They broke my bumper and left my car in a tow zone. Refused to move it to legal parking, so I got towed again 2 hours later by the city.I gave very clear instructions to the operator and the driver about where to leave it, And they just didnt care.I got it all on video and sent it to the owner who also didnt care.One star is one too many for these crooks.

Took forever to pick me up, but my driver was nice and great manners though the whole ride...I didnt want to pay the suggested price, but it was late and I wasnt arguing

They arrived promptly and were able to tow my car out from the alley after it got stuck in the snow. They were the only tow company in the area that agreed to tow my vehicle from the alley. The other tow companies, including my roadside assistance, refused to tow my vehicle from an alley due to snow. Great service and quick response!

Excellent Tire Service. Open Sunday through Thursday until 2 a.m., Friday and Saturday until 4 AM. This is the only place in town open that late.

This towing company is the best in the Chicagoland. I have literally been in two separate situations in the westsuburbs and in the near Downtown Chicago area and they were able to come and help me out both times and at a very reasonable cost.

Highly recommend. Was traveling through Chicago and blew a tire on the Interstate. One of their employees was on their way to work, pulled over and helped us get a spare on. We drove to the shop and got our tire replaced. Super fast, efficient, kind, and good value. Thank you Dark Angel for being there for us.

Cost me $420 (10 credit card fee ) to be removed from the alley as I was stuck on ice . Supper expensive, driver was great though! This is the first and last time I use this company . Look somewhere else!

He was so kind and potentially saved my life from all of the crazy drivers who dont move over. Hello, I needed to have my car towed today and I am so glad I contacted Dark Angel. Your guy, Francisco, couldnt fit the tow truck up the ramp of my parking garage and was willing to help us push my SUV out of the parking spot and down the ramp so he could get it to the tow truck. That is amazing service! I am so thankful for the help he provided, top notch service!

I needed my car towed. I called Dark Angel and they were timely and professional. The tow driver called when he was on the way. Nestor(sp) was very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and cheaper than other companies. I will definitely call them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

Had such a great experience with these guys. Ended up in a situation where a tire blew out and every place I tried to go was closed and awful. They took me in right away, were very friendly, did a great and quick job, and were very reasonably priced. I felt they were very trust-worthy and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

These people are very short and rude during the initial phone call, not to mention their pricing is far above the fair market value for a service call. Hard pass for sure!

Just the fact that they were open at 3 am having a flat 1 hour away from home and hardly had any idea what to do thank God they were open and that my tire was fixable. They are helping a lot of people just by being available at odd hours when nothing else is open in unfortunate situations.

I have to agree with most of the reviews here that speak about this place and it’s lack luster customer service. I have visited them thrice, and three strikes they’re OUT! I drive for a living, so needless to say, I frequently have to repair and replace my tires. That being said, the first time that I visited them was one evening at around 9 pm, at that time I had a tire repaired. The second time that I did business with them, it was approximately 2 am and again I needed my tire repaired. I was told that a patch would be $15 while a plug would be $25 🤔🤔🤔. I opted for the patch work. Of course I understand that they have after hours prices but $25???? I naturally gave off a response of disappointment but had little time to sulk as I was advised that the man who does the work was about to go home so if I wanted it I had to make a choice right then and there (which is odd because if he leaves, then technically you wouldn’t have ANYONE there to provide this “24 hour service “ right? Moving along). I then asked, well how much to put on my donut....I was advised $15. WOW!!!LAST VISIT was this morning at 4 am. I have a slow leak and wanted to hurry up and get my tire fixed so that I could continue working...THIS TIME (before even diagnosing the tires damage) I was automatically told that it would be $25. I didn’t say anything. I politely started my engine and pulled smooth out!The BIG moral of the story is; I PEEP YOUR GAME, 😘 nice try. WRONG PLAYER THOUGH

Adrian did an amazing job patching my tire for 25 bucks at midnight. Open 24hours need to honk at the White door for service. Also only takes cash but has an ATM. Thanks again.

Caught a flat in the middle of the night on I290, had car towed to my house but i needed a tire mounted and balanced asap.Looked up on the net for 24 hr service and found this place. The guy that installed the tire was very nice, very well spoken and took care of my son and I. Price was reasonable for a tire which was for a BMW.Would definitely use their services and recommend to anyone. Located on Pulaski right off of Augusta.

Blew a tire at 11pm and put the donut on and drove to Dark Angel as it was the only place open. The guys did what they could for me and fixed my tired pretty quick which was awesome! I am not from Chicago and was very scared driving to Dark Angel. The neighborhood was very run down so be very careful of that when going to this place at night! Do not go alone.

Customer service was terrible. Gentleman on the phone was rude not helpful and in addition gave me an attitude. Simply because i asked for rates. Would not help me with rates because I was helping a friend and not the individual in need of the service. 🤦‍♀️ Etiquette goes a long way. Theres a way to say things. The name of the place is very proper for the service.

Good towing service, needs more wooden planks otherwise be prepared to paint ur bumpers. Horrible customer service. Called them secerel times to obrain a copy of my receipt never received it. Had to drive to their office and have them write it.

I went here a few months ago. It was Saturday/Sunday like 3am and they were like come on in and get these tires. I got two big tires for only $160 total! And these tires are still holding up strong. Despite the neighborhood, this place is a diamond! ((I cant talk about their towing services but there were two towdrivers on duty waiting so yea. Seems good.))

This place is top notch for after hours or regular hours service, great people and solid service for your needs. 10/10 will return when needed.

If you are stranded on the side of the road, you dont have your spare, your flat tire is beyond repair and are in a time crunch...Have NO FEAR, Dark Angel Towing will save your behind, they saved mine!! I called, told them my situation, they said they would be there in 15-30 minutes and they were. When the repair technician Francisco arrived, he was extremely professional and efficient. This company knows what they are doing and how to do it! I would use them again without thinking twice, if found in the same situation, but hopefully not.

These guys were ready to help me. It was 2 a.m. and they change two flat tires with no problem no hesitation and a great attitude even though it was really really cold they took their time to make sure I wasnt satisfied customer. I got a flat tire at 2 am the other night and called every 24 hour tire shop around me. They were all asking outrageous prices for a used tire. But dark angel towing was the most reasonal priced. Jose and his coworker were very helpful friendly and welcoming. I gave them a five out of five.

Do not go to this place. I was charged $85 for a USED tire that was wobbling. Since it was during the holidays, I waited (10 days) until January 2nd to call and report the damaged tire and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude asking why I didnt go to the shop the next day to get it looked at. They did not offer to have me come into the shop so they could take a look at the tire they had given me, when they are the ones that sold to me a faulty tire. Bad service in general, and even worse customer service.

If only zero stars were an option.... This was the worst tire service my naive sister could have called. Her spare was flat. Obviously, it should not have been. However, the driver did not even check the condition of the spare before applying it to her car. He came with no tire gauge. He put the tire on her car absolutely empty and advised her to get a can of fix a flat. When I inquired about the horrible service and insisted they come out and correct this they sent the same rude horrible driver. The second time he came out, he said we could have paid $50 more dollars and he wouldve gladly took the spare and filled it with air. We wanted to know why this option was not initially offered. We then had to drive in front of the rude driver who was driving down Cicero doing about 50 mph in a rain storm in a tow truck! We then came home where he left the car in a precarious situation on my drive way. I wish I could upload the pics. Absolutely, the worst tire service ever. I would never recommend them. They acted very rude and very unprofessional. To the operator who kept telling me to be specific, I hope this covers it. I also took lots of pictures to!

Wonderful service!! My car was smashed up into a bush and retaining wall after being stolen in a bad neighborhood. Gary from Dark Angel Towing came and got my car out with no damage and drove me to a gas station. Fair price for a great job! Really appreciate it!

Supposed to be 24 hours I cane at 1am gate was closed I beeped no one answered .. I drove away and called the number someone answered they said someone would open the garage door.. Came back they opened .. Didnt have my tire used had to pay 160 for 2 tires,that were one number higher than my regular tires .. 🙄

Great fast and friendly service! Would recommend!I called last minute to book a flatbed tow truck for my husband for the same day 430pm. Sure enough they had one (other companies i tried did not). The tow truck driver came early :) He helped push the vehicle out of the garage as the battery had died and was not boosting. He was super friendly. The vehicle was on the flatbed within minutes. We drove from chicago to mortan grove and the tow truck came shortly after, delivered the vehicle and had the paperwork ready to go within minutes. Exceptional service! I would definetly use them again. The cost was fair. 125 plus and additional 3 dollars per mile.

Awesome service. They arrived quicky, and even understood that I had to wait for a vehicle to move out of the space in front of me before I called them to get me. Only had to get my car .2 miles, but the driver was really nice and kept conversation with me. Charges were as expected, no surpises.

On Dec 31st we called due to our battery dying. The man that answered was very polite and called us several times to assure us that someone was coming. The driver alfonso got there and not only did he charge our battery but installed our new battery which is located under front fender. In these freezing conditions he went above and beyond his job. Im a business owner with 4 restaurants and two other businesses and i was so impressed with the customer service he gave. I just want to thank the business for having such reliable people. I will use u guys from now on and refer anyone and everyone to u guys thanks so much!!!!

Is ok, for an emergency issue.tire are exxpensive. I paid $1, 200 for 2 front tires of a commercial truck and $250 for towing.

These folks are legit. I went in with a flat (I drive Uber and Lyft). They had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They even installed a new mirror on my car at a price my mechanic could not beat.The pricing was fair and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional above all else. The front can be kind of easy to miss if you arent looking for it, especially since Pulaski is so busy.

I dont understand how it costs $335.00 to send their mobile repair unit to drive one mile and put a new tire on my Ford ranger and drive one mile back to their shop. 30 min labor tops! Installer was a nice guy and guy on phone was nice but they screwed us on price. Thats ridiculous!

This place is seriously terrible only went here bc it was the only place that was open I was stranded and was in need of my tire getting fixed they said supposedly my tire had a nail I asked to show me the nail they were acting like I didn’t ask to see it then they give me a very bad tire that was letting air out!!!!charging $65.00 and said they charged more because it’s after hours! No they saw they can rip a woman off and took their chance I do not recommend this place they are CROOKED PEOPLE such a shame they have such a big area with lots of tow trucks but can’t even fix a tire right UPSETTING DO NOT COME HERE. thy will rip you off trust me

Mu husband and I hired this company because we needed a mechanic to jump start a truck that we recently purchased. The company informed us that we were going to be charged to jump start the truck; put air in the tries; and to put a battery in the truck. A mechanic arrived to the location on time. Great right? No.The mechanic looks at the truck for less than 15-muinutes and says the connector cables are fried and the truck is inoperable. I ask him to try again because the previous owner said the truck works, just has been sitting for one-year. He refused and recommended I have a mechanic look at the truck. I reminded the man that he was a mechanic and that we were paying $275 for him to use his expertise in performing a job. He stated that the spark plugs are bad and the truck needs to be seen by a mechanic to undo extensive repairs. Ok.The previous owner (woman we purchased the truck from) has her mechanic come to the site where the truck is the very next day. This mechanic starts the truck in less than 10-minutes. Seriously. He then explains to us that he needs to purchase a battery because the one that is installed is bad and incapable of charging the truck. We explained that we paid Dark Angel $200 for a new battery & $274 for the jumpstart that never occurred. This mechanic apologies and explains that the battery is bad, but the truck is good and if we will pay for a new battery, he will provide us a discount on the jumpstart and labor to install the battery. This mechanic got the truck running and we drove it no problems all the way home. We paid Dark Angel almost $500.00 and they did not start the truck, adamantly stating that the truck was inoperable. They sold and installed a weak battery in the truck (we paid $200 for the battery & we paid $275 for a jump start that did not happen). we essentially paid almost $500 for them to put air in the trucks tires.This is the problem. The truck could start, which is evidenced by a mechanic starting it the very next morning. Also, they charged us $200 for a battery I am certain they knew was old, used, and no good.This kind of unethical conduct is why that industry is viewed as in such a negative light. These men are con men that preyed and schemed. I humbly ask that every person considering this company be cautious and see if you can find a business that someone you know and trust has dealt with so you are not ripped off. Please beware.We will be seeking a small claims action to recover our money.God bless.

I work for a plumbing company that the techs locked themselves out of the car - - I called Dark Angel, the guy on the phone gave me the cost and had someone there within 15 minutes, the service was completed and I was called for the payment as I requested. The service operator was friendly on the phone and very polite, definitely would use again if needed.
