Awful awful people who work here. I came as a delivery driver and was treated horribly, given no tip (which we live off of) and then rated poorly which directly affects the amount of orders I can take in the future. I take pride in my work and hand write thank you notes for each person I deliver to and I’ve never felt more dehumanized coming into this space. Terrible people. I do not recommend going here unless you’re rich and white.

Oh my gosh where to begin. I literally cannot say enough good things about this amazing co-working space. Not only has Industrious achieved the perfect home-away-from-home coffee shop-esque aesthetic, theyve managed to create a community to go along with it. From the breakfasts to happy hours and events in between, the staff encourages members to get to know each other but not in the cheesy forced networking way. The space is absolutely gorgeous (not to mention Instagrammable) and the terrace in the warmer months is amazing. Plus, this location has the best view of the city! Jasmine, Brooke and Mia are always waiting with a friendly hello or to help if I need anything. Everything is always clean and well stocked. Plus they go out of their way to make members feel special. I love everything about Industrious. Its the perfect remote workspace/coffee shop/adult daycare! But seriously, Industrious is fantastic.

Moving from out traditional office in the Loop to Industrious Fulton Market was one of the best decisions we made for our team. The flexibility in our work environment along with the style of Industrious is just what we needed to spark creativity and align with our brand image and goals. From morning breakfast, snacks, weekly happy hour and daily support; Brooke and Jasmine have an attention to detail and passion to see that our team is comfortable and well cared for.

Ive been working in this space for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. The staff, amenities, environment, all combine for a great work space. Outside of COVID times, the ability to work in the open space/outside decks (when its warm out) are perks most offices dont provide in the city. 10/10 would recommend.

I LOVE my office here at Industrious - Fulton Market. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to ensure every person, every business is well taken care of. Their hospitality is bar-none and the surroundings provide for great networking! The office space itself is gorgeous, accommodating and the space is well thought out in terms of design and functionality. Complimentary pastries, coffee, printing and happy hours are a nice perk and this specific location has a beautiful view of the Chicago Skyline (BONUS). Having 24/7 access was important to me as I can stop in when it is convenient for me as I tend to work later hours. As a solo entrepreneur, co-working has been one of the best decisions I have made for my business this year. I love being able to bring clients into a friendly environment that is on-brand for my business (atheistically) and be able to meet in a private area that Im able to reserve as part of my membership. They take care of mail sorting, to greeting guests, to helping you make connections and an array of other assistance. The staff is great, the space is beautiful and I found it to be comparable price-wise to other co-working facilities in the area. - Tionna (Wedicity - Wedding Day Detailing)

What a lovely day I had at this Industrious! :) I was visiting Chicago for work, and being that I work for a small company remotely, Im always looking for a great place to work. This Industrious was BEAUTIFUL. The community manager that I met, Brooke, was wonderful too!The common area that I had access to was well lit, furniture was comfortable and everyone was kind and polite. Clean bathrooms, great kitchen space w/coffee, water, etc and an all around wonderful place to be productive.Great balcony available too with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine and a view! DEFINITELY recommend you check this place out!

Moving from our own office lease to Industrious in the West Loop was the best decision weve made. Everything is turn-key and thoughtful touches are everywhere...from happy hours to healthy snacks. The space itself is amazing and there is plenty of outdoor space as well. There are call rooms widely available for personal calls and booking conference rooms is a breeze. The cafe has great coffee/drinks options with breakfast provided daily. The community is fun, yet professional...You dont have to think twice about bringing customers, candidates or friends here. Getting access to the other Industrious locations while traveling is a huge benefit as well. Shout out to the Fulton Market Team (Brooke, Jasmine & Mia) for making our office space a place or pride! Couldnt recommend enough.

I really love having an office at Industrious. Our company has space in Chicago and at the Industrious in Denver. Jasmine, Brooke, and Mia are what makes it so great. They solve problems before they get to us and are always anticipating peoples needs. Plus, theres snacks every day at 2PM, free breakfast, coffee, tea etc. And the Chicago location is dog friendly with a dog run on the roof!

Weve been in the Industrious-River North location for more than three years and were excited to be moving to the Fulton Market site in coming months. Industrious has been an amazing partner and theyve created an environment that is hip, functional, and flexible, and yet it feels more grown up than other co-working spaces weve explored. The team is fantastic to work with and theyve taken a lot of the hassles out of maintaining an office. Our clients love coming to visit us, often choosing to have meetings at our office, because they love being in this environment.

Ive been working here for a few months and it has been a great workspace! Easy access to public transit, great amenities in the office (breakfast, snacks, outdoor space, and more!), and the staff are extremely responsive.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, the attached parking garage is a huge benefit in this central location near all the restaurants in the West Loop, and the space is constantly throwing fun, engaging events for its members!

The level of detail and hospitality that the Industrious team provide on a daily basis is extraordinary! Brooke, Jasmine & Mallory are fantastic and the utmost professionals. The accommodations and decor of the shared spaces is picture perfect and right out of Elle Decor magazine. Great for providing a wow factor when hosting client meetings. The offices are also larger in size then what weve experienced at other coworking companies for the same price. We couldnt be happier and we are thrilled to finally find the perfect home for our company. It truly is a treat to come to work each day. Were never going to leave!

I only knew about WeWork as a office working space, but this place is almost good, not if, better than WeWork. If you’ve felt WeWork has slightly dark office atmosphere, Industrious is bright lit with light and it’s definitely an office space that I would love to work. I actually prefer over WeWork.

We absolutely loved Industrious! The staff was extremely helpful, thoughtful and professional and the office was very comfortable and contemporary.
