Great location for where I was going...but...$48 for 6:20 p.m.to 8:30 p.m. way out of line?
Helpful at the one desk that I saw; and helped me find my way in a building that I have never seen or been in before. Luckily the suite I was headed to was just across the enter/exit.
Everyone I have spoken with have been so awesome with me, when I got behind and I got behind a couple of times, they didn’t say well your case is going to be closed, They motion it in court and did their business and I was happy they are here for me and I would recommend them to any everyone. For Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13
This is a really good place to work. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed compared to other downtown locations Ive been to. Its not very quiet because the space is smaller and the kitchen is near the workspace, but I dont mind if I dont have to concentrate on something intense. Good view as well.
Building is not well insulated and the heat is not turned up, so its very cold inside
Great view. Friendly staff. And easy to get up from downstairs to use the lounge.
After reading the online reviews, this would not have been my first choice, but my 96-year-old dad insisted on it due to its close proximity to the Adams Street entrance to Symphony Center. He had issues himself with the pre-paid parking pass not scanning last year, so I didnt have high hopes. I purchased parking directly from their website because it was actually less expensive than SpotHero.I wasnt a fan of the twists and turns going into the garage - my tires were squealing even though I was driving very slowly. When we left, my dad suggested I go into the office to ask them how to exit since the scanner didnt seem to work properly when I entered. It did spit out a ticket with my name, so I thought it might work.In any case, the female attendant was nasty. A good Samaritan saw that I was struggling at the exit and walked back to the office to let them know I was experiencing problems. The same nasty attendant reluctantly walked over and accused me of not exiting when the gate opened. The gate never opened - Im not an idiot!! She tried putting the same ticket in and it said it was invalid - thats why the gate didnt open. She strolled back to the office and eventually manually opened the gate and I exited. And by the way, the exit sucks - two lanes merge into one right by the entrance and you have to wait forever for pedestrians to clear the sidewalk. When I go to the CSO with my hubby, we are NOT parking in this hellish garage!!
Love.it
They literally price gouge you. Im pretty sure what theyre doing here is illegal. They need a CAL against them. You know the bottom of the barrel? These people are lower than that. NEVER go here under ANY circumstances.
Decent location for parking downtown. Used ParkWhiz to reserve parking and it brought the price down to $16 from the $42 I wouldve paid without it. However, the reader entering and exiting didnt work so the attendant had to come to my car to open the gate.
Couldnt book online from their official website, webpage stuck without proof of payment or email, credit card was charged though. They couldnt help me at the phone. No reason to give anything but 1 star.
So overpriced, but worse they have idiots working there. There was a shooting outside the entrance just before we were trying to retrieve our car. The police had it blocked off, instead of sending on of the useless employees out to route people or unlock a gate that was blocking a side entrance these people beat inside discussing the shooting. I got injured on the property. Discussed it with the staff and they shrugged their shoulders. This took an hour that they gladly charged me for. They need better management and policies put in place. Incident reports shouldnt be that hard.
We just walked through here on our visit. It was fine
Standard parking ramp. They gave a discount for going to Hamilton though I was disappointed that I had to give my ticket stub in order to get the discount. Price went from ~40 to ~20 so that was nice for only 3 hours in Chicago.
It has a little bit of everything here. A great cafeteria with tons of affordable and tasty food and a nice real nice salad bar...there is a CVS on site and many other stores, shops and a CHASE Bank
This is a very nice office building. I was here as a guest for business. I was not impressed at all by the front desk staff. They seemed very unprofessional, were having loud personal conversations and standing around doing nothing. When I asked where the restroom was I was told in a scripted tone that they dont have public restrooms. I have never been a visitor in a more unprofessional and less welcoming office building.
Dont trust their prices posted at the entrance. Total Scam. Buyer beware.....Price at the entrance shows $10 for weekends after 4.00 p.m...however fine print reads only for students . Even the employee at the office agreed that it was wrong advt. and lot of people get scammed. Avoid these scammers and drive 2 blocks east and park in one of the open lots for $20 for the whole day on weekends
As others have said, prepay online if you can. Even the 12-hour pass was $20, compared with the $34 we would have paid for less than 2 hours for the normal daily rate. My only trepidation is that you have to scan the parking pass at the exit gate (either from a smartphone or printout). For a few seconds, I didnt think it was going to scan properly, but it did. There is an attendant office nearby, though Ive read the person on duty may lack interpersonal skills. We did have a bit of trouble finding an open space around 9:30am on a Tuesday, but eventually found one. No spaces seem terribly far from the building elevators.
The view here is real good.
Good parking with. Near the Art Institute and Millenium park. Easy to locate entrance. Early bird low fare.
Great location and views from lobby. They do not have day offices with Windows which is annoying.
Unethical business practices, false promises, high staff turnover.Senior management overseeing operation has changed at least 5 times within a 12 month period. Staff has no incentive to keep clients satisfied and instead spend their time trying to sell more units. Staff has no guidance and policies constantly change based on the GMs turnover.Since this is one of their newest centers, its constantly used for Regus purposes, which includes hosting all general managers for cocktail hours where they shut down the entire lobby for their own usage in the middle of the day.Kitchen and Lobby area were constantly left in a mess and typically wouldnt be addressed till after 9:00am the following day.2-star rating simply because the views of Lake MI and the city are incredible.
Awful experience! Just awful! Exit was the problem. The entrances on Wabash and Monroe were closed. I came at 22.05. Raining fall night. Had to walk by the side wall, risking to be hit by the car,all way to the 2 floor where i got elevator. Im never going to use this garage again.
We used spot herotl to park here for a symphony event. Very close to symphony center. The turns in this garage are VERY tight and not for the feignt of heart
Garbage, falsely advertised prices and staff was completely unhelpful
No, no, and no. Awful service, or lack of. Read another reviewers comment on business practices. They know something about this place.
You get offered price if you reach early morning.During the day price is higher.
Made reservation through Spothero and saved at least $30. Very close to Art Institute, Palmer hotel and Millennium Park. Great rates.
She is so friendly, knowledgable, gives great tips and advice. Doesnt just sit you down and start choppin away at your face. She actually lets you know whats best for your face shape. The view is absolutely amazing! The whole place is calm and private. Didnt have me waiting forever past my appt time. Booking online (and same day booking) is so helpful, easy and QUICK I can do it on my lunch hour. Glad I found this place!
Great place to park. If paid in advance its a set rate, rather than paying the hourly rate.
If you have questions and want answers expect to be on hold for excess periods of time no matter what time of day you call for assistance.
Everything was well lit, well marked, easy enough to navigate. A bit pricey but probably on par with other garages in the area.
Decent parking place. No bathroom
Beautiful building. Clean and very busy.
Good to get in early
SCAM! $10/20mins. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
Hatty is a ghetto attendant who has horrible customer service. She is rude and should not be employed to work with the public. Whoever keeps her employed obviously accepts this type of behavior.
Pretty expensive if doing over night.
Great security staff.
Worst service ever! Over-priced, poor customer service. Do not use.
I only park here with spot hero app. Otherwise its expensive! Clean garage. Safety is in the eye of the beholder
Palmer House hotel. Very disappointing
This parking garage is a scam and workers are unhelpful.
Not very courteous.
All self parks suck
Spot hero or bust.
Expensive but effective
Expensive parking.
Easy
