldnt do what you absolutely did!

Have been using their subscription service over a year and the service is amazing car is immaculate every time and the techs working are very nice . If there is ever an issue it’s resolved at that moment . Won’t go anywhere else to have car washed.Thanks woods for your service

I love this place. Easy and I like the automatic/manual wash option.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Get through quickly. My kids love all of the lights and signs at the different stations in the car wash - it’s a mini production. I purchased a membership on my last visit. Hopefully I get good use out of it. 🚘

Just stopped by for the first time this week, because I was looking for a touchless car wash. I was not disappointed- they were great. I called first to make sure they touchless wash was open, and the folks who answered the phone were polite and helpful! The wash itself did a great job at getting the dirt and grime off my black car. He looked great and shiny when finished. Definitely recommend! Will be back!

Is the touchless actually EVER GOING TO BE WORKING!?!?Update 2/22/21 its finally working!!! Now if for $20 they could do the inside and outside like Sharonville does I wouldnt have to make the trek over there. But for just knocking the salt/dirt off the outside and not having brushes scratch up the paint I can get a local touchless wash and dont have to leave Finnetown. A wins a win...lolPro tip... use the touchless and wave down the guys doing the hand drying, throw em like $10 a piece and get a touchless wash with hand drying. Plus those guys work hard they deserve good cash tips.

Fantastic car wash! The full service tunnel always gets my car looking great and it comes with a free towel dry. The employees are friendly and helpful and the monthly wash plan is a great deal! I will be back!!

The auto car wash is fine but a person is posted as you exit to perform what feels like a shake down for tips. I bought an unlimited monthly car wash but feel pressure to keep paying every time I visit. My humble advice to management is to eliminate the tips appreciated sign and a person standing by the drivers door after the 10 second wipe down upon exit. I personally will not renew with this practice in place. Without this my rating is 5 stars.

Woodys is a great place to get your car washed, and the employees are always looking out for you. For $28 a month I honestly feel like I am robbing them and I only wash my car once a week. You could wash it everyday if you wanted to! The guys at the end always make sure that my car is perfectly clean and dry it off every time. It has never felt like a shake down for money at the end and I never feel like I have to tip them, I want to! Even after the tip it is cheaper than Mikes and at Woodys they actually spray my car fully before going into the tunnel. These guys do great work, keep it up!!!

Dont understand any negative review, this establishment is very good. Good work, fast and thorough; the staff is friendly and gracious. Steve, Operations Mgr is professional and excellent. He ran over to an elderly customer who couldnt figure out the pay station, he was so kind and respectful to her and eased her obvious frustration. Highly recommend this business.

No inside detailing or vacuuming, but you get a great exterior wash and wipe down for $12. Act;ually, this time, because I was going to buy the monthly, but there was a system glitch, the guy sent me through for free! You cant beat free! But this is a great soft cloth ride through car wash that does a great job on the exterior.

Great advertising for Ultimate Wash- bad execution, went through car wash with no problem. Came out and I still had soap stains on my car along with my wheels being super dirty. Guys who wiped my car didn’t do a very good job and I wasted my money. Don’t recommend for first time people and this was my brand new car at that.

I work for a lawn service company, and after servicing an extremely muddy property our machines were in need of a thorough cleaning. Woodys Carwash did the trick, as one might expect from any carwash. The actual reason I am writing this review, however, is because of the way the Owner treated us.We made quite a mess while washing our machines. There was mud splattered all over the walls, as well as rocks, leaves, and twigs littering the floor. We clearly werent going to leave the place looking like that, so my partner and I began washing the place down. The owner instantly noticed what we were doing, and he approached us to explain how grateful he was that we didnt leave the mess for him to take care of. He told us about a few incidents he has had in the past where people have come in the middle of the night to wash down their grease-covered barbecue smoker, only to leave the place a complete mess and for him to deal with cleaning up the following morning. He then proceeded to put the remainder of our wash on the house, telling us to take our time and re-wash anything we felt necessary. This is not something that he needed to do, but rather something he felt was the right thing to do.Often times it seems that there are too many people nowadays focused on squeezing every last penny out of their customers, so it was refreshing to meet this generous business owner. He made our day with his expression of gratitude and kindness, and I would recommend to anyone in need of a car wash that they use Woodys Express Carwash. 5/5 for Customer Service.

I cant believe how clean tis makes your car look and water repellant too!! Its kinda far from my house, and theres a lot of car washes in between but Woodys is so much better. Definitely worth it!!!

Not a very good quality car wash here. Took my car through the wash and bought the $12 wash that included tire shine. There was no tire shine on my car and they couldn’t even get the tires all the way clean. The guys at the end should’ve given my $3 back instead of asking me for a tip.

Great car wash but no window cleaning or mat service.

This car wash is the best! I have been going here for a few years now, and I have never had a sub-par experience. The staff is on top of their game, and the management keeps everything clean and moving quickly.

I just washed my car at Woody’s and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The car has a slime all over it and the windows are barely visible. I paid $10 to have to go home and re-wash my car. Most people won’t complain they just won’t come back. Woody, I hope you fix the problem fast. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because it’s close to my house.

This is the nicest car wash I have every been to!!!!! The vacuum ate my change one day and there was actually someone on site to give me my money back and get me to a different vacuum that wasnt clogged! They have a interior shampoo machine, vacuums, self serve and drive thru car wash! Love it!

I have been to Woodys about 20 times and felt ripped off by self cleaning bays a few times so stopped washing my car there. However, last night I stopped to vacuum my car and used my credit card because I did not have quarters. My card was charged $12 for about 3 minutes of vacuuming!!!!! It clearly states $1 so my relationship with Woodys is OVER.

Hugh price! And yet cleans ok. They need to spend more time spraying the nooks and areas that collect a lot of dirt. Like around tires grooves . If they focused on that before you pull onto the track. It was 18.00pfor the premium package. Then want you to tip the men that wipes down the left over water off the car. That should not be allowed or permitted paying that much for a carwash.

3 stars because the wash is close to home. The owner should pay the employees more money instead of begging the customer for tips at the end of the wash. It’s not the customers fault that the owner is too cheap. How much do you honestly expect me to tip for 2 different people on a $9 wash?

Got the tools to give your car a good cleaning yourself. The automatic bays leave a lot of dirt and water spots on the car though.
