A really awesome not-so-hidden gem in Lincoln Park. Zaya is incredible.

Not enough staff on hand, only one technician. Had just started a manicure for another customer when I arrived for my appointment. Asked for a simple french ombre with some glittery polish and she justsaid we dont do that here. For my second choice color they were out of it so I just left because she was still fussing with the other customer. Id rather do it at home by myself.

I have been going here for a long time circa 2009. I haven’t been in the last 3 years and wanted to revist. I am sad that I did. The place was not as clean as I remembered. I honestly did not see anyone sanitize anything. The techs were speaking in a language I did not understand (after speaking to me in clear English) and laughing between each other. The staff wasn’t even wearing masks (even though I was). It was not a relaxing experience.The best part was their large nail polish selection. I am sad that this location is no longer a favorite. I will not return.

Tools weren’t sanitized, asked for new tools... Tech was pretty aggressive in cuticle trimming and got an infection around a toe from the ‘digging?’ she did. Nice folks, but I would avoid for sanitation issues.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced. This was the only time I could box off a couple of hours in my schedule before my vacation. They never showed up.... very unprofessional. I even called and left a message and they never returned my call.

I do my own nails very well but when I dont feel like doing my own or need a quick polish change, this is my go to. They are always so friendly, and no matter who has done my nails, I have always been more than pleased. The attention to detail, the quality of service, and the experience you get for the price you pay is great. Their prices are also less than a handful of salons in the surrounding area. 5 stars!

Just moved to the LP area and love this place! The ladies are really nice and provide excellent service. Im very happy with my no chip. They carry this new product called BGEL that doesnt weaken my nails and appreciate that this salon cares about the health of my nails. They have wonderful colors! I cant wait for my next visit!

Always constantly great! Located close to my place of employment, I can run in and walk out with fantastic nails. So far all the manicurists have been fabulous!

I think Nail Salon is the best! First, the salon is very clean. They do a very good job and they are reasonably priced. Also, they dont charge to take off your no chip manicure (if you got it there) which is rare! Even if you are paying for a new one, a lot of places still charge you! I love that they have Sex & the City on 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment so you never have to wait! Best Salon in the area!

Very clean and very nice place. I would recommend it to anyone. It is hard to get an appointment during evening times but they usually have morning and day time. I loved the experience.

This is my new spot. Very relaxing place and everyone is so nice. I got a no chip manicure and its lasted me almost two weeks. The prices are great too!

The tools used were not cleaned in between uses. I didn’t think much of it at the time but I got an infection underneath my nail after visiting.

This place is NEVER open when they say they are. Three hours before their closing time and they have the doors locked and empty. They dont take walk ins and are very wishy washy.

Tried to get my nails done here and they turned me away saying they “don’t do fill ins”. What do you do when customers’ nails grow out then.....?& if you “don’t do fake nails” maybe don’t advertise yourselves on your website as the salon that “does it all”.

Gross. Nail tech REUSED tin foil & acetone soaked cotton from another client. Pulled it out of her drawer and used on me to remove gel polish.Look closely at the diluted barbicide cups they soak implements in. Lots of unknown particles and debris in cups. They do not wash implements before putting nippers and cuticle pushers in these cups. In order for barbicide to work properly, implements must be free of debris and cleaned under hot, soapy water.The cheap price to pay is not worth an infection. Skip this place.

GREAT SALON! I went in to get a no chip- mani and spa pedi using a Groupon. Every staff member is nice and well informed. I went in early on a week day, but they quickly started to fill up. I had one of the men technicians and he worked so diligently on my feet and nails. I LOVE the results and the whole experience there. And its so cute they have SATC playing; it totally adds to the chill, fun, relaxed atmosphere. I will go again and happily pay full price.
