We Work (The National) pulls out all of the stops for its tenants. It’s pet friendly, allowing our extended family to sit in office with us. The building itself has great amenities; courtyard, game rooms, and Revival food hall! We work provides what we need an more. Conference rooms, Maternity rooms, and tons of fun. The service provided by We Work and that of our floor manager, Jakira Taylor on 18 is exceptional!I’ve managed Various aspects of Hospitality for different hotels and I Must say that this type of service mirrors that of a five star hotel chain! They equip the restrooms with mouthwash and other amenities. They even have a sign that reads if you’ve forgotten something let us provide it for you! (Hotel right?) We are give complimentary water infusions, coffee, and tea daily. The cold brew is strong enough to awaken a bear from hibernation or prevent it from hibernating all together.If you need your employees to get pumped bring them to We Work! Oh and the perks! Beer, pizza, Ice-cream and little info sessions on various subjects that impact diverse groups of people. What I love most are the cozy spaces. Sometimes you want to work in an office with a feel of working from home, and they’ve provided this for us.From your Hilton Corporate tenant, Manieshia; I just want to tell you to keep up the good work, we’re impressed and thank you! For those who are looking for transitional office spaces, or even something more permanent, We Work will over deliver a smile alongside your necessities everyday!

Building is very nice and in a great location in the city with lots of entertainment and food options. WeWork offices are great with plenty of opportunities. I give 4 of 5 stars because since the building has opened there have been major elevator issues - elevators not working, not coming to your floors, freezing in between floors and the alarm button not working.

I went there for a private event in their employee lounge. The patio on the 6th floor is pretty cool.

The space is really pretty and the events are nice that they put on.However, noise travels through this place and every single time someone walks through the halls, has a loud conversation, or basically does anything you get to be the one who hears it. In addition, the glass offices are really difficult to work in if you have to be on the phone at the same time as your coworker. Youll basically be yelling over each other. As nice as it is to have something thats beautiful to the eye, if you cant do your work in a space effectively who cares about aesthetics. One other thing... the elevators are bad. The wait is terrible. Half of them dont work and its not a good situation.

Wework is an awesome place filled with friendly staff and great tenants. They offer different fun events and promote positivity. In Chicago it’s the best wework location.

Overall best shared workspace in the city. Location, Revel food hall, access to CTA and right next to bike lanes in Dearborn.Team at WeWork is great.

Came here for smile direct club...This building was pretty cool. They cook some pretty good food here as well.

Was here for a meeting. It seemed very crowded and confusing. The person I was meeting with got very turned around and didnt know what...cube? We were supposed to be in. Not sure how Id feel about working there on a regular basis - seems like a hectic, cluttered atmosphere and not one conducive to productivity, but that could have just been the section I was in?
