I am absolutely outraged with the customer service at this dealership. They had the audacity to provide my wife and I with exceptional service throughout our entire purchase.... OK, joking aside, I have to say this place beat my expectations due to a not so great experience at Kings Toyota earlier this year. I saw a Honda Odyssey they had for sale on Carfax while I was at work. When I got off at 6pm, I contacted them about it and inquired if it was available. Jacob quickly responded to my request and told me to come on in and test drive it, they were open until 8pm. We didnt get there until after 7pm. Sal greeted us, fueled up the van and pulled it around. After our test drive they only had about 10 minutes to close. I thought, I would have to come back or leave deposit or something so they could close up. Sal and the staff stayed open, let us decide if we want it and discussed finance options with me. They had a no rush/worry no, hey your keeping us at work tone. They took there time and were very polite. Sal even reworked the numbers a few times until we settled on a range for the loan term. Afterwards, we sat down with Steve to sign the paperwork and again, even though they were closed and exhausted. Steve took the time to tweak the numbers, lay out the facts and give us the best deal. He even signed us up for GAP without driving the price up by being proactive. Ask for that guy at signing. Even though we werent rushed, the whole process didnt take long. All in all, I recommend this dealer if your looking for a used vehicle. Everyone was polite and responsive, I appreciate it.
We worked with a great salesperson, Ryan Stacy. He found us the car we wanted, in a color I didnt even realize was the one I wanted. He helped show us all the features and how to work them and made sure our keys were programmed to each driver. We left the dealership loving our new car and not wondering what this button does. Excellent customer service by the salesperson, John Graham. He went over my options with several vehicles pointing out the benefits and listened intently to what i was trying to say. John is more of a sales consultant. He wanted to make sure i got what i wanted and needed. The manager David Valines answered every question i had and was attentive to all the details. Excellent group and individuals. definitely would recommend to everyone. No games just good information
Roger M at Performance Kings Honda took great care of us. He was knowledgeable, personable and really took the time to understand our wants and priorities in a car. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. I went in not expecting to love what I test drove. I’m so glad I was open minded to his suggestions because he nailed it! The entire staff was friendly and sophisticated. Even after we made our purchase decision he gave us the time and attention that showed he’d be available if we ever run into an issue down the line or had a question. Very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with!
So saying I am over protective and extremely OCD about my vehicles is an understatement. When It was time to buy a new car, I was shopping for the best deal. Performance Kings Honda made this so easy. Honestly the entire car buying process was hands down the best I or my father had ever experienced. Plus one for sales. Now the service department, they really make this the absolute best dealership. I do all my own maintenance, all ways have. But when I had some minor warranty issues pop up, I called and made an appointment. Ryan, my service advisor, made sure all my issues were taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and keep in mind this was all warranty work. Josh, my technician on both visits in, took pride in his work, leaving 0 traces that the car had been worked on. The video inspection at the end of the service is also a great touch. I worked in the automotive field for 6+ years while I was in college. There are not many shops that will give you the level of attention and confidence that I felt with the service I received. All I can say is, if youre buying a car, this is the place to do it. For all of your service, this is the only place you should be taking it to. I will definitely be back!
I had great help finding the exact car I wanted and color from jay. The car (civic hatchback) had just got dropped off that day and he was still able to get it processed for me in order to drive it off the lot that same day which was awesome! I have no complaints and jay was quick and easy to work with! Overall 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
Lauren is absolutely AMAZING. Bill Hess in finance also AMAZING. I absolutely can NOT say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. They made the application and approval process exceptionally easy. This was special for me because we were purchasing my daughter’s first vehicle and already owned two vehicles, one financed through Honda. We weren’t sure it could be done. But they did it and did it very fast. The follow up and customer service was like none other. And I say that coming from a family where we receive A and Z plan incentives thus buying or leasing every few years all my life is customary. Ask for Roger M. Hes a very decent sales guy that wont mislead you and doesnt pressure you. He represents a car dealer that is big on full disclosure of their vehicles because they want you feeling satisfied with your purchase. You wont feel hassled by Roger. Really happy with the experience. And we even purchased a vehicle!
I bought a car from here a couple months ago and Roger was hands down the best car sales man I have ever talked to. We came in 15 minutes before closing just to test drive a car and he ended up staying until 11 an night just to sell me an amazing car. At a challenging time for car dealerships Performance Honda has stepped up their customer service to make buying a car a great experience. Our salesman Joe and everyone else went out of their way to get us all set up in our new vehicle. We visited other dealers in this process and did not get this kind of service anywhere else.
Shout out to Kris Wheelen. After waiting for 5 hrs to get our Pilot towed in, Kris handled our car repair in no time. He pointed out that it needed some maintenance items to be performed, as well. We ended up getting some much needed items done while there. Very happy customers. We will return for our maintenance from now on. Thanks Kris!
If I could, I would give them 6 stars. Brought my Honda in for AC repair...They went above and beyond to get it fixed as soon as possible (thanks, Brandon W!!) Definitely my favorite Honda service in the Cincy metro area and will definitely be back. There are Honda services that are closer to where I live, but definitely worth making the trip.
Beware of dishonest Bait & Switch lease tactics.If you are unfamiliar with how leasing works, do a little research before signing anything, it can save you thousands of dollars.I’ve leased all of my vehicles the past 15 years and this situation at Kings Honda is by far the most dishonest thing I’ve experienced.Lease advertised was $317/mo $2,300 down. Tax, title, license, acquisition and dealer fees, should have ended up close to an extra $2,000. The quote I received via email was +$140 more per month, the math didn’t add up. There was a phantom $5,000 added. When I asked why the quote was so high vs the advertised price, they emailed me a breakdown that included a $5,000 “market demand adjustment fee” that has never been on any of my previous leases. When I asked what this fee was, I was told that the Market adjustment fee is supposedly a dealer fee they add when they only have one vehicle in inventory and the market demand price is over MSRP. Long story short, they basically wanted to bank an extra $5,000 of the lessee’s money above the actual advertised price, hence the bait & switch tactic reference.I have no problem with dealers setting their own fees, it’s their business, but this situation was both extremely excessive and very misleading, especially since they were intentionally advertising a fake lease price to get people in the door. In the end, I ended up going to another dealer and was actually able to get one model up for the same price Kings advertised price was (no fake dealer fee) and had an amazing experience. Even though it was an extra 40 minute drive, this other dealer now has a customer for life.
I just bought my first brand new car today and Ryan was so awesome!! He was very supportive throughout the entire process and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I gave him all of the information and details about my price range and car type I was interested in and he went above and beyond making sure I got everything I needed and wanted in my car. He is so passionate not only about his job, but Honda in general. He is well researched on the brand and was very informative whenever I had questions. I don’t know what more I could’ve asked from him. 10/10 recommend!
Worst customer service ever.I went in to purchase a car and trade in my existing car.At the beginning they were very nice.I still owed on my existing car and I was told they would take that as a trade in and pay off the car.After a few hours of going back and forth and getting financing, on a Saturday I might add, I ended up getting the car with the promise written on a piece of paper from one of the managers they would add 75,000 miles instead of the 36,000 that comes with it.Unfortunately, a week prior to the 30th of June they drop the ball that my financing had to change due to the finance company yet they let me drive off their lot with a brand new car.I sent via mail all of my wage info and never heard anything until that week before.The pressure from them was relentless.Emails upon emails responding to them only to not get an answer back. Calling me when I was working and leaving a message telling me to come in after work, mind you these emails would be sent to me at 4 in the afternoon, unfortunately most people can’t walk out of their job.Be careful and have someone with you to double check what they charge you, they added on $2000 for the mileage they promised me to get me in the car.I was leaving to go out of town 4 days later and they did nothing but hound me.Truly, they can do better than this, worst customer care ever from the financing department. I would never recommend anyone to them.The only person that was kind was Mark, my salesperson.Never sign anything until you make sure you get what you’re told.
I worked with Ryan and performance Honda and could not have had a better experience!! He was honestly the easier, quickest, and most helpful salesman I have Ever worked with. It went smooth and quick and he had the car looking great and ready to go when it was time. He went the extra mile after the purchase and gave me a full run down with all features and paired my phone, and programmed my seats! I suggest anybody looking for a car to see Ryan!!!!!
These 5 stars go entirely to Melissa! Melissa was phenomenal and the sole reason we had such a great experience. We purchased a 2021 Passport last week. When we first entered, the receptionist sent us to a different desk where the sales managers were who told us wed need to talk to a sales rep. Not off to a great start and didnt feel very valued. Even though Melissa was already helping two customers, she took us under her wing and immediately helped us out. She helped us reach a fair deal on our purchase and trade and had our backs the entire time. We then had to sit around for over 3 hours waiting for the Finance Department to finish out the transaction. Melissa constantly checked in on us, kept us updated, and was there for us the entire time. She was running around like crazy trying to take care of all her customers, but her hard work did not go unnoticed. Melissa turned what would have been a poor car-buying experience into a bearable experience. THANK YOU, MELISSA! Performance Kings Honda - you have a gem in Melissa. I hope you recognize that!

Lauren is a great asset to this organization! We did not have a great initial experience, but she jumped into action and turned things around. We purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V for my 16yr old daughter. They advertised it with navigation, but when we arrived it didn’t have it. Lauren worked with her leadership and made it right. I wish the car could’ve been delivered to us as offered, but because of timing it couldn’t happen. All and all, we feel we purchased a quality car from a reputable dealership. I would recommend to anyone purchasing a used vehicle.

About 2 weeks ago I went here to look for a new car. This was my first time buying a car from a car lot and to be completely honest, what I thought was going to be one of the happiest moments of my life turned into one of the most stressful. I felt completely taken advantage of because I told them this was my first experience buying a new car (the car I got was a used 2019 civic) and I was alone. I had already obtained financing prior to making an appointment at 9:00am that day. Kelly (after showing me the 2 cars I was interested in) started helping someone else and I was left sitting on a couch in the waiting room till 4:00pm. I still love Honda but I’m not sure if I will get my next Honda from here.

So I bought a car about a month ago through the used department at Honda. They went through the inspection before I bought it they were supposed to fix all the brake system on it. By they didnt fix the entire brake system they didnt replace the brake pads on it they left it with a very low brake pads the car and was making a lot of noise from the front left side from day one and on top of it when they removed the window sticker and they ripped the window tint and they were supposed to fix that its been a month now and nobody will follow up with me I cant talk to anybody when I call their service department or general manger. I am a service manager for automotive company and if I acted that way I would lose my job I highly recommend do not buying a car through this dealership it has been a very very bad experience, and they dont care for there customers.

I enjoyed working with my sales team of Christie and Rob but other areas of Honda are certainly lacking. The finance person made a mistake on my payment and then and then told me one cost for a warranty program but charged me 4 times that cost on the final bill. No one at Honda seemed to care, no one except my sales people ever bothered to contact me about their possible fraud. I did not get a second key with my new car. At their instruction, I made a service appointment to go get the second key but when I got there the service department had no idea that I had an appointment scheduled even though they sent me the confirming email and no one seemed to know how to make the new key. My crv is fine but I dont trust dealing with this dealership.
Melissa helped me get my new car I wanted which was the passport! I love this new car! She was so helpful and very Thorough when explaining everything to me. This was a great experience. If you need a new car ask for Melissa she will help you find what you need!! 😊

I had a great experience with this dealership, I went in later in the evening, spoke with Chris White, who was awesome and very personable. The purchasing was very effortless, seamless, and very chill from start to finish, Chris seemed genuinely happy to get me in my 2020 Si, and you dont find that in car sales very often anymore. I was in and out in just about 2 hours. A big thank you to Stacey in financing, Chris in sales, and his sales manager for working with me and getting me out the door in a reasonable amount of time! I highly recommend anyone shopping for a new Honda to give Chris a shout, hes good at what he does, and makes the process very painless. The showroom was HUGE and plenty of space to abide by social distancing rules. Thanks again guys!
Great experience overall. Went in without appointment to test drive 3 used cars (value vehicles). Scott was quick to help me and pull the cars up. They had a good selection of quality used cars in the 7-12k range unlike many other dealerships. Financing was an easy process, although it took them almost 3 hours from when I said I wanted the car to me driving off the lot. That felt long to me, although they had detailed the car and filled it up with gas during that time so it was not too bad. Watch out for the interior protection service they offer, they added it by default to my financing and had I not read carefully I may not have noticed it. But overall great experience, I would buy from here again. Also, good and fair financing options.
Bought a used 14 Durango April 10. Vehicle had not been through service or detailed being that it was traded in recently.Was told to call Tuesday Apr 13 to see if was ready to be picked up and that anything found during inspection would be fixed and the vehicle would be detailed as well.Came down to pick it up on Tues. Was inspecting vehicle before going inside. The “detailing” was very poor.Just a wash and a vacuum.Looking under the vehicle I noticed numerous globs of grease inside the front drivers wheel and suspension.I went inside to ask for paper towels to wipe it off before I drove it home and also asked for the service report.While inspecting to try to see where the grease was coming from, I noticed a missing bolt that holds the hub bearing to the spindle.I obviously didn’t take it home that day and told them to fix it and inspect and fix the source of the grease flying around. I also asked for the service report again in which they couldn’t supply before I left.I was contacted on Thurs April 15 and told the vehicle was ready again.I came down Friday April 16 and inspected the hub bearing.The bolt was there but there was new grease globs inside the wheel and on the suspension. I decided I didn’t want them working on the vehicle I was going to be driving and I knew I’d have to take it to my mechanic to get the CV axle replaced since I’d suspected the grease was flying out of the CV joint boot. Any novice mechanic could have made this determination and inspected the boot for tears for confirmation.I was able to get the service report on Friday and after looking it over I noticed they replaced the hub bearing assemblies on Monday April 12. So that means the mechanic left the bolt out or possibly broke the bolt inside the new hub or cross threaded it and didn’t fix it. I say possibly broke the bolt inside the new hub or cross threaded it because the service report said they replaced the hub bearing assembly again on Wednesday Apr 14. This would not be necessary for simply leaving a bolt out.After getting the vehicle home I looked under again and it had certainly flung more grease during the drive home.My girlfriend and I spent 4 to 5 hours detailing the vehicle over the weekend and found food/drink splatters throughout the vehicle on seats/carpet and door panels. Food under every seat. Door jambs were not touched as they were filthy.I was able to get the vehicle into my mechanic on Tuesday Apr 20 and got it fixed.After talking to Mr French, he offered to pay 1/2 of the CV axle replacement if I was willing to “change my review”.Not because I want customers to be happy or because we made a mistake and want to rectify it.Offering me less than $200.00 was an insult not alone stating if I’d consider changing my review.My god man, at least offer to pay for the repair not 1/2.Also the service report shows 6 qts of oil was added during oil change. The owners manual and any internet search shows this engine requires 7 qts.I’m not sure if it’s employee incompetence or management pushing to save every nickel that cause these dangerous and unacceptable practices but it needs addressed.Mr French,I’ve left a message on your voice mail 04/20/2021 @12:38.I’ll be waiting for you to call me back before I edit/write up my experience I had at your dealership. When I originally posted the 1 star review, I didn’t see the option to comment so that’s why it was blank. Since you attempted to contact me, I find it only fair to give you a chance to hear me out and make things right if

I purchased a vehicle in January and am now without a car for myself and 4 young children because the transmission went out. I bought a low cost vehicle but put down my last $2000 in cash. I’m now stuck with a payment and no vehicle. I reached out to the salesperson and was ignored. I received a call back from service but was told I would have to pay all repair costs. I was sold a lemon but the dealer won’t take any responsibility since vehicles are sold “as is”. I just need a safe, reliable vehicle for my family 😭. Make sure you have any vehicle you are thinking of purchasing from here inspected by a trusted mechanic first.
I had a great experience with Melissa purchasing a new CR-V. After getting the run around with 4 other dealerships, she was able to come through for me and get me at a price I wanted. She was patient in answering all my questions about the different trim levels. Cannot recommend this dealership and Melissa enough!!
My husband and I purchased a Honda CR-V from here this week. I was so nervous that I would not be approved as I am fresh out of college with not really any credit (good or bad). Roger, our salesman assured me he would do all that he could. Needless to say we left purchasing the car we wanted that day. Roger was so knowledgeable about the process and the car that we bought. He was not pushy and gave my husband and I several opportunities to talk alone rather than discussing everything in front of him. We just purchased a used truck from Performance Honda. While the vehicle...and the price...are great, the purchase process was inefficient and annoying. We paid cash for the truck but a finance guy insisted that we spend most of an hour entering our personal information into a laptop computer so he could check our credit scores. I must have said We are paying cash at least five times. Then he pressured us about buying an extended warranty even though the truck was still under manufacturers warranty. This all necessitated a trip back to the magical Kings Automall the following day...man, there are a lot of unsold cars sitting around there! (Must be a good time to buy...hint, hint). Aside from the finance guy, it was a pleasant experience and we love the truck!

I am no longer going to have my car serviced here or am I going to buy a car here. My wife took her car in for a recall on her Odyssey. They broke her fuel line and now it will be 3 weeks until we get our car back. They did give us a rental, but then decided to switch it out because they wanted to sell her rental. I understand that accidents happen but this has been quite an inconvenience from the start.I also had my oil change done here a couple weeks ago and I wanted to use the service where they picked up my car. The girl said they could do the service for up to 15 miles away. My house is 16 miles from the dealership so I was denied. One mile meant I had to drive there and drop it off myself. There really should be some gray area there....especially for 1 mile. If I had one word to describe this dealership, it is INCONVENIENT.
My salesperson was Lauren. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose a car. I love my new Honda pilot. She was responsive to all of my texts. She made the process easy and understandable.
Sal did a great job helping me find my new car. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my price range without pressing me to spend more than I could afford. I really appreciated how he listened to what I really wanted and needed and worked with me to find it instead of trying to get me to buy something else. He is a cautious driver and I felt safe... in addition, I truly appreciated his agreeing to my request to crack all of the windows for fresh air due to Covid precautions. Let me just start by saying they’re very nice people and nice service in sales..but I don’t understand how it takes literally a week to get a used car through service to be checked and cleaned before you can have it..I got recommendations that the buying process was the hard part but after that the rest would be a breeze..well it’s day 2 and nobody even knows where the car is..Thankyou service department at kings Honda awesome job u doing there

I had some issues initially, however David, the dealership manager read my email, contacted me and addressed them all in a timely fashion. These days I expect from time to time we will have hiccups in service and am thankful when someone like David steps in and fixes them.
Terrible dealership they lied about what they were going to give me on my trade lied about the car I was looking at the accord I looked was nice and clean for 20543 but then they said oops we showed you the wrong car as I was signing finance papers and it was the same accord but the bumper was ripped off and the side of the car was hit . They wasted my entire day to get this car and drove and hour and a half just for that and to turn around and drive back they are the worst honda dealership I have ever dealt with I would never do business with that dealership they lie to you and they wont care about anything but what they can take out of your pocket book honda shall be ashamed for this dealership.
I contacted Performance Kings about a used vehicle and explained I would be driving 4 HOURS to look at the vehicle. Before making the drive, I asked that all features be double checked to confirm they were in working order. The salesman confirmed everything worked so I made the 4 hour drive to purchase my 16 year old daughter her first vehicle. When I arrive to inspect the car, I learn Id been lied to. Not everything works, one interior door handle is broken, the paint is terrible, and the car SHOOK so bad when I started it that I didnt even get to test drive it!! NINE HOURS of my life wasted on their lies and junk vehicle. Stay away!!! They will lie straight to your face, and even put your teenager in a car that they know doesnt run correctly. Terrible car lot and even worse human beings.... you dont have to take my word for it. Just check the reviews. They havent responded to any of the negative reviews because they know theyre true!!

I was looking for a new car for my Granddaughter and didnt know what to buy her. I spoke to my salesman Chris White and he suggested the Civic for her. I liked the car very much but wanted to test drive the Toyota Corolla. After driving the Corolla I knew the Civic would be a nicer car for her. I went back the next day and bought the car. The process couldnt have been easier. I cant wait to supprise her with the car. I would rrecommend doing business with them. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Scott

Today, December 11, 2020 we had an appointment at 4 pm to see a Pilot Elite model 2021. We were told the car will be sanitized and waiting for us at our appointment.We arrived (taking off time from work) on time only to be told that no one at Performance Kings Honda knows anything about our appointment. They did not have the vehicle there, and a random salesman was pulled over to us to go to a different lot to look for the vehicle.Also, we had the price quote in an email, thinking all is set up and we can actually buy the car today.We did not drive the car, because it was NOT sanitized as promised. We will not buy a car from such unprofessional dealership!You need to have better customer service and more professional employees.If a customer has an appointment, you should deliver!Very disappointed.
I just drove to this dealership from Dayton only to be told that the price for the order I submitted online expired on the 7th. I submitted my order on the 6th & nothing anywhere said the deal expired on the 7th. I received a message saying I would be receiving paperwork to finalize the order & after I didnt receive it the next day, I emailed Brandon the internet sales manager on the 8th to let him know I never received it. He told me I could come in & sign & we set a date & time; I was never told the deal I thought I was coming in for had expired. I did not know that until they brought me my paperwork to sign with a different amount
I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and dreaded going to the dealership. With that said, I can’t express how relaxed I was while at Kings Honda. From start to finish the deal was easy and no pressure. Carly with internet sales replied within no time when I enquirer about a vehicle. George and Steve in finance were amazing and did a great job with my financing. My sales person was Angie and she took care of me. She went above and beyond to make me happy. Very recommended.

We worked with Graham to buy our son his first car, a Honda Civic sport, and it was absolutely the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Graham taught us about every feature on the car before we even test drove it. This was extremely helpful because it really made a difference understanding the safety features and how to use them. After we test drove it, we still were undecided about which car we were going to purchase, and he was very understanding, kind, and followed up with us to see how our car search was going and wanting to answer any questions we had. No car dealership was as attentive, kind, and helpful as Kings Honda (we visited several). We will never buy a car anywhere else but here in the future. Even a week later, he still calls us to see how things are going and offers to answer any questions we may have. So incredibly happy with the level of customer service!!!

We hate car shopping, but Angie made it a much more pleasant experience. Had cars pulled up, gassed up, and ready for test drive. Actually found a car she thought we would like and it ended up being the one we purchased! She then had it washed and the tank filled. She was super patient during negotiations and we NEVER felt pressure to make a decision with which we were not comfortable. Great experience. We found not so great reviews about Performance Kings Honda, but we are glad we met Angie and gave it a chance. Ask for her if you decide to car shop here.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership! I bought a used vehicle back in October 2020 and have already had many issues. First of all the vehicle had rust on the interior doors which they agreed to take care of. Then within a week I had to replace the battery after the salesman told me the battery was new.After my first oil change I noticed a knocking sound in the engine and the car jumped when in idle. I looked at the oil level and the dipstick was dry as a bone. After tire discounters ran their own diagnostics test they discovered the vehicle had an expired recall. I took it back to get worked on since I had purchased the costguard coverage they recommended and instead of fixing the issue they just continue to change the oil and tell me to drive 1000 miles on it over and over again. I’ve taken the vehicle back to them at least three times with this issue and they won’t fix the problem. If you are looking for a vehicle in that area do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, there’s plenty of other dealerships to choose from.
