Ordered the tow, was told driver would be here within an hour. It’s going on 3 hours I’ve been waiting. The last time I called I was told driver will be here in 30-35 minutes. Now 2 hours later and the driver is still 30 miles away in Hoffman Estates? It’s now past 11pm and I have to be to work at 5am but still stranded. What kind of service is this? Zero communication! I could have got an Uber to Auto Zone and fixed it myself it by now! Just called again going into the 4th hour, the guy said “he didn’t get there?” Unreal...

Getting stuck on the first day of a new job, not where anyone would want to be. Try to start the car over and over to no success would the vehicle start. Then your stuck with the option of getting a lovely tow service at 3 in the am. What are the chances of finding any open location that has an available towing that will not take over an hour or two. You are placed on hold by these other towers and hope to find something that can save you in your EMERGENCY. You keep scrolling and notice a tower called Johns Towing. Your waiting to hear please hold your call is very important to us. But are greater with a Johns towing how can we help you. So you tell the receptionist about your situation and ask a few questions. All of your answers are answered with swiftness and professionalism. Tow truck driver arrives sooner than expected and has the car hooked before you know it. And then your off to what ever location you need to go! Truly amazing and friendly service.Arrived faster than expected and at a great price!

I had a great experience with this service. I was met right on time by a very helpful and friendly driver. I was pleasently surprised considering it was a last minute arrangement and very early on a Sunday morning. I would certainly recommend this service to my friends and use them again in the future! This lady answered and asked me for all the info needed to tow - then without saying anything else said, “we can’t help you” and hung up! No explanation. I called her back and demanded customer service until she said, “what time do you need the tow” and I asked her if we could do an hour or hour and a half. She said no. I told her she need customer service because currently this business has a bad rating. She said thanks and hung up.

Great service when I called tonight for a jump start. Operator was friendly, driver came within stated wait time, and was friendly and efficient.

TERRIBLE Tow truck company! TERRIBLE customer service! Bad Tempered Manager! My insurance covers my tows but I need a receipt from Johns towing to get refunded. Six weeks now I have been calling for this receipt and they keep putting me off. I even had my insurance agent call and they still have NOT sent a receipt. They were paid. They get to keep their money. All I want is a copy of the receipt for a payment I made to them for my tow. Unbelievable. I will never use this service again and I will never recommend to any of my friends or family. TERRIBLE!
