I have had the pleasure of experiencing Amata Suites as both a visitor and a tenant. As a visitor, I was immediately impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Since becoming part of an organization with offices there, I find myself continually grateful for their enthusiastic and expedient care of our team and our guests. The management is attentive and responsive, as is everyone on the Amata team--and their focus on providing outstanding customer service is apparent in every interaction. The facilities are clean, bright and well-appointed. It is a joy to come to work every day.
Our company has been at the 150 N. Michigan location since I founded it 11 years ago. Weve gone from being a virtual tenant to having a regular office. The staff is always helpful and friendly, which is a key ingredient in a good experience. It also provides a professional setting for client meetings. We are not lawyers, though many tenants are and there are many services geared toward lawyers, as the name of the property implies. However, Amata welcomes other types of firms as well. Weve had a first rate experience here and would recommend it to other small firms looking for a presence downtown.
Ive been a long-time virtual office tenant and couldnt be happier. The staff is professional, friendly, caring and very responsive. The meeting spaces work perfectly for our needs; from one-on-one discussions to big group meetings. Weve officed with Amata for the last year and a half, and have been very happy with the space. Its not only beautiful, but out clients appreciate the little special touches (great coffee bar, bottled water, etc.). I love that we can hire paralegals with any last minute projetcs we have, and Ive come to really know and enjoy the ladies who handle our front desk.
