Some great businesses located inside. Would have gave them a 5 star but the elevator breaks down too much.

Getting into the building was a problem. The doorbell system wasnt working right and the elevator would not open and I had to walk down four floors of steps.

Theres illegal club in the building on the 3rd floor it has been reported but the party still goes on Thursday Friday Saturday night over 200 plus people disturbing our sleep and rest every weekend

Neat interior nice suites but raggedy dilapidated elevator that breaks down weekly. Clearly it should be replaced and they have yet to properly address this issue. Hopefully NO ONE gets stuck for prolonged period of time!!! Parking lot collects puddles of water & becomes quite disgusting in rain/snowy weather conditions.
