My experience for two years with SkinQ has been 5 stars every time! The quality of the service is awesome and both Emily and Jessica have given me great advice about my skin and how I can do my part at home with PCA products in between monthly facials. IS Clinical also has awesome choices and most recently I purchased a tinted sunscreen that is SPF 50.The boutique feel of the space helps me feel safe and relaxed knowing Im not walking into a huge waiting room with multiple people. I definitely recommend you try this fabulous place for facials or waxing!

I moved in the area and was looking to start facials regularly. I love SkinQ! I’ve been working with Felicia and she’s so great! I’ve been seeing her for about four months. I had my first peel with her and she explained each step. I always leave feeling amazing and my skin has been feeling and looking great. Emily is a miracle worker! Ive been seeing her for 5 months now and my skin is looking great! She takes the time to listen and designs a treatment based around your unique needs. I’ve been going to SkinQ since I moved to Andersonville almost 2 years ago. It’s a cozy spot- I love it! I’ve done lash tint, brow tint, brow wax/shaping, and a few facials all with Emily. She’s professional and goes out of her way to answer any questions you have along with deciding the right treatment or products for you. Last time she spent SO much extra time helping me pick out a new facial regimen as I felt my old products were no longer working. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my facial needs again!!

SkinQ is the absolute best, and I had an estheticians license for a while, so I know the ins of the business. Ive had facials with Emily and Jessica. I have very red and sensitive skin, and so many facialists have been scared to touch my face. Not either of these ladies. They are consummate professionals, incredibly knowledgeable, and have greatly improved my skin. Emily even helped me even out some of the redness, which was incredible. Dont forget to get lash lifts and tints while youre there. They are a bit pricy, but considering that Im irritated by most products, having to cut out mascara getting into and irritating my eyes is well worth it.

Tiara is AMAZING. In a quick consultation she addressed every skin concern I have and was able to come up with a plan for me. I’ve had one facial in the past and found it super uncomfortable and ticklish, she made me feel SO relaxed and at ease. She is a PROFESSIONAL. She was easy to talk to and the time flew by. She is kind, funny, easy-going, and a true true pro. My skin looks like a baby’s butt right now. Ive had nothing but fantastic experiences at SkinQ! Since SkinQ opened several months ago, Ive gone five or six times for facials and brow wax. First, facials: Ive had a variety of treatments, including the Dermaplaning Facial and the Fire & Ice Resurfacing Facial. Each time, the results have been even better than I expected. They always go above and beyond, giving me tips for keeping my skin healthy between treatments, and they never do the hard sell on products.As for brow waxing -- it takes a *lot* for me to trust anyone with my brows! But after great experiences with facials, I started having my brows done there as well, and Ive been very happy. The first time, when I asked for them to be cleaned up, they showed me exactly what they were going to do just to ensure we were on the same page with what cleaned up meant (we were). In dozens if not hundreds of brow waxes over the years, no ones done that before. I really appreciated it.Finally, the team. Ive seen both Emily, the business owner, and Tiara. Both were absolutely fantastic. As the business has grown, its really great to know that I can feel comfortable seeing any member of the team, not just the owner. It was easy to make an appointment, easy to find, fairly priced, and overall a very nice experience. Emily was very welcoming, and offered tips on preventing ingrowns (which I havent experienced this time!). I will likely be back for a facial that everyone else raves about!
