They were able to alter a bridesmaid dress for me in two weeks and both fit perfectly. The woman who works there is friendly, responsive and quick. It is very clear that they value your business. My dress had a stain on it after alterations she cleaned it for me without charge and was able to turn it around over the weekend so it was completed in time for my wedding. Amazing customer service I will be going here again! Highly recommend if you are in BWP

In transparency, I’ve not used the cleaning services here—but can tell you I never will after my experience with the owner today.There’s a 15-minute loading zone in front of the cleaners. I parked there this AM to unload some things for my son’s daycare class having a field day at the park located across the street. I’m 8-months pregnant so I’m moving slower these days, but I have dashcam footage that shows I was parked less than 7 minutes total. As I was preparing to leave, the Township Cleaners owner came up to my passenger window and said I was illegally parked in “her zone” and demanded I move immediately so she could park there. Taken aback, I replied I was using the loading zone, that it hadn’t even been 10 minutes yet, and she could have the spot as soon as I was done. She literally went from “0-60” without warning/provocation and started yelling, “I pay for this spot, it’s mine; you need to move NOW! It’s my spot!!” I was dumbfounded by the overreaction - maybe she was having a rough morning, but berating someone for no reason is never appropriate. I (admittedly) snapped back not to talk to me like that, and pointed out she didn’t have any signage indicating the loading zone was proprietary—it was a city loading zone and I was following the law. She doubled down yelling *again*, “This zone is only for my customers; get out now—I pay for it!” I told her then she needs to also pay a little more for some signage because based on what was currently there, I was in the right. I then told her to leave me alone (what’s the point arguing with irrational people?) and that I was leaving in a second anyway. She then gets on the phone to call the POLICE, and then also starts to take pictures of me & my car. So, to be on the safe side, I took picture of her, too, all of the street signage, etc. I actually am crossing my fingers the police call me for a comment—I’d love to share how this woman inappropriately and repeatedly harassed a pregnant lady following the law. Plus, they’re welcome to see my dashcam footage of the owner completely acting out.Goodness, I’d hate to be an actual customer here and bring up a concern with cleaning, I can only imagine her quality service recovery skills. Just sad and unnecessary; had she just waited less than a minute—she would have had “her spot” without any issue.

This place is wonderful! They genuinely care about customer service and will go above and beyond for you! I needed my coat zipper fixed with a time crunch and they were so accomadting and worked with my schedule to get it fixed. I would highly recommend!
They lost my suit pants - long story short a $500 suit 6 months old got me a $100 credit and no apology. At first they blamed a small stain that they would need more time for. Finally when I came to pick them up they explained the plant they use has misplaced them. After going back and forth with for over two weeks the rep continued to blame the plant and take no responsibility. They asked me to provide a receipt to prove the purchase date and value. I provided a receipt as asked along with the style number of the pants. After a couple of days they responded that the pants are out of style and cant be replaced but they can find something close. I bought it as a set, the suit coat is completely useless without the pants. Due to the coat not being lost they refused to cover the cost of the suit. Thats like saying they lost my right shoe but I still have the left one so why would I need a new left shoe, this new one is roughly the same color. They told me I need a reality check and that they dont have any responsibility. Wouldnt let me speak with a manager or an owner and wouldnt even give me a name. Said she is an assistant manager and that management doesnt deal with small issues like this. They made it seem like it is my fault that these were lost and that the fact that I expected them to be replaced was preposterous to them.

I dont know what has happened in the last year, but this place is way too expensive now and the service is always sub-par. Honestly, Im done going here. They have lost my business and I will be telling all my friends that live in the neighborhood to go someplace else.
