I have gotten my lashes a handful of times around the city and I have to say I absolutely HATE my lashes that were done here.I asked for a natural looking set and my lashes are so long curled and clumpy it’s clearly lashes extensions!They are so long they reach my eyebrows!!!!!It has been only a few hours and they clump together exposing bald spots so I feel like I have to brush them. Who has the time and energy to be constantly brushing ones lashes?!?They were nice people and the price wasn’t too bad but the quality was terrible.

What an amazing experience! Fatima and the girls at Eyelashes R Us will make you feel comfortable while delivering 5 star service! Fatima threaded my eyebrows and gave me my first Brazilian wax! She was so gentle and reassuring. Bambi did my lash extensions and was wonderful. I brought my Aunt with me and she got her brows tinted, lash extensions and a Brazilian wax as well. Fatima was amazing! Great service! I’ll definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying that is the best beauty salon in all of west loop hands down! They pretty much do every service imaginable, except for hair and nails though. Their prices was extremely cheap compared to other salons around the area! Yet their service is always top notch! They are a family run business I believe. Fatima, who is amazing! Is the owner of the salon, and Ali, who is the manager, is also incredible! Im definitely recommending that all of my friends go here! Ill be back for more!

West Loop Eye Threading and Eyelash Gem! Ive been going here when they open and the owners make you feel so welcome, part of the family.The place is very clean and safe. I went to Fatima for my first time getting a lash lift/perm. From the beginning she was very transparent and honest that for a first timer, the results may not be what you want, but if that is the case, just wait 3 days and come back and she will fix it free of charge. Honestly, my initial results were not as dramatic as I wanted, but I went back after the 3 days, we changed and adjusted a few things and WOW, I’m so happy with my results. Fatima is so friendly and nice and honest, and my lashes looks amazing!

Fatima did my lash perm and I have already set my appointment 2 weeks from now. She provided friendly service and I loved her work. The app is also very helpful in setting up appointments and for reminders.

Just starting going to Rhyan, but already in love with the cleanliness, responsiveness, and quality of what you get here. Rhyan did an amazing job of making me feel comfy and relaxed, and the whole process is pretty relaxing. The lashes look so good and natural, I wasnt even sure what to ask for but she made sure it looked bomb! Thankful I live close so I can come in for my lash fills.

Fatima was so funny and sweet, we got so many services including eye lash perm/lift/curl plus tinting, threading, waxing, and hennas. We showed up as a family and she took care of all of us and made us feel comfortable. She was so professional and we are all happy with our results. Would definitely go back!

I am extremely disappointed by the quality of my eyelash lift & tint. Not only was the solution used to lift the lashes left on for far too long, but it caused my eyelashes to become frizzy & poorly curled. There has been no added length to my lashes, nor did the tint work. This service cost approximately $100 — I would never pay this much for such poor quality lashes. I would not suggest coming to this location for a lash lift or tint. The service was also subpar; I felt that the individual that did my lashes was somewhat rude.

I really love this place 🤩 I’ve been there a few times and I’m so glad they are open again after quarantine :) My lashes are pretty stubborn, so I have to be careful where I go to get them done. I like the subtle look so I usually go with lash perm, no tint. The lady there is so patient and doesn’t rush through the process or abandons you for 1/2hr like other places do. She is kind and careful, and checks on you often to make sure every lash is accounted for 😁🙌 Thank u for such a great service!!

I had lash extensions done on 7/27 and today on 7/28 I woke to large clump having already fallen out. I wasnt given much instruction on after care aside from not to wash or touch. While I followed those instructions completely I even did my own research to ensure I properly cared for my new investment. Ensuring no water or oil or anything came in contact with my eye and lash area.. throughout today I have continued to shed a lash here and there. This is extremely disappointing. While the staff at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and my tech was kind as well I do not feel as though she properly consulted with me on the shape and style. Rather she only pointed to a picture and price after I mentioned a type I liked and got to work. While the lashes were pretty it really wasnt the look I was going for. Overall, the customer service was nice and my tech was nice but paying $140 for lash extensions is unreasonable if they will not last. Ive had strip lashes last longer than this and now I have to spend even more money to have these removed and pay for a new set at a salon who can properly adhere the lashes.Update: its Aug 1st and 75% of these lashes have fallen out. Dont waste your money.

I usually do not rate businesses. This business, however deserves to be rated. I give them 5 stars!! I have been EVERYWHERE... and by everywhere, I literally mean everywhere in the state of Illinois out of state and even outside the country. No one! And I mean no one has done such a wonderful and quick job with my eyelash extensions like Sarah did in this place. I have been having to go in for a refill every week at other places because the extensions fall off by day three, but with Sarah’s work, I’ve had the extensions now for a week and the eyelash extensions look as they were just done. Fatima did an excellent job on my first lash lift and tint, but she warned me that my eyelashes were being very stubborn. (they are VERY straight) At the end of my appointment she told me to please come back within 3 days if the lift fell. She was right, my right eye lashes didnt take the lift well, but I came back two days later and Fatima hooked me up with another lift for free and now my eyelashes are everything I had hoped for! Im so glad she warned me how stubborn my lashes were and offered for me to come back before I even left the salon. Thanks Fatima!

Let me start of by saying that 5 stars for Sarah that works there as a lash technician. I think she does an amazing job. That being said, second time there with her, I’ve shown pictures of what I got at a different place (out of state) and what I wanted done. Both times I didn’t get the results I wanted but I’d go back to her because she really does a good job. My second time there, I was paying and the young boy just charged me 3 week silk fill. And I know for a fact I didn’t book that because I never ever got silk lashes anywhere before, but he insisted that’s what it was for. Ok whatever. So anyways, I call my other place to see what they used to do, then call back to Eyelashes R Us to see what exactly Sarah did and he couldn’t find it without talking to her? But he knew what to charge me for? I find that odd and a bit sketchy. Anyways he said he’d call/text me back to tell me what I got and he hasn’t. Find the place unprofessional but sarah = 5 stars

Highly recommend this place for lashes and eyebrow shaping! Bambi did my lashes and I love the results- they still look soft and natural while adding the volume I was looking for (she has a larger variety of styles to choose from vs other lash salons). This place is super clean and all so kind as soon as you walk in the door. I arrived a bit early and they still got me in right away. I got eyelash extensions and wow! My friend referred me here for waxing because it was near my office. Fatima did my bikini wax and it was fantastic! She was quick & professional & explained everything she was doing. I love this place! Discovered it almost a year ago because I was interested in getting a lash lift, I had read about this place on google and decided to try it out and wow! My lashes are stick straight and Fatima was able to make them curly! I almost cried! I go there every six months for my eyebrows. I went yesterday for an eyebrow threading and a lash lift and Fatima does not disappoint! Everything was clean and sanitized and they have a divider up for the chairs. The chairs are wrapped in plastic and sanitized! She is such a sweet lady as well and I enjoy talking with her! Only person I trust with my eyebrows! Highly recommend!

You truly can’t go wrong with either of them.Cherry was able to save my lashes after a salon in Little Italy put clusters (instead of individuals) on me without telling me. The entire staff of Eyelashes R Us sprung into action to immediately make me an appointment, remove the bad set, and put on a full set of individuals. Cherry even stayed late to finish my emergency removal and reapplication. She’s so sweet.Anel is extremely thorough during fill-ins, my lashes come out each time looking like a brand new full set. She can do any style that you ask of her. While I prefer a more natural look, she could easily customize my lashes to be more dramatic based on my social calendar. My natural lashes are sparse and uneven, with one eye being fuller than the other, and Anel does a great job of creating balance for me.The owners Ali and Fatima are always so welcoming and go above and beyond each time I see them. They’re happy to share loyalty discount opportunities and usually a piece of chocolate on the way out.Get your lashes done here! They do great work and though I go for touch ups roughly every 2 weeks, I could easily stretch my wear (and have) to 3 weeks. If you follow care instructions, you’ll have no problem keeping your lashes fresh and full.

Great place for waxing, brow threading, brow and lash tinting. The price is very affordable and the quality of service is excellent! Reservations not required but I’d recommend calling ahead in the evening because they are understandably popular.

I came here to get a lash lift and I was not disappointed. I have very long and thick eyelashes but they’re very straight. No matter what eyelash curler and mascara I would use together, my lashes would never stay curled for long. This explains why I became interested in a lash lift. After the process, I fell in love with the results and now I can’t walk past a mirror without looking at them. P.s. When you first walk in, there are face masks, hair nets, and hand sanitizer. The salon chairs are also wrapped in plastic and they make sure to have on masks and hair nets as well.

My eyebrows are hard to shape and look nice but the person who did my eyebrows did a really good job.

I went in for a lash lift (my first ever). The owner was very kind, however she had to leave and had one of her stylists finish the process for me. The owner was in a rush and never asked me if I wanted a small or medium, which I would have never even knew there were options if she hadnt been talking to a customer about it next to me. Before she left I asked what she had done on me and she said medium which I would have never picked for myself. No one explained to me what I should do after the lift or how to take care. When the lift was complete, nothing had happened to my lashes and I wasted an hour an a half of my Sunday morning. I had ask the stylist if she could remove four of my old lash extensions that the owner said would fall off after the lift but did not. The stylist said she needed to ask another stylists to do so and called someone. I said no worries, Ill just go. Overall, my experience was pointless but at the end they waved my appointment fee since nothing had been done to my lashes but putting chemicals one them. They asked if I wanted to do it again and I said no. The customer service was decent considering what had happened.

Wow! BLOWN AWAY by the absolutely stellar customer service and general services provided. I have gotten lash extensions a few times at different locations and they were both incredibly pricey and very uncomfortable. That has not been my experience here AT ALL. The women that work here are pros (which you can tell because they make it a point to discuss different products with you and determine what exactly it is that you are looking for). The lashes that I have gotten here never feel heavy or scratchy. Whats more, even though I definitely ask for them to be a bit over the top, they always still end up looking natural. Even better? The prices are much more affordable then what you would generally find at other locations and the variety of lashes available are also quite broad. Since my first visit, I have returned multiple times. Ali is incredibly kind and very willing to work with your busy and hectic schedule. I definitely have recommended this place to all of my closest friends and now Im recommending it to you!

I wanted to try getting my lashes at this place. I scheduled my appointment and got the service on the scheduled time.. the place was a very neat and clear, stylist who did my lashes did a great job. Also, Shannen did my first ever lash extensions for family photos, and I felt and looked amazing! Shannen was friendly and took her time to make sure every lash was perfect. Thanks so much Shannen. 10/10 recommend for brows and extensions!Ive been in Chicago for 2 years, and still havent found a brow lady that delivers results like my brow lady back at home. Until now. Unfortunately I didnt catch her name, but I believe she is the owner... anyway she did an incredible job on my brows. She took her time and delivered amazing results! I was so happy, I came back the same evening for a lash lift, and was again blown away by the results. The esthetician even kept my daughter entertained with henna while my lashes were setting. I had an incredible experience and will be back!

I have been going to eyelashes r us for 8 months now and it was the best decision to go to Rhyan! She takes the time to make sure your eyelashes look amazing, full, and last a long time. During this quarantine, I have had to stop going, but she did such a great job 9 weeks ago because I still have some lashes left on! Went in for eyebrow threading. The lady listened well to my requests. Sometimes, when I thread my eyebrows, other places have left them a little too straight. I was happy here that she managed to define my eyebrow arch very well.

I just moved in this neighborhood and I came across this salon. They have the threading sign with the price tag of $8. I stepped in to get threaded and I got very much satisfied with her work. She was very nice and polite and also very knowledgeable and did a great job on my brows. Cant wait to try other services.

Cherry was the name of the stylist, she comforted me and explained everything about lash extensions by showing me short videos and pictures of her previous work ... Ive gone to Fatima twice for a lash lift prior to getting volume lashes. For my lash lift, my lashes stayed perfectly curled for 8 weeks! I finally decided to get volume lashes for my wedding shower after taking a year break. Anel did my first full set of semi-dramatic volume lashes, and I absolutely love them! I plan on getting fills for my bachelorette weekend and for my wedding! I highly recommend this place for the quality of work and prices!

First time getting my eyelashes tinted and the owner, Imrana handled things so well and they turned out beautiful! She also threaded my eyebrows and gave me some beautiful henna. Shes super talented, nice, and I will definitely be back! Go support this local salon!

I never experienced anything more affordable than this in the West loop neighborhood. This salon is surely giving tough competition to all the old players in the area. This salon is newly opened and is trying hard to make their clients happy with their exceptional services and low prices. Their eyelash extensions starts from $99 and their threading is just $8. I always go to this place for threading services not because they have reasonable prices but also their service is super amazing. Last week I booked my appointment for eyelash extensions and am very excited about it. Will surely post my new review again and will share experience with you all after getting my lash extensions on.

I just walked in to try this salon for threading. The lady greeted me very nicely and was very gentle with the thread too. She shaped my brows like never before. I got very happy and excited seeing my brows.they looked so good. I asked her about her other services and got out of the salon with their flyer. Sure, I will going back for threading and aslo will be trying different other services what they have to offer.

Once I found this place it’s the only place I go. Friendly staff and great service. I have sensitive skin and can’t wax I also wasn’t able to thread... but I decided to give it a try and I haven’t had any issues here!
