Decided to come here after another place was booked. This was my first time coming here and if it wasn’t for the sign out in front I would of passed up the place. I saw the sign, they had a deal going and they took walk-ins so I gave it a try. The owner was nice, asked certain pertinent questions to get the bests idea on how to service you then she handed me over to a technician. The place was really clean, the bathrooms were immaculate and the technician was extremely nice. The technician also did a excellent job on my gel pedicure and lip/eye waxing, the service all together costs only $80.00.

This place was amazing! The service was great, my nails turned out perfect and the cost is reasonable.The team member who did my nails was creative and helped make sure my nails were the exact color I was looking for, she also made sure she was timely (I had an event to run to). I highly recommend this salon!

I love Pure Rain Nail Spa the staff is always prompt and on time providing excellent service. Really a complete spa treatment and not just a nail salon! They always accommodate my crazy and fun nail ideas too :) would recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place, the owner is very nice and takes pride in what she does! My husband got a facial and really enjoyed it and came out glowing. she uses great products but doesn’t push you to buy them like most places. Customer service can improve especially when given complaints about nail techs not doing a great job, but for the most part I enjoy coming here. Prices are higher than other places but it’s in the loop so I guess that’s the norm. They’re limited on the nail service and do basic mani / pedis and no chip. Still very professional.

I had a wonderful time getting a manicure and pedicure at this spa this evening. The atmosphere was great and the customer service was even better. My nail tech was quick, polite, and professional. I am not from the area so I did a lot of research before deciding to use this location for the services. I am very happy with my decision highly recommend.

I love this place, come here on a regular basis and cant be happier with the service and people who work here. It is a great spot for relaxation and to feel good about yourself again. There is a lot of space inside, so it doesnt feel crowded. Also check their weekly specials, like on Wednesdays you can get BASIC MANI AND PEDI with hot stone massage just for $38. And the best thing is its Bring You Own Bottle place, so you can enjoy your favorite wine and do your nails. Paradise!

This is a beautiful nail salon with a great atmosphere. They do amazing work, my nails are beautiful! They offer so many amenities, and their customer service is above and beyond! They are so accommodating! I live out of state and I wish they were closer to me. I will definitely visit every time I come to chicago!

This is my go to place in the Loop. They have great specials on Mondays and Wednesdays. While the accept walk-ins, is is better if you make a reservation. I have never had to wait. The color selection is vast. The service is good, efficient, and friendly. It is a great place to unwind after a long day of work.

I wish I lived in Chicago! We were in town for a wedding and decided to get a manicure. We got the hot stone manicure, the polish was done perfectly. I am very rough on manicures and almost a week later its still looking good; best one Ive ever had! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is great!

This is how you are supposed to do nail salons. Friendly staff and bright, clean atmosphere. Pure Rain was so easy and quick and Sex and the City was playing. My sister and I were very happy with our experience. I would definitely come back for their BYOB parties. They also have great weekly specials!

Ive only been here for facials. The most luxurious facial Ive had. Ask for Evelyn, shes the best. She caters a facial to your exact skin needs. She takes the time to examine you skin and isnt pushing products on you. The salon is clean and staff is friendly and professional.

I absolutely love this place! They always do a fantastic job and are really accommodating. They dont talk about you in another language while youre sitting right there so thats already a nice change of pace but they are fun and have great ideas.

I came in for a 4:30 appointment. She took her time on my nails, the seats Are very uncomfortable. Friendly staff, but I came in for a padi no chip I paid 65.00$ for it!! Way to much!! If your willing to pay that much then go ahead. I usually pay no more than 40 for a padi,

Definitely not a regular and basic nail salon its so much better you get what you pay for very clean and quiet and the ladies take excellent care of you. I received a nochip manicure and regular pedicure it was $75.00 and worth every penny.

I really wanted to like this salon. The ambience is great and the staff is very friendly. It was truly a relaxing experience all three times Ive been there. However, their no-chip does not last long. All three times Ive been there, my nails are chipped within a few days. This is especially frustrating since they are one of the more expensive nail salons. I kept coming back because I really wanted to give this place a chance.To be fair, they will gladly fix any broken nail for you. But in my case, another nail chipped a couple of days after I went back in for a retouch so whats the point. I cant keep coming back every time another one breaks.If you are looking for a quality no-chip that will last at least a week, dont come here.

Awesome experience! I took my mom here for mothers day (we both got manicures and pedicures). While we were getting our pedicures done we were served wine, and they had the movie Mothers Day playing. The women who did our nails were super friendly and did an excellent job! I definitely recommend this place and plan on returning for more services.

Ive been here numerous times and the staff is great. My nails are always done very nice, but truth be told I continue to come back for the ambiance! Chick flicks are always grade A and the complimentary wine makes for a divine girls time! What a way to be pampered!

All of the services here are above and beyond, they are very good here in terms of manicures that I go to, I haven’t had the chance to get both mani+pedi yet, but I plan to. The women who do my nails are always happy and conversational. They greet you when you come in and make you feel welcomed and they will genuinely make you feel you want to come back.

I just moved to Chicago and had no idea where to go to get my nails done. Fortunately I stumbled upon Pure Rain while I was in the Loop and have found my go-to nail salon! My manicurist (wish I had gotten her name) took her time and made sure I was satisfied. The hot stone massage was awesome. It was most certainly the best no-chip manicure I have ever gotten. The salon itself is exceptionally clean and decorated with style. They even had Sex & The City playing!! Cannot wait to come back !

Service was good but after a week of my no chip they started peeling and my nails started breaking. I only went here because my nail shop down the street was booked but I saw all the great reviews but my service was VERY disappointing. My nails have never broken or chipped at my regular nail shop

Ive been here a few times and its either amazing or terrible.The last time I visited, I made appointments for myself and my mother in law. We finally sat down for our pedicures 40 minutes(!) after our initial appointment. They had no hot water in the basins - apparently it was broken. Thats fine, but we were still charged full price and offered no apology. Not cool, and not what I expected for two 45.00 pedicures.

I came in for the Tuesday special $15 Vinylux manicure. I made an appointment via their website (super easy!) and came on in. It was really easy to get to and nice quaint space. I believe the owner first helped me and took off my gel nails ($5, which is a great deal). I only gave 4 stars because I switched to a different manicurist once my nails had soaked for the gel. I didnt know id be getting a new manicurist so that would have been nice to know! But otherwise, she did an awesome job and was really friendly. My nails are exactly how I wanted them and with no chipping and Im on my third day :)

Terrible service. Finished nails look like a 3 year old did them. And they charge 75 for no chip mani/reg pedi. Overpriced and uneven polish. Don’t do it, absolutely not worth it

Given these folks several tries and every time I feel like a bother. The lady up front is not welcoming and can be very abrupt. The techs rush through my services. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Got there at 615p for a no chip mani and reg pedi the tech rushed me through hurting me along the wAy. Mind you they don’t have any polish that matches! Then when I was done. It was 756p they close at 8p my husband was not even 10 mins away and they made me leave and wait outside in the cold. I run a business and I know that it is always good customer service to not kick a customer out at night when her ride isn’t even that far. It was rude and I will not be coming back clearly my money is no good there.

Treated myself to a lunchtime mani/pedi. Super nice staff and they played Sex and the City on the TVs. I got a regular polish, not the no chip, and my nails still look great a week later. 💅🏽

The technician answered the phone during my eyebrow and upper lip wax multiple times. She burned the skin on my eyes so badly, I look like I got into a fight.

The place was very cute, got a great mani pedi for both me and my daughter. It included a salt scrub and hot stone massage for $45. They even fixed my daughters nail when she messed it up twice. They even have a cash back program. We will define go back!!! HIGHLY recommend it.

My best friend wanted to go here for her wedding. We made an appointment to go. I was late getting there by about 20 minutes. So I took the “L” and passed on the much needed pedi and opted for the NO CHIP MANICURE. Which is what I role them when making the appointment, rescheduling the appointment AND when I got there. While enjoying my friends and our conversation I paid minimum attention to the technicians. I did however, ask during the process of what she was doing the NO CHIP MANICURE I asked for. She said yes! Now, I’m a mom and work full time, so I have less time to sit in a nail shop. Unless it’s necessary. Even then, I hate it. So I always get the no chip because it’s less time in the shop! While getting my nails done I’m noticing my process is not the same as my friends. I ask again. Is this NO CHIP!? Home girl says yes. Ight bet. Then she get up and turn on the dryer. Bish you lying! So I call her out l, and her AND the manager basically said that it was my fault because I was late! Biiissshhhhh STOP! I don’t care how late I was. You gave me the option. I told you what I wanted and then she said. I told you the color you picked wasn’t no chip. No she didn’t. What she did was say. Here are the colors in the stand & HERES MORE IN THE BOX. I didn’t feel like looking at the nails so opted for the stand. Not once did she correct me or herself and tell me that the no chip was in the box. Needless to say my experience here is one that Will never bring me back. The customer service here for my experience was horrible. I will not be back.

Best nail salon in the city! My no-chip manicure lasts at least 3 weeks!

Nice and clean but, thats it. Maybe Im spoiled by the thoroughness of DC nail salons but, the guy who did my nails at Pure Rain was mediocre. The whole pedi andani experience was nothing more than a soak, quick and light scrub, followed by an uneven polish that would not dry properly. I will not be back. Im sure there are other places when I go back.

Very disappointed, it seems like they didnt want my business. Please dont waste your time here.

Great place to get your nails done! Got a mani pedi there today, and they did an excellent job! $45 and they told me they run a mani pedi special on Wednesdays for $35. They also have a 5% rewards program that you can use toward service once you get to $10. Very clean, organized and relaxing environment. Best thing about this place? They only work with natural nails so no nasty acrylic nail smell!! Will definitely be going back soon.

First off, this place do not tell you reservations is needed online or by call. They said they welcome walkins. So when i got there they advised me it was a 3 hour wait. I arrived at 1130. So i made reservations. When i called to check status manager said i could come at 145. Which is not a 3 hour wait. They offer wine in plastic cups which the wine tasted weeks old. My service reguested a pedicure. Which took 10 min. When the worker was done. My nails was clipped all the way down and there was no work done on my heels. When i brought it to the manager attention. She sd well what do you want me to do about it....ALWAYS THE WRONG ANSWER!!! That was not an example of management and or good buisness. Nor was she able to have eye contact. Not only was my pedicure done horrible but the person i came with experienced the same. And to think i waited and xd out other nail salons to try this place. Wrong choice never again...ill stick with the hood. Becuse obviously this high end wantto be fashionable places dont treat people well. And they dont own their mistakes. Customer service is a huge part of a company buisness. As well as how management handle customer complaints...

I had such a great first-time experience here!Its been years since Ive had a mani-pedi, and I usually have doubts on how rough a place will handle my apendages...but the woman who assisted me was amazing! Very gentle, as well as professional. I asked for a Matte Finish French mani, and when she saw there was a flaw on a nail, she said that she would redo it for me. I went in the early hours of the shop opening (around 1030am) and it was a quiet and calming atmosphere. There were TV screens playing movies, and the scrubs for my pedi smelled lovely. It was only after I entered that I noticed a Wednesday special for a regular mani-pedi. Looks like Ill need to stop by again!Very pleased with my experience. Thank you!
