Professionally managed and well-kept (clean) too. It is a pleasure to meet clients in this atmosphere as it exudes high-end feel from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the front desk. Kitchen is stocked with complimentary everything (coffee, plates, etc). They even do special events for us at times, such as for the Super Bowl. If its not obvious, highly recommend this location.

On the one hand, it is located on top of one of the most impulsive skyscrapers in Chicago, offering perfect views from every office room, on the other hand, it is perfectly close to infrastructure, stores, restaurants, public transportation, cabs,... .The service at the Regus is very friendly and courteous.Orderable supplies: Unfortunately, only typical American fast food can be ordered, as there is no canteen. No matter if breakfast or lunch. There is no shortage of sugar and fat. The apples have an artificial touch and potato chips are serverd as a side dish to Sandwitches. The proportions of the food are large and reasonable for the price.The office equipment is acceptable. Unfortunately, not every office room has a working projector or TV for presentations. Especially for business people without local admin rights on their pcs, connecting to the propriety presentation devices becomes a challenge (Install App,..) . Internet in the office is unstable and slow. The WLAN almost never works and setting up a wired LAN network is a challenge for larger business meetings.The price of the Regus is way too expensive even for long term rent. However, if you need 1-2 rooms quickly and easily for a short period of time, the simple booking process at Regus is the right choice!
