Love it. My brows are sparse from over plucking and growing in wild. I had them threaded. Suriya then explained what I needed to do to get them to grow and to get rid of the ingrown hair bumps. By my 2nd visit, 2 weeks later, the bumps were gone. I had my underarms waxed. No problem. Smooth.

I used to love coming here when they first opened for my brows. I have had 2 full body waxes and they were both horrible. I recently got one done in a pinch by Saleema and the process was rushed as more customers came in (20 minutes for a full body 🥴) and caused more pain than usual as she started to rush to complete me. I had so much hair left over and have started to painfully welt up where I now have to see my doctor. I also unfortunately also got my brows done which i just wanted a cleanup but instead got thin shaped eyebrows as she thought i was another customer after telling her 3 times that I hadnt been to her before. Now I have to walk around awkwardly as my brows grow back which is already a challenge. That will definitely be my last visit after being a patron for so many years

Similar to the others, I came to I-Too based on the good reviews. While I was generally pleased with how my brows turned out, I was very disappointed in the COVID-19 precautions (or the lack thereof). When I walked in all customers had on a mask and the two threaders did not. Please note this was before the new CDC guidance that says fully vaccinated people can go without a mask indoors. I asked Malika to put on a mask and she did so without hesitation. I appreciated that, but I was confused about why I had to ask in the first place. After all, she has to get very close to my face during the service. There was no sign on the door with their precautions, no hand sanitizer, and no masks. Also, I did not see them wiping down/sanitizing chairs or stations or using hand sanitizer between customers. I thought this was totally unacceptable! We are still in the middle of a pandemic. At the very least I expect hand sanitizer to be put on your hands before you touch my face from the last customer. Likely will not return. If you have a high standard for sanitization and basic precautions, this is not the place for you.

After reading the reviews, I decided to skip the Patel Plaza where I usually go for my bargain brows ($6) in an attempt to find a place with a little more TLC. I just happened to walk in right behind 3 people, and two more people were in the salon ahead of them, waiting to be seen. There was only one employee who had her hands full with thread, a phone and someones face. There is a sign up sheet to keep the order of customers who come in, and the services they want, so I was dismayed that the 3 people who got there ahead of me just shy of a minute were signed up for some heavy duty waxing services. I really wanted to get home, but I had a Zoom conference in the morning that I did not want my eyebrows to be the star of, due to their size and disheveled state, so I patiently on the outside but screaming at every passing minute on the inside decided to wait.It was worth it.Salima was so good at managing her time in between her customers, and treating every one of them with care and congeniality.When it was my turn to do my brows, even though there were a few more people waiting and it was getting close to closing time, she did not rush or cut corners (just my brows. hah!) and gave me her full, undivided attention.The thread that she uses is very thin, which makes for an easier threading experience and is more precise at getting those tougher to reach baby hairs. She made sure they were smooth and polished before I left, going over them a few times to catch anything she may have potentially missed.I loved my experience with Salima, and will definitely take the time to drive out a little further and pay a little more for this experience.Side note: If you are getting anything waxed that you dont want the rest of the salon to know about, I suggest you go when it is not busy. Us Indians arent exactly known for our subtlety, and the acoustics in the salon are so that I found out some very interesting details about someones Brazilian that I could have done without hearing.

I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for over 5 years. My most recent experience has been one of the best. Malika threaded my eyebrows and also did tinting to perfection. She was very kind and moved at a steady pace. She is experienced at her work and I look forward to going back to her for my henna tattoo in a few weeks.

Advice...check. Professional acumen during COVID times (failed). It is not acceptable to be holding a telephone conversation over a clients face in the height of a pandemic. Granted its already risky enough to have threading done where wearing a mask is almost impossible. But, to hold full-fledged conversations client after client during servicing where social/physical distancing is not possible AND youre literally up in someones face is a no go! After seeing that happen to a client before me and a new conversation start as I sat in the chair, I had to rethink my choice in the matter. I wont be back for service anytime soon.

I have been coming to this place for about 3 years now & I have never been disappointed in my eyebrow threading experience. It’s especially hard for me to find a good place because I have naturally thick eyebrows and sensitive skin. Other places I’ve tried leave my eyebrows very thin & are very harsh when threading. I have gotten them done by most of the ladies who work there & all of them have a soft touch & leave them perfectly thick but shaped. Great place, great people, and $12 for eyebrow threading?! In Atlanta?!?!

Naz did an amazing job I came in late and she was very patient. I came from out of town and she waited on me after talking to the owner. She took maybe 15 minutes to do the wax which is really good timing since a wax is painful. She told me all of the things they offer and was willing to do it although I came in late. She was so nice and has such great energy! Naz has done the best waxing, thread and facial that I’ve ever gotten! I’m so thankful I found this place and her I will never go to anyone else! I definitely recommend this place I’ve been all over Atlanta and she’s the best hands down!!!!!

I loved the full body wax. It was a lot less painless than I thought it would be. I wish I could remember her name, but she was gentle and THOROUGH. I didn’t have to make a formal appointment either. I just called and told her what time I’d be there and i was seen exactly at that time. The entire appointment took about 20-30 min. I will be coming back.

I have been going to I-Too for years and love it! Sabina took over ownership a while back and has made great changes! She and Naz are my favorite eyebrow artists but everyone there is great- friendly, offering good tips for eyebrow rehab, etc. I recently wasnt able to drive for a few months and was in need of some serious cleanup/shaping/overall help. Sabina worked miracles and I love my brows! They also do very thorough Brazilians and have a number of hair removal options- wax, sugar, chocolate wax, etc. finally they do facials which are lovely- extremely hydrating and makes your Akon glow!

Just moved back to Atlanta and needed my brows shaped up and a very light clean up I like to keep them thick. Malaika was so great, she did exactly what I wanted, didnt try and take off more than needed, or arch them...just exactly what I asked for - so many places try and add their own touch but this place was fantastic and the price is great for being in the city.
