Industrious Chicago River North welcomed us and group of 10 for an evening workshop. The day-of customer service from Andrea who greeted us was top notch, and the coordination with Meredith to schedule it was easy. The room was just the right size to create an intimate interaction with our participants. Recommend!

Calling Industrious home has been a true pleasure! As with many new companies, we have big picture plans to focus on, so leaving the everyday details to someone else is a real treat. Daily coffee, breakfast, snacks, etc., have become welcome staples during our busy days, and special weekly activities has given us a chance to blow-off steam, as a team. I love this space! They do a great job of really making it feel like you belong. Whenever you have a problem they are fast to respond and help out in anyway they can. They also have the best perks! Breakfast and snacks everyday, massages, manicures and happy hours. I always look forward to coming into the office!

I have been working in this shared space for about 7 months now and it is hands down the best place Ive ever worked. Industrious offers breakfast every morning, a snack in the afternoon, iced coffee on tap, and special events each and every week. The space has plenty of co-working areas, as well as private rooms to hold meetings in. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and the atmosphere is casual. Everyday I look forward to going to work because of Industrious!

Our company has been in Industrious since it opened and couldnt be happier with the space, people and service. Its a great combination of style, energy and privacy. We feel like were part of something great and sophisticated. But also like we have our own office. Not like were renting a space from a hotel chain.

We toured several office spaces, and its clear that Industrious River North has it down to a science - the customer service, the design, the atmosphere and the perfect co-work environment overall. Mallory was a delight and so kind, knowledgeable and insightful throughout the process and honestly was a huge selling point for us in wanting to move forward to call this our new office home. Highly recommend!

Industrious is an ideal co-working space...especially for a small but burgeoning organization. Its allowed me to keep my overhead low during start-up while providing opportunities for connection with other business owners. The space is beautiful with lots of amenities. My team especially loves the beer, wine and popcorn on Thursdays!

My favorite co-working space in Chicago. Admittedly, a bit more difficult to get to. However, their rooms are of decent size. The office feels very comfy and overall is quiet to work in.

We held 2 events at Industrious & could not have been more pleased with the space & accommodations. Highly recommend if youre looking for a unique venue thats in a great location!

The customer service is amazing. They are always improving. This month they change and update their furniture which was cool already. Then they always have free snacks (yes every day), free coffee. free lunch on Tuesdays, cheese, and wine on Thursdays, free nail services on Wednesdays, they have a napping/ meditation room to calm down for stress and sleep, deprived entrepreneurs. Mallory and Katie are great, and they always hire the nicest people for help if it is needed. I was only here renting month per month but then I signed a one year lease.All my customers would like to work here lol.Well also they have a maternity room, 4 conference rooms, very cool industrious architecture, and also attracts very successful businesses, Lyft and Pearachute was in Shark Tank and made a deal with Mark. If I had more time I would keep writing! Keep it up!

We looked at (meaning toured) literally every coworking space in the city of Chicago - WeWork, Space, you name it. None of them compared with Industrious; the offices are impressively spacious, with a very cool loft feel to them.What really sold us on working here, though, is the team that manages the space (Katie and Mallory) - they are consummate professionals, incredibly friendly and very customer-centric. They also execute perfectly what it means to create a culture - they are always coming up with incredible perks for working here, whether its Freshii breakfast pockets in the morning, whisky/beef jerky tastings or complementary chair massages (no, not kidding, and super helpful after a stressful work week)! Even outside of the special events (which are pretty much every day), They have fantastic local coffee brewers providing coffee all day, and notably good pastries/bagels/snacks around the clock. The result of all of this is that all of the people in the space are super happy/friendly working here, which just enhances the vibe already created by the awesome physical space. As the icing on the proverbial cake, the rents are quite reasonable (especially considering the square footage), and convenient to pretty much every El line via the Merchandise Mart. Literally everyone weve had come here for meetings has said something along the lines of, Wow, this place is AWESOME.In summary, moving to Industrious Chicago was one of the best decisions weve made as a company, and Im confident youll feel the same!
