I have been both a virtual tenant and an actual in-house tenant and I have had excellent service during both periods. Chicago Virtual Office could not possibly do a better job than they have done for me. I was alerted when special packages came for me or when I received something via messenger. I would sometimes ask them to watch out for a specific letter and they would always find it and let me know it arrived. I never have to worry about things be handled correctly.
