New COVID protocols are great. They will provide hand sanitizer, take your temperature, and use face mask and shield at all times. Highly recommend visiting. Always do an excellent job.

I love this place! The women are so nice and accommodating. Originally I only went for eyebrow threading, but then switched to that and bikini waxes regularly. They have repeatedly stayed late to accommodate my busy schedule. Im not a person who usually has a regular salon for waxing, but I have been a loyal customer for over a year now.

I use to live across the street from Sanaya and have since moved by always come back to get my eyebrows threaded because they are that good. I tried another place closer to home once and after that I told myself I’d make the trip out of the way to Sanaya because they are the best.

Ive been coming here since I moved to Chicago 4 years ago. I do face threading. Absolutely love it and no matter who does yours, theyre fantastic! They also have waxing and some spa services but I havent tried that yet.

I absolutely love Sanaya! My sister and I have been coming here all year as our main salon. We get our eyebrows threaded and Brazilian waxes. Both are low pain with great results. Veena and Rani are super polite and friendly. They always do a good job. I recommend Sanaya to anyone.

I decided to try them last week and they were able to scheduled me same day. The lady that did my Brazilian wax was quick and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been going to Veena for over ten years at this location for eyebrow threading and waxing and she still continues to provide the best quality service. This place also offers amazing skin care treatments like facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasions that I’ve done as well and had excellent results. The staff here is welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Also Sanaya has much better rates than most other salons. I’ve received similar services at other salons and often the price is more, and the service falls shorts in comparison to Sanaya. All of the staff at Sanaya are experts in skincare and they provide quality service for their clients. I love this place and I highly recommend it!

I get my eyebrows threaded here and I love it! The pain is quick, it is cheap (and they give you every 9th one free), and I have always been satisfied with my results. You dont have to make an appointment and they do their best to get you in and out.

I have been coming to this place for the past 6 years. I always get my eyebrows, bottom lip, and facials here. VEENA and RANI are the best and they do an AMAZING JOB every time! Waxing service: room is not clean, no special light, the lady was leaving me alone for 10-15 min during the process cause her other teammate didn’t show up. Finally when I went outside half of my legs were the same....
