I use the business lounge, and the staff is friendly and view quite breathtaking. The lounge isnt big and the kitchen is across the hall past the elevators (they recently added work space there), but overall its a good experience. So I want to emphasize that my gripe isnt with Regus or with the people who work there, but with the building.Basically, I try to avoid this location because of the difficulty of getting into the building. Security isnt only stringent, but its some of the least friendly Ive encountered in Chicago at the numerous office buildings Ive been to. Maybe because its an iconic, historical building, but they seem to have a haughty attitude, and I have to keep telling them what the business lounge is to convince them that I am allowed to go up there. So Im tempted to give fewer stars for the roadblocks I encounter when I try to get in, but Im really here to review Regus, not the Hancocks security (though Im glad to have that opportunity as well).
This place is really nice! There is an awesome view and a friendly staff. Also, the 31st floor looks great! What a nice place to work! I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a part time or full time office or a great mailing address for your business.
Security seems to understand the lounge situation now. I showed id and a regus membership number in my app. Security called up and I was on my way in two minutes. Getting the security gate to read my barcode wad difficult but is not unexpected for a tall building.
Great place to work with very friendly staff. The location is great and there is also a restaurant in the building and a concierge.
