I work downtown, and I was intrigued by the idea that Mr. Bubbles would pick up and drop off my car while I was at work--it seems like a great time saver if youre in the downtown area. So I tried Mr. Bubbles today, and it was great! My car, which hadnt been washed in almost a year, is very shiny, and its so, so convenient to not need to leave work. Thank you to the staff at Mr. Bubbles, especially Tabitha, who was so friendly and patient while answering all of my numerous questions over the phone. I recommend!

I received a gift card for a complete detail and I am beyond impressed! The facility looks small from outside but the office is covered in celebrity clients pictures and autographs. They did a FANTASTIC job on the interior and exterior of my car. I honestly have never thoroughly cleaned my car in there ten years I have had it and when I picked it up it looked BRAND NEW! They had their work cut out for them with the amount of dust and dog hair in my car and you would never know I have a pet now! It smelled great and everything was shiny and clean. They even took the time to bag up some loose jewelry I had lost in the trunk. I highly recommend Me. Bubbles and will definitely be back!

I made my appointment almost a week in advance for 9am. I was told the owner puts priority over her “non-Black” clients. So my car sat all day and when they got to it they did a rush job . I do food delivery so I had pretty tough stains, they got those out, as good as they could. For almost $200 I was expecting really professional work, they didn’t touch the glove compartment or the roof of the car. Interior detailing is just that, I thought, everything interior. It was not worth $200 and I would not recommend, I’d much rather spend big money to have it done correctly, DETAILED. I really hate giving bad reviews, especially to black owned businesses. I just want people, like me, to know what they are paying for. I think this place would be amazing for light stains, still not worth $167.

Went to this place for the first time this week and thought they did an AWESOME job. My used car came to me kind of smelly already and then spent a year with 2 kids and 2 dogs. It looks, feels, and smells fantastic. They even did an engine detail - all for a reasonable price. On top of that, the customer service (Ms Tabitha) was great - very friendly, great with my daughters, and answered the phone each time I called. Highly recommend.

Great job cleaning the Tahoe. Hand washed, vacuumed and meticulously hand dried. I paid a pretty penny for detailing. HOWEVER, since it looked like it might rain, I asked if t if they gave out rain checks. Ms. Taylor just laughed at me. So much for good customer service. Hard work but a hustlers mentality. Find another carwash place to go where they treat YOU just as good as the car that their detailing.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.My car had this mildew smell that I couldn’t get out for the life of me.Pet hair. And my little sister had the car before.It was a mess.But when I got my car back, it was like brand new. I’m still shock

I rarely leave reviews but this place is amazing - I spilled a huge smoothie in the front seat of my car and it stained the seat and was a complete mess. Now, my car looks brand new not only on the seat but the entire interior. I am so impressed by how great the car looks and the staff was incredibly friendly. Also, they picked the car up for me from work and dropped it off a few hours later, it couldnt have been easier for a great price.

Was very disappointed. Several pockets were not even vacuumed out . The spray they used on tires was all over the lower body leaving dark spots everywhere. Paid for the extra service inside cleaning $95 Hardly looked any better than when I wash with a hose. Tipped and regret it, did not get a good look cause you pick up inside.

They do a good job on cleaning your car. My car was extra dirty because it was lying unused for 8 months. They took longer than expected to get the job done because of that. But I wasnt charged extra and am happy with the work.

Last time my car looked incredible. The attention to detail was amazing. This time it seemed lazy and rushed. Dirt on the dash, doors were filthy, and the seats were dusty.

Best carwash in cincinnati, I doubt anyone else can match their quality and price. Free pickup and drop-off of your car in the downtown area. At 16 bucks or so for the basic service my car looks better inside and out than I could ever do at a self service place or autowash. Cheaper too! I had my previous car detailed there a couple of years ago to sell it and it looked better than my car had ever looked since I bought it. I didnt know all those stains could come out. Keep up the great work guys! Oh, and they have free wifi in case you want to drive you car there instead of using the free pickup service. Im waiting on my car right now and looking forward to getting in it after they are done with it!
