Somebody recommend me this place to get my eyebrows done.. I went and I usually don’t let anybody touch my eyebrows without telling them how to do it.. Parul (beautiful name) told me to sit down, I like her confidence and she did her thing!!! So fast and professional I love my eyebrows. Thanks I will come back to her magic hands!

If I could rate this place 0/5 stars I would. I walked in a couple months ago desperately needing my eyebrows done. The lady that took care of me kept insisting on threading but I’ve always preferred waxing. Anyways, I asked for Amy eyebrows to be cleaned only. Well at the end of that, my eyebrows looked HORRIBLE. One was thicker than the other one, the arch was higher on one of them, and the tails of my brow were messed up. I went in giving it a fair chance despite hearing great things about this place however, I will not be coming back. It’s been 6 months and my eyebrows are back to normal. Anyways 0/5 stars for me.

I received service for eyebrow threading w/tint as well as a Brazilian wax. The worker with the glasses did my services. She plucked a lot of my eyebrows off and they don’t look like each other at all. The tint looks fine except for some extra dye that was left over. My Brazilian was very painful and I told her to only use hard wax as strips were pretty painful for me. She proceeded to use strip wax anyway and tried to push me into doing it. I refused so she used hard wax. I also wanted a triangle and told her to follow the areas where the hair was thinner as I got a wax four weeks ago. She proceeded to give me a line even after I told her multiple times I wanted a triangle and pointed out which areas to wax. Her hand kept slipping when she was pulling off the wax and she wouldn’t press down after the wax. Overall zero out of four stars.

Y’all! Omg I’m not even going to lie I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something quick and efficient. I went over the weekend to get my eyebrows waxed as well as an upper lip and the service was amazing. All of them were polite and she left my face looking good 🥰

First time visit because it was convenient location in a crunch for time. I walked from my job but if driving, theres metered & permit parking around the salon.I got my eyebrows threaded. Ill give my observations: She explained that because of my thin eyebrows, they would look a certain way. The price is higher than Im used to paying so I expected a little more or extra (there wasnt anything extra that would make me want to return as a regular customer & pay a higher price); The salon is clean; the threading process took longer in comparison to the other salons; she stopped threading to answer the phone 3 times which was annoying; the thread broke several times during threading which Ive never experienced before. I paid with a credit card & she disappeared around the corner of the salon, without the option of getting a receipt. I got the attention of the other threader to ask her to return to the service desk. I would only return to the salon as a last option.

Soba knows what shes doing!! I had not gotten my eyebrows done since before the pandemic. She shaped them perfectly. Ill definitely be back.

I was there today the lady that took care of me was rude she fup my eyebrows. She made them thick af i had to go to another eyebrows place to get them fix ever the lady that fix them said that they did bogus job . i told her that i want them clean and thinner. But she just Clean them . she Left some part with hair still if you look the eyebrow uneven one side has more hair than the other and they had a weird shaping to them i would not recommend this place

Had appt for a henna, taken care of right away..note if youre not familiar with henna it has to sit for an hour so you can not put jacket on, pay bf she puts it on,, better to have some with to drive.Very clean and courteous

Nikki Salon is the best!!! I have been going to Nikki for brazilians for 7 years. She is a true professional and makes you feel comfortable and tries to wax with as little discomfort as possible, her friendly demeanor is a plus. I will never go anywhere else and 100 % recommend her.

Decided to try out this salon for eyebrow threading/tint and I loved the results! My eyebrows are shaped nicely and they maintained the natural thickness. The salon is also very clean and have implemented proper sanitary precautions.

I have been going here since 2017, and Nikki and the girls are great! The only salon I will let touch my eyebrows or do my Brazilian as they understand how to work with ethnic/curly hair (down there lol). Very satisfied with the service(s)!

Best waxing / threading in Chicago. I’ve been going for years. I love Meghavi. But they are all excellent. I get a wax and tint and it’s always fab and lasts at least 2 weeks. Hard to not come every 2 weeks. Love this place :) ❤️

The location is convenient to where I live and they are accommodating when I show up as a walk-in. I have a low pain tolerance when it comes to threading, the staff is very cautious and make me feel at ease. If you are looking for a place to get your threading done, Nikki’s is the place to go.

Nikki is the best! I have been going to her for a couple of years. She is amazing at full face threading and threading eye brows. Also, I have been to other people for Brazilian waxes, but Nikki does such a great job! It is not as painful as some other people to whom I went. I will never go anywhere else now! Nikki is excellent!Ive been getting threading and several waxing services from her for over 5 years. When she moved from her previous location, I literally followed her due to me being extremely pleased with her professionalism and quality of service. I LOVE Nikkis! I come here every 2 weeks for a brow & lip threading. No matter which Esthetician I get, Im always pleased with my result, they listen to my requests. Price is very reasonable for this area. Everyone who works here is so sweet. Sometimes there is a wait several people long if you go towards their closing time so make sure to plan for a bit of a wait if youre coming after work, but its never too long!

I am always hesitant to try new threading places but I moved to the area and Nikkis had such good reviews. I am happy I gave it a try, everyone here always does an excellent job. This is the least painful threading I have experienced. I absolutely recommend.

Really love this place! The women here are very nice and remember who you are. Ive visited for eyebrow threading and underarm waxing. Theyre good, which is subjective, but as someone with some blonde hair, they are able to see it and remove it (weird statement I know, but many places dont seem to be able to do this). Relative to similar places, theyre a little pricey but worth it for the service and convenient location.

Rashmi did a great job on my eyebrows. She really listened, provided options and her opinion and started small. Easy in and out and great prices!

I went to UIC for grad school and had seen Nikki just a couple times and always loved her work, then left the city for a couple years. When I moved back, I found she left her old salon and didnt find her until a couple months later! SO happy I did. She and her staff are so nice, welcoming, and efficient!! They are alright. I’ve been growing out my eyebrows for 2 months bc the salon before had messed them up. I grew them out and went here bc I heard such great reviews. I am very picky about who I go to and let’s just say my eyebrows look kind of raised. Not how I’d like them but I don’t mind it.The ladies were super nice and the place was very clean.

I had visited Nikkis salon several times, everyone had provided exceptional service I loved the way they threaded my eyebrows. I had not had the chance to personally meet Nikki until today. I felt I was on good hands. I was wrong I had thick beautiful eyebrows until Nikki over plugged on one eyebrow, one ....She pretended she didnt notice it. I then told her how I wasnt happy with the look, she insisted that my eyebrows where uneven as everyone elses. I was really upset at that point and I told her that before I came in I had thick even eyebrows. All she did was make my other eyebrow just as thin. I really wasnt upset at her mistake I understand it happens. What bothered me was she didnt admit her mistake and didnt offer me a solution to my unsatisfaction. Im really un happy with the way my eyebrows turned out and even after calmly explaining what happened without other customers noticing, she treated me very unfairly. I dont plan on going back again.
