After losing my regular dentist to retirement it took a while to find a replacement. In todays world of corporate dentistry with maximiziing profits as a business model, I endured many visits with procedures recommended that werent necessary and made to feel foolish for questioning them. Even after explaining my fixed income, no insurance financial situation they were unwilling to work with me on a solution. Then a friend recommended Charlotte Dental Pro!From day one I was made to feel like I was the most important patient they had! They offer a two part plan that covers x-rays, diagnostics, and cleanings.Of course you have to pay for the NECESSARY procedures, but they work with you on priority plan to fit your budget and cover your dental needs.The office is clean. The atmosphere friendly and professional with special attention to Co-vid protocol.I intend on being a patient hopefully for a long time.

They have only one dentist here and previous good dentists all left. They only care about your money. I dont recommend this place.

From my 3-D scan in other dentists, we can see they filled stuff across my teeth bone when they were doing root canal. My bone was breaking out and the bacteria is eating my bones and making black holes in the root canal part. How HORRIBLE ! More HORRIBLE thing is how they lie to you and making stores to kick you out.

I’m one of the weird ones that doesn’t mind going to the dentist, I find it relaxing. But if you are nervous, this is your place and Dr. Salinas is your guy. For my first visit, I had such a pleasant, pain-free experience. All the staff are so welcoming and kind. Dr. Salinas was gentle, attentive, skilled, with a great bedside manner (if you can call it that). They got me in same day for 3 fillings and I was done in 45 minutes. Very affordable too. Thanks Dr. Salinas and staff!

Very poor services they waited till the day of my appointment to tell me they will not see me till I pay them. Why when my appointment was made the person didn’t tell me I had an balance from two years ago and that needs to be paid before I can be seen I would of schedule when I got paid in stead, but they are not professional to communicate with there patients. There is a Pandemic going on and they didn’t even care I was in pain. I found a new dentist the same day who cared. Then they had the nerve to write me a letter stating they can no longer services me that’s funny I was never coming back, but for me not to even come out of Character and go off on them, they wanted to band me was funny. I didn’t know telling them to put the balance on my credit cause I ain’t coming back was so rude. I wish I did worse then that to really get dismissed 🤣🤣 but any ways you can’t dismiss someone who already left that’s like saying you fired someone when they already quit 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I been going here since I was 12 years old and when Dr. Webber left I should of left the service got worse when he left. My experience with this dental office was stellar. Each staff member was very professional and told you what they were going to do before they did each procedure. The staff was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. They were all phenomenal. I had xrays, cleaning and a tooth filled, with no pain at all. I have a cavity. So, I looked up dentist that takes Medicare. They popped up. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior. They called me 2 hours before appointment and said I have medical and doesnt cover dental. I need to come up with $250. I dont have it, I am a disabled and retired nurse. Thanks for nothing. Loveeeeeeee these people ❤️ I just want to say thank you! they provide exceptional care like literally everybody is beyond cool, Environment is laid back office is exceptionally clean! they really treat you like you matter coming from the office that treated people based on your insurance. I really appreciate that! they helped me with gain my confidence back through my smile which was lost for a while. I called one day (wasn’t a patient yet) literally crying telling them how I felt hopeless how I’m only in my 20s and all my dentist wanted to do was take my teeth out my mouth and said they couldn’t help me in any other way if I wasn’t paying out of pocket upfront (literally) not figuratively speaking! This office immediately assured Me everything would be OK! And they’d do any and everything at their discretion to assist me! there was more options out there for me now why my previous office thought differently is beyond me but these people really care and I mean that! I feel that! So thank you so much for everything I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I would give ten stars if they’d allow it ❤️

Ive been going to this place since I was a child and I’ve always seen Dr. Webber who was a awesome Dentist. Recently Uceda has now took over and the visits here hasn’t been all that great well specifically her front desk staff. Correct me if I’m wrong but the front desk staff can either make or break your continued visits at a place because of the fact that they are the first set of people that the patients see/encounter before being seen. 2 years ago I gave this place a beautiful 5 star review (even with the 2 filing that were recently placed in and then a week later fell out, I looked passed that (the guy was the one who placed them in))but since then it seems as if the service here is becoming more unprofessional or unorganized!! 3 weeks ago I spoke with the receptionist Leslie to schedule my yearly cleaning she informed me that if I had an balance or if I had to pay anything upfront that the office will give me a call before my appointment to inform me in advance. Weeks passes by no call from their end not even and email or text for an courtesy appointment reminder but Luckily I had it written down so when I got to the office the receptionist Leslie had no idea what I was talking about in fact there was not an appointment scheduled after we schedule one on the phone together 😐... She tells me that there is a past due balance that needs to be paid for before being seen WHICH I have no problem with paying I asked Leslie if she could show me a overview of the break down of the balance like the services she then gets Megan who was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL Megan shows me the breakdown and states there was a $25 cancellation fee (the thing is I NEVER booked an appointment last year because of my braces and the last time they did my cleaning with my braces in it wasn’t the best) they stated that they sent out a text reminder but when confirming my number IT WAS WRONG the last two digits were off (unorganized!!) it was never my number as I was trying to explain to Megan. So as I’m trying to explain that to her so that she can have a better understanding Megan turns her back walks away from me as I am still talking to her which was very disrespectful. I informed Leslie that I will pay the bill online and establish care elsewhere I no longer would like to proceed with the services here. I hate to leave because it wasn’t Dr Uceda who was the problem. It’s her staff that made me have to change elsewhere. I wish you the best on your future endeavors Uceda. If your reading this PLEASE don’t waste your time here where they state that your appointment is booked and when you get there, there’s no appointment save yourself the HEADACHE. There are other places out there who’s front desk staff aren’t as unorganized and unprofessional like this place !

Long overdue! I am so grateful I found Charlotte DentalPro. I loved my dentist in ATL (Modern Dental) and was nervous when I moved this summer but Dr. Uceda and her team made finding my new dental home easy! The level of customer service received start to finish has been wonderful - especially with me because I always have a million questions. I was nervous about a wisdom tooth extraction (after a horrible experience in high school) and Dr. Uceda and her staff made me feel safe, comfortable, and were sensitive to my nerves. It was as pain free an experience as a tooth extraction could be. I had minimal pain after and have healed nicely. Hellen (I think Im spelling that correctly) has been my dental hygienist and I look forward to my visits. Shes really sweet and I appreciate how she takes her time and always provides me with ways to continue my progress at home. Thank you to everyone that Ive interacted with (especially the women who take all my follow up calls lol) for your patience, timely follow up, and care. Ive never looked forward to the dentist but I genuinely do now (though Ill be better about my teeth maintenance so you dont have to see me too often) :)

I have been to Dr Uceda twice; once for a deep cleaning and crown and just this past week for a cavity fill-in. Dr Uceda is a beautiful woman inside and out. She is very professional and gentle. My crown is 2 years old. No issues, great placement and shape. Her staff are always happy to see you.

The Latino receptionist is rude and disrespectful. Has no prior dental or medical education but insists on giving patients poor unsolicited dental advice and refuses to deliver messages to doctor. Best Dentist EVER!!! Everyone is so kind and caring I had an extraction and root canal done and is very pleased with the work I had done the dentist and his assistant were both amazing even the ladies that did my X rays were great they made sure that I was comfortable the whole time on top of me being very nervous not because it was my first time at their office but because I have had horrible experiences at other places he made sure that I was numb and I didn’t feel a thing the whole time I would refer this dentist to anyone this was by far the BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had in my life!

Great service and made sure I was numb for my wisdom teeth pulled. Even stopped to add more pain meds when I started to feel pain.

As a child, I was always afraid of the dentist. As an adult, I like getting insight on what I can do or continue to do when it comes to oral hygiene. The dentists here ALL do an amazing job, and I wouldn’t recommend another place to get these services!

Everyone was great. Very friendly, explained each step and walked me through the process. Dentist made sure i understood what he was doing and what was next. Only downfall is that it took over 2 hours from start to finish because the dentist left often in the middle of my visit, which took a lot of time to wait on him to come back. But i will definitely go back!

Very friendly staff. I went on Halloween and they were giving out sugar free candy bags! The dentist I saw was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain things. I had to have a mold taken, and there was almost no wait. A lot of the staff were multilingual too!

Lucia is THE BEST dental hygienist ever! I have moved a lot and experienced many different dental offices. I’ve never had such a thorough and relaxing cleaning until Lucia. Yes, I said relaxing, which is not a word usually used when describing a dental cleaning. My husband feels the same way. She attends to every detail while cleaning, and she is always very concerned about making the experience as comfortable as possible for us. Lucia is also so friendly and efficient that it doesn’t feel like a chore to go for a cleaning!

This is the worst dental office I’ve experienced. Very unprofessional. They will over book patients and try to make you reschedule, and if you miss they will put you on “walk-ins only” list .They definitely treat you different if you’re using Medicaid! NEVER GO HERE !!!
