I plan to bring more repairs to this shop. I found the shop through google reviews, and gave them a chance. Ended up doing a walk-in, and the team took care of me same day even with a full schedule. The vehicle is my wifes daily driver, and I truly appreciate the quality and care they took to do the job the right way and get her back on the road quickly.

Worst experience Ever.. 2 days to get info on car problem.. They avoided my calls.. Had to have my father go in the store and get them to talk to me.. Estimate given $1900 for clutch replacement 2001 Honda civic... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

Incredibly knowledgeable team of mechanics. I have had my front end replaced on my f250 and taken my kia optima to these guys after it was rear ended. I took my 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T in for a transmission fluid exchange this weekend and couldnt be happier with the service I received. Justin and the guys were super knowledgeable, fixed problems I didnt even know existed, all while I relaxed in the comfy waiting area. My car now drives like a dream, gear transitions are like a hot knife thru butter, and she was idles super smooth. Great job, highly recommend them! I WILL be back!

I took my vehicle to this company to have the heating system repaired. When I received it back it was blowing cold air. I called and spoke with the manager Sean and was told that since the vehicle was now blowing air, which it wasnt when I took it in for service, as far as he is concerned they fixed it. I could not believe what I was being told and restated that it is blowing cold air therefore my heater is still not working. He was very unapologetic and stood by his idea that their repair was good. When I walked in for service I stated that the heater was not working. I did not go into detail that it was the blower etc because I have no knowledge of car repair however he is now trying to state this is the case and wants to charge me more money by the hour to actually fix my heater. I will not do anymore business with this company. They have little regard for their customers satisfaction just their hourly rate. I also asked to speak with the owner and was denied.

I have been dealing with automotive shops for the past 30 years and I have to say this group at Forest Park Automotive really knows how to take care of their customers. Some of the most polite and well mannered individuals I think I have ever dealt with. If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would.

I took my husbands 2003 Ford F1 50 truck to have the ignition coil replaced. Their price and service was so much better than prior experiences with the dealer. I will take my car to them for any other services in the future, and will definitely recommend their service.

Went in for a service,that they charged me over 500.00 dollars for..after driving for 10mins or so check engine light came on.I called and left three messages no respond..that place is not like it use to be.The old owner was very honest..I will never go back
