Took a long dress to be hemmed with a quick turn around. Tim was very kind and attentive. The dress turned out perfectly and the dry cleaning items I brought in also turn out nice. Would recommend!

I brought in a sports jacket I bought I sale to be fixed and immediately the gentleman at the counter warned me this jacket wasn’t worth the cost to make the adjustments, he said with the money I’d spend to fix it I could have bought a better coat. I took his advice seriously and returned to the store and incredibly found a better fitting (and better looking) jacket. He could have easily charged me for extra work to fix the original coat, but instead, he gave honest advice and helped me not only save money but ultimately own a beautiful sports jacket. Service this honest and talented is a blessing for the neighborhood!

I went to Lucky for the first time to get a dress hemmed (single layer, simple dress). The price was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. And theres a cute dog!

Altered a number of sports coats, dress shirts, and dress pants. Did a terrific job. Very pleased and will continue to use Luckys. Highly recommend for both tailoring and dry cleaning.

I took my clothes here for dry cleaning on an almost weekly basis for a year and never once had a problem. A lot of tailors dont follow current fashion trends and are therefore hesitant to do any sort of non-conservative alterations, but TC, the owner, knows what hes doing. I only came here for alterations twice, but both times TC listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Youre not going to get the fastest service at Lucky - about a week for dry cleaning and at least that for alterations - but its worth the wait.

This is the BEST dry cleaner in the neighborhood. The owner and his wife care deeply about their customers. I get all my alterations done here

Ive been using Lucky Cleaners as both a tailor and a dry cleaners for five years and I love them. They do an excellent job and they really care about their customers. Im moving so I wont be their customer anymore. I will really miss them. They are the best!

My favorite dry cleaner in town. What extinguishes them above others is that they do an awesome job and will go the extra mile to satisfy the clients. I needed my pants tailored within one day and they did it on the spot - took only 1 hour. And they did not charge extra. Thank you TC for the A+ service!

This guy is AMAZING! I have been going there for years. He can do anything- tailoring a dress, pants or jeans, patching up jeans, and more. I dont ever want to go anywhere else. Trust me, this is the place you want to go!

Most unfortunate -- based on services described on their website, I made a special trip to have a leather briefcase repaired, only to be cavalierly told by a young lady to come back another day because the leather man wasnt there. Never offered to take the briefcase and have someone call me with an estimate and seemed to be dismissive of my disappointment.If you are going to prominently advertise that you offer a service, you need to make good on it. Peoples time has value!

I ripped my favorite jeans... In the middle where most girls rip their jeans... He patched them up perfectly and its unnoticeable! Hes kept my favorite jeans alive for an additional 2 months and counting!

Predatory prices for repairs and treating customers like idiots. My backpack straps came unstiched and needed two seams of 3 inches length - 5 mins work. For that elementary repair, I was quoted a price of $18 because its heavy duty and requires a different repair. When asked how was the required repair different, the guy could not give me a clear account. The non-rounded selling price trick did not work on me - I know two elementary 3 inch seams do not cost roughly $20 - the whole backpack cost me $10 in Europe. I went further south down the street to Foremost Cleaners and the guy did an excellent job on the spot for a normal price of $10 - simple seams not a different heavy duty repair.

Service is great and accommodating. But I had an emergency and was unable to pick up my suit and I realy need to get a hold of the owners vefore a weddomg tomorrow.

I dont usually write reviews, but Lucky is great - not only do they do great work but they are really friendly and great people. Sometimes, TC even has cookies and stuff for the customers - EXCELLENT PLACE!
