The lobby is currently under renovations, but despite the frustration of slow elevators or to few of elevators both Union Workers and building employees are all kind and helpful. Everyone working for the building is friendly and welcomes you with a warm smile. Especially Janice, I love Janice!

I went to PNC on N. Franklin St in Chicago to deposit the check given by my uncle. However, I can not deposit the check because my uncle didnt put my whole name on it. I just mentioned that my uncle said its fine, but the lady was rude and said so what? does your uncle work in PNC? with a mean face. I totally understand if I cant deposit the check but this kind of terrible service is really unnecessary. Horrible customer service. I will not be coming back to this PNC bank again.
