I really like the wax they use, I never get any irritation. The last person I had was great and patient. I just think overall the place is loosing its touch. Not sure if it’s the frequent changes of staff or just the ambience.

THREAD Away, a salon I found three years ago,walking down Madison Street. Fahra is a wonderful Cosmetologist, she listens to how you want, whether its threading, tinting,.Very professional,friendly and classy. I am very satisfied how she does my eyebrows (thick or thin she works with your features!!

Shay did an AMAZING job on my microblading! She was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way. She also took time to follow up with me afterwards and to make any adjustments that I wanted after the first session. I have gotten SO many compliments on my eyebrows and could not be happier with my results! Thank you Shay!

Went for the first time today.. farha did my waxing n threadin. She is so nice and friendly and swift. Hardly took an hour to get it all.done.Clean place with soothing music.Defntly going here till am in chicago!

My first brow threading experience here was pleasant and a short walk from where I work. Deepa was very attentive and her brow massage service was great. Id definitely come back to Thread Away.

Farha was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was very sweet and attentive. I noticed a dramatic difference with my lashes (lash lift service) and my brows are incredible.

I cant say enough good things about Threadaway! One of the best threading salons in the city. The aloe massage they give afterwards is amazing and one of the best parts of getting my eyebrows threaded here

A little more pricey than similar nearby threading salons, but the great service makes it worthwhile!

The owner is friendly and she did very good job.

This place is the best! I only go here to get my eyebrows theaded. Grace is my favorite, but everyone is great!

The henna was extremely overpriced! There was no book available to view for options so I had to find one online. From there the nice lady attemped to copy it but it came out extremely sloppy and looked nothing like the photo. Ive had excellent henna done for $5 before but this was the worst for $30! I should have said something but I just took it as a learning lesson to not go to shops that have no photos of designs theyve done. Horrid horrid horrid.

I go every couple of weeks to get my eyebrows touch up from Stuti she is very professional and awesome at what she do 👍🏾

Love love love Mitali who does eyebrow threading. After she threads your brows, she gives the most amazing head massage, I think I go there for that more than the threading.

My operator was very nice and her customer service was excellent. She took the time to explain the threading process to me, and recommended a concealer for discoloration. I will be going back.

They are good, easy and quick eyebrow threading service.

Marlo did my mani & pedi today (RayBella Nails). Very professional & cozy space in Thread Away salon. She uses her own exfoliating scrub which works wonders! Definitely will be going back when Im in the area. (10 min walk from Morgan - Green Line Station)

Ive had the best brow experiences here.

The person didnt look for the direction of hair on arms while waxing and ripped in downward same direction as hair. I Never had such breakout,bumps and ingrown hair(never had before) after waxing the way I had the time I visited them. It could be the wax they use and the way waxing was done. Also, when pores are open after waxing baby oil should not be applied without cleaning or washing the skin as the oil seeps in and clogs the pores. I am still having bumps, worst itching and ingrown hair on arms.

Stay away! Im not kidding. I went in for an eyebrow clean-up because theyre close to my work, and they took the outer half of my eyebrow clean off! I will look like a freak for the next 6 weeks. This place needs to close down.
