Denny does a great job with detailing my car. But he recommended someone in the same shop to paint our wheels. First of all the guy did not take the wheels off the car. So our brakes were sticking and needed to be replaced because the paint gummed them up so bad. Second, because he painted the wheels still on the car, he did not mask off the car, so now my whole car has overspray all over the car. I called Denny to let him know because everything was done through him. He first said why are you calling me? I did not do it. I said because you recommended him and I paid you and I don’t have the other guys number. So he was suppose to have that guy call me and of course no phone call, Needless to say we will not be going back there. This whole debacle has cost us a lot of money. So if you are ever at Walt Sweeney on Harrison Avenue and they say we can paint your wheels don’t do it. You car will be a total mess afterwards. Because the guy who paints the wheels works for them.

Never!Ever! Don’t waste your money unless you like to be insulted and disrespected. The exterior of the car was dirty and still had leaves in the grill. When I pointed it out the owner became irritated and loud. The highlight was the exterior! And it was still dirty. The inside is a total mess. Drip marks...crumbs in cup holders...and a wrapper between the seat and the console. When I said something the owner went nuts about how “unbelievable and ungrateful I am. Ummm...sorry “ungrateful” I paid for this. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Unless you like being disrespected and disappointed.

When I initially looked at it at pick up, it looked good. I got home and took a better look and was very disappointed. Honestly doesn’t even look like they even touched some places. Could’ve done better myself.

Good guys and does a good job on our cars. Will go back every time cars need some wax or a good clean. We just let him have our car and he calls us when its done. I do recommend them give him a try.

We used a Groupon for the interior detailing last year and loved it! Bought another Groupon this year for both the exterior and interior detailing and was again blown away! The car looks amazing - especially for someone who has two little kids! The owner/manager was extremely professional and you could tell how much effort he put into making the car perfect! I am amazed the value of the service for such a low cost! We will be returning for a third time!

Paid for the Groupon and they did a terrible job. Wax was left on the car and they could not have polished it because you can still see where bird poop was on the car when I took it. Bought as a gift for my mom and now Im just gonna have to take it somewhere else. If you are looking for quality this is not the place to go.

I couldn’t even reach anyone to schedule. The first time a guy answered and when I spoke he hung up. A couple of days later I called and the voice mail is full. Don’t need the headache.

I purchased a Groupon for car detailing. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone to do so but their voicemail is full & noone ever answers the phone. I was looking for a company to start detailing our company cars on a regular basis. This was the trial run. They failed before they even got out of the gate.

They were very nice, professional and quick! My headlights look brand new. So glad I went there! I will definitely go back if I need to. Highly recommend!!!

My car was a garbage pit and they did a fantastic job. My wife and I can hardly believe how they got all the dog hair and dirt out. Would recommend and will always use them!

I called to schedule an appointment to use a previously purchased Group-on. He did not identify the company when he answered the phone so I was unsure that I got the number right. When I asked if this was Majesty Car Care. He seemed very annoyed when he said Yea. I asked for an appointment at 2 pm but he said he didnt work that late. OK, he gave me three days more then a week out and asked if I could bring the car in at 9 am. Nice if you dont work. He asked odd questions like when did I buy my Group-on and how much I paid for it and could I print out the Group-on. No one every asked me to print out a Group-on. Then he told me I should call the day before I came in so he could give my directions. I mentioned that his address was on the Group-on app and that I had GPS. He said that his shop didnt have an outside sign and that he was operating in a bay behind a building. All this seemed very shady to me and when he hung up I said to my husband well, that was a bit shady. interestingly, the guy had not hung up and he heard my comment on being shady. He immediately text me to tell me that he was offended by my overheard comment. This person was rude, unprofessional and a bit scary for attacking me by text message.

I tried contacting them for two weeks. Answering was full couldnt even leave a message. They are advertising on Groupon but dont seem to be able to handle the new business

They did a horrible job detailing my car. I should have refused payment as it was definitely NOT worth $150.

This place should be avoided at all costs took our mazda cx-9 in to get detailed and the only thing that got waxed was my pocket, they couldnt even clean the dash, i mean seriously if i did my job this badly i wouldnt be working.

I was refused services and discriminated against! I have never experienced anything so disgusting in my life, safe your self some trouble and DO NOT him this awful human being your business! I will be complaining with better business bureau. The treatment I received for the simple fact of my ethnicity (something I have no power of) is unacceptable. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The staff was very rude. He couldn’t get the car cleaned even after we paid him additional money. He kept tossing the trunk cover and mats, saying ‘I don’t do this sh*t’. This is after I politely asked him to re-do some spots that were still dirty. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get his car detailed here. What a rip-off, what a waste of time! Zero star.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Looked like they ran it thru a car wash and wiped it down with a dirty rag. The roof had not been cleaned, 4 windows never touched and black cover spray everywhere to make it look clean but the spray transfers to your clothes! I ended up spending hours finishing it myself after I was told they would make it look good as new. Engine not included; I guess they thought it was one of my windows! I dont even want to give it one star but its a requirement to post

I would give no stars if I could. I’ve been trying to get ahold of this company for 2 years to redeem a groupon. I’ve left so many voicemails with no return. The owner has consistently ignored my calls and failed to return any. I understand the Groupon was paid and the money was already received but the customer service here is horrendous. Just because you already have my money doesn’t mean it’s okay to flat out refuse a customer for over 2 years. I finally contacted Groupon and got it refunded. I wish I had earlier but I really wanted the service so I kept trying. avoid using Groupons here or telling them you have a Groupon. They won’t call back or answer. Or care. I’ve seen so many good reviews and had great expectation. But my experience was horrid.

I went to Majesty Car Care for an interior only cleaning, per the pictures I cannot put on this review are terrible. I think they missed a few places for an interior cleaning, rip off. Stay away from this place

Friendly staff. Windshield was very streaky afterwards but everything else was great. Got a great deal with a groupon. Overall very happy with their work and I will def go back again.

My friend puked in my car on a Friday night and it smelled horrible. Mejesty was the only place open on a Saturday morning. Paid $100 for my car interior to be detailed and everything smelled and looked great! I even gave him an extra $20 puke tip.

Use a Groupon $92.50. This was suppose to be a $265.00 deal. Lol. My truck was suppose to be waxed, water spots all over my truck, never touched the grill of my truck. My seat we’re suppose to be cleaned and conditioned, streaks all over my seats. Windshield had bug spot still on it. I could go on and on. I blame myself for not check it when I was there. Had to wait a few days before I checked it. It was in the garage. Will never use or recommend this place to anyone.
